Why you have more employees standing around smiling at us like machines with painted faces is just sick. Human interaction is non existent in your stores anymore. Not everyone is a thief. Rip out some of them self serves and put people in front of your organization. I truly hate shopping here I get what I need and get out after I’m asked for a receipt after being on cam the entire time. Oh and the guy that didn’t pay! Walked right out not showing his receipt. Walmart is delusional

Currently I am not too happy with Walmart. Someone stole my credit card number & charged $687.00 at this neighborhood market that I NEVER shop at. I have left my number for the store manager to call me, to no a avail. Seems it could be inside job, however no one wants to help. I have filed a police report and my bank, Bank of America seems to think it's consistent with my shopping. This amount of money buys a lot of potato chips at neighbor hood market.

I like this store, but the way the driveways are set up, they don't allow left turns out of either exit... It makes it difficult to just leave the store and go back towards my house... I have to go out of my way with a right turn, then i have to wait at the light, and then turn around at the gas station before I can go back west on Grand... it's frustrating and inconvenient. that's the only reason this location only gets 4 stars from me personally... the store itself is a good neighborhood market.

Never has anything we come in for even when the APP shows you DO. Need to give customers a way out when they are not purchasing items, either go thru the gate that makes a sound for going thru it the wrong way or get stopped at questioned by the cop for going under the blue strap gate.

A great place to shop. Friendly staff. A little trashy. You would think you would want where you work to be clean. Not just walk over the trash and ignore it. And think it isn't my job, apparently you aren't too happy to work there! Would you want your house to look like that? I didn't think you would! So why does your workplace have to be that way?

Horrible, uneducated employee told me I wasn't allowed to bring in my service animal today. When I informed the said employee about the fact that my oppossum is in fact a service animal the employee asked to show proof. Obviously good education is hard to come by in small towns but I am under the protection of the ADA or THE AMERICAN DISABILITIES ACT! GOVERNMENT PROTECTION!!! Regret to inform you but your line of aggressive questioning is illegal! I'll be going to corporate over this. Hopefully you people receive the proper training for this sort of issue in the future. Hope this helps

Freshest milk and prices are lower than local grocery stores and I'm able to get way more groceries with my money. The parking lot is congested normally though and hard to get out of when leaving due to all of the customers walking directly behind your vehicle while trying to back out. You gotta really be careful when trying to leave so you don't hit anyone, because the pedestrians continually walk right behind your car not paying a bit of attention that cars are backing out and don't even try to watch out for backing cars. So the parking lot isn't too safe at any time. So be careful. If you're coming from the East on Grand you need to know to turn on Campbell to enter the lot from the back since you can't turn left off Grand due to the median. So you have to be familiar with the area to know where to enter and exit the store. They do always have tight security circling the lot continuously, so your vehicle is very safe parked there during your shopping experience, so that's nice. Although all Walmart stores don't help you much anymore when checking out, I will say that the employees on the floor that's stocking have always been good to help me with finding things and even helped me load heavy items into my cart like bottled water. They don't mind going to the back and checking to see if there's any more product in the back when there is nothing left on the shelf of what you've came to get. On many occasions when I've been to the store I've been inconvenienced by their Diet Coke, Great Value potato chips and corn chips and bread are sold off the shelf with none available. I've not got any Great value corn chips the last three trips there and very little selection of bread is left to choose from. Simply pure Orange juice and other orange juice is regularly already cleaned out when I've been there as well. There should be people keeping those items stocked better and there immediately restocking the products way before running out of them totally. They should be on top of it and should already be taking care of it well before the stocked product gets low. Especially on the items that are regularly bought off the shelf quickly. They have to be aware of the products that sell out quickly, because as a shopper I'm aware of the items that do. I'm there once a week and not every day like the employees. Just gets frustrating from a shoppers standpoint when it happens continuously and you don't get to buy everything that you had on your list. There's usually one employee working one lane only at checkout, but besides just scanning and bagging your groceries they don't try to do much else for you like lifting any of the bags and handing them to you and don't help you load anything into your cart either. There's little to no help in the checkout process but just a bunch of people standing and staring at you while you do everything yourself. Never even seen any employees ever try going out of their way to help someone who could use a helping hand. Don't even try assisting handicapped people checkout who should be given a helping hand to. They also don't even give you time to finish grabbing your bags to load off the carousel before they are already got the next customers bags getting put with yours on the carousel before you can get a chance to get your bags all off there so you don't leave anything behind or grab the person behind yous bags on accident. Being courteous and helpful to your customers should be a priority and it's sadly not anymore. No going above and beyond or treating customers like they matter anymore unfortunately. Good job to the employees who help you that's actually working on the floor and good job to security in the parking lot. Other than that I don't see any others who do much at all to help you. I don't know if very many people who are too happy how little most do for your customers anymore that have made your store be the unhelpful moneymaking store it's became after decades of shopping at your store and giving you their loyalty for all these years...How disrespectful.

We normally will not review places like Walmart with the store chain being a common place to shop. Appreciation is in order due to us being able to get everything we needed for Thanksgiving. They weren’t out of a single item on our list. We were thinking we would be going to 3 Walmarts to get everything. Great job Grand St Walmart Associates.✌️👍👏🏻🤗🤛😀

I had the great displeasure of dealing with your lost prevention agent. Ruvim Who took it upon himself during our encounter to speak disrespectfully. Then make a snark comment as I expressed my disappointment with their actions as a company. De-escalations is key when dealing with upset customers and he choose the right route of trying to be right. I have filed a corporate complaint against him. and the store and they have lost our business which in the long run will not hurt them. but the legal recourse im taking will.

It is so unprofessional to answer the phone while in the middle of a conversation with someone else. I came to pick up an order and when I called the girl didn’t sound professional and slightly rude. She was having a completely whole conversation with someone else before asking my last name. Been out here waiting a while
