I have an unlimited wash membership and have one complaint with the overall service. It does not seem to be consistent in the wash cycles. Some attendants spray a pre rinse on the front and the back of the car, some kinda spray the front, more driver’s side because it’s closer, than the passenger side for sure. The washing wheel itself barely touches the right side of the car normally. Sometimes it seems the back doesn’t get wet much less cleaned. Now, I do have roof racks and was told, that the drying cloth wheels at the end may be turned off because of that. This feature works some times and sometimes it doesn’t. Whether a physical push of a button or sensor difference I don’t know, in order for it to work. My car definitely looks better when it works. I can say, this last time, except for the wheels only on one side being shined up, the overall clean was better than it has been. Glad to see the go light at the end fixed now as well. And a suggestion is to have a cone in the spaces where the vacuums are not working. This has been better lately though. Thanks.

Tried them, third wash, while in neutral it jumped the track and caused heavy rim damage. Be warned. Car wash denied they did anything wrong and denied claim. This industry should be investigated by state officials for all the harm they create. You can clearly see metal shavings on the tire in the picture.

Better experience this time all around. Both vehicles I took in the last 2 days cane out clean. The rears are always the hardest for automatic car washes to clean and was better than most places for my vans rear door etc. Customer service was great!

I love this place. They offered free services earlier this year on a Sunday. I took two cars and I bought the membership. I go once/twice per week. Awesome car wash and my car turns heads after I've gone. Loving the services! Highly recommended. See for yourself. Thank me later!

I hate leaving reviews like this but I had to on this one. However I will say if the owners want to try again and find a way to make it right, I’m always open for second chances. Now with drive through car washes I understand the risk of scratches, so I’m not even that mad at the paint chip because there is no way to prove that it came from this ( but I’m pretty darn sure it was a result from the wash). To start I paid $25 for their best wash and expected much more, the guy at the front pressure washed maybe 1/3 of the car before entering (they used to do WAY better of a job). After pulling out and driving 2 minutes the car was still filthy and I just feel like their machines are not operating well or need replacement parts because other competitors down the street when I pull away don’t look like this. Unfortunately it was a poor result, but like I said I’m a fair person and if the owners choose to respond to this review, I will try again and amend.

Great car wash honestly better than most only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is due to their vacuums they definitely need some maintenance. They do not have a very strong suctioning power other than that the wash itself is very good.

The equipment is exceptionally well maintained and is always ready for use The management takes the time to visit with customers who are either checking in through the access gate, or take the time to ask questions about the service while you are vacuuming. There are always window or cleaning amenities ready for customer use. Superior customer service attitude from all employees

1. The prep attendant did not prep (spray) my vehicle well. I have been to other car washes where they scrub and prep better. 2. The wash job left dirt and dust on my vehicle in several spots. 3. Windshield still had bug debris after wash. 4. I paid for tire shine, but could not tell it worked? I had to add tire shine spray when I got home. 5. Vacuums were low in their suction. I checked a few; same low suction. I had to re-vacuum my vehicle when I got home. 6. Finally, my wife looked at my vehicle and asked if I got a car wash because it did not look like it. Note: Super Disappointed!!! I will NEVER go back to this car wash. I lost money and time with this subpar purchase.

The car wash was great. The problem is when you cancel their service. They will cancel it for you but continue to charge you for it even though you have a receipt showing it's cancelled. When you go to this location to ask for a refund for the extra charges, they will tell you the person didn't finish cancellimg but they will cancel it. When I asked about a refund, I was told I have to call customer service, which they are happy to give you that number. When you call, you don't have the option to speak to someone but they will be happy to text you a link. When you receive the link you can't speak to someone to get the refund. They link gives you a FAQ page with no information about getting a refund. I had to cancel my credit card just to make sure they don't charge me again. I called as asked on 10/20/2025 and left a message on the phone number. But no one has called me back. I stand by my earlier review.

Take 5 was recommended to me by A nearby dealership employee. It is also the closest car wash to my home. The young lady that greeted me at the entrance Was very knowledgeable regarding the products of her establishment. I inquired about a couple of other places and how they compare. She had good things to say and was able to state the differences. That is impressive to me as she did not “bad mouth” the competition. As for the vacuums, sprays, and drying cloths, they all performed very well Very well. I washed a very big truck so I have a little more detailing at home when I get my ladder. I’ll be back in the next week or two to wash my smaller car. We have a black and white Husky, and I was able to get most all of the hair….the finer detail will require scrubbing with a fine brush.
