Rachel who I think is a manager was very rude! She gave me attitude when I asked her where an item was!

Very helpful employee Alex helped me with returns today! Good produce and covers all basic weekly grocery needs. If you're looking for a non grocery item, your selection will be better at a larger Walmart.

Went to Walmart today to buy some weekend camping food supplies. The shopping experience was okay, the checkout only had 1 register and long checkout line. Also a SUV near the building, was shrink wrapped?

Woof this Walmart is BAD if you shop during rush hour. I've never had problems shopping in the morning, but the shelves were scarce and only the self checkout and one line were open with lines down the frozen isle during the evening (see attached photo). Go to Smith's or the other Walmarts nearby at night if you can help it. It's fine in the morning and afternoon though.

Its a small store in a college town, so understand that it's busy, but for goodness sakes PLEASE turn the music down. It was so overstimulating I could barely focus on shopping!

OVERVIEW - 4.75 I have never been to a Walmart Neighborhood Market before this visit. Seems like an interesting concept and from the best I can tell it is most likely successful. LOCATION - 5 This is a pretty good location along the curve of the University Parkway. PRICE - 5 It's Walmart, their prices are typically on the cheaper end. PRODUCTS/SERVICES - 4 I bought some lemons, and they were on the fresh end. So no complaints there. POINTERS/PERKS - N/A I'm sure there is, I guess just keep in mind this Walmart features grocery and produce other than other goods. EMPLOYEES - 5 The employees are nice and friendly, but I feel sad for them, especially the older ones knowing that they have to work there just to survive.

Pretty good Walmart, but it’s tiny! Provo needs a bigger Walmart especially with all the BYU students. There’s only 4 assisted checkout lanes and the rest is self checkout. Selection of goods is fair but obviously not as much as a super center. Oftentimes on weeknights there is a literal line of people waiting to check out that extends into the freezer section and sometimes wraps around the store. Don’t even try to come here around holiday times! The wait is insane. Parking is ok. They do offer pickup and delivery which is good.

As I walked out with my PAID product I said to the 3 worker ladies it would be good if you got tap and pay. Then as I’m just outside the store doors she yells at me HEY HEY! MAM GET BACK HERE I said what? She said DO YOU HAVE A RECEIPT? To which I said excuse me are you accusing me of stealing??? I chewed her right now and said look on my phone!! It’s called electronic receipt when you pay with the app! The manager then proceeded to tell me I had to leave, and I said gladly! I said your damn worker accusing me of theft in front of everyone and saying it loudly is just as rude and disrespectful as if I say a swear word it is your worker who owes me an apology!

The store is fine but their automated systems are awful. They flagged and cancelled my pickup order 4 times in a row despite 3 calls to customer service about it. The system overrode every time despite them saying the problem was fixed each time.

I’ve been to the Walmart Neighborhood Market on N University Pkwy in Provo a few times, and honestly, it’s pretty convenient if you just need to grab a few things quickly. The store is smaller and way less chaotic than the big Walmart Supercenters, which I appreciate when I don’t want to spend forever shopping. They open early (6 a.m.) and stay open pretty late (11 p.m.), so it’s easy to pop in no matter your schedule. The place is usually clean and organized, and I’ve found most of what I need—like fresh produce, snacks, and pharmacy stuff. The staff are mostly helpful too, which makes a difference. That said, I have noticed sometimes certain items aren’t in stock, which can be annoying. Also, if you go during busy times, it can get crowded and checkout lines can drag a bit. I’ve had a couple of experiences where the customer service wasn’t the best, but that’s pretty hit or miss. Overall, it’s a good spot for quick errands, just don’t expect it to be perfect every time.

I put in a delivery order and 2 of my items I received were expired the yogurt was 6 days past expiration and the spiral ham was 11. Pickers should check dates but the employees at Walmart really should be pulling old product. I dont think I will come to this location ever again.

Good for someone shopping for 1 person. Very wide selection and you can base your grocery trip on what's on sale. Rollbacks are not very big, but it's enough you can save a few bucks. I have bought clearance ground turkey for around $3.24 a pound but that isn't the normal. Produce is definitely not high quality, but that is kind of how Walmarts go. Best thing about this place is the location and typical prices, which makes it my weekly grocery trip destination. Lines for checkout can get really long sometimes. Avoid delivery if you can. My roommates always seem to have bad experiences with it!

This Walmart in Provo is always clean and well organized. You can find everything you need without any trouble. The staff is friendly and helpful, and Hayley is the best cashier! She’s always kind, quick, and makes checkout a pleasant experience. Highly recommend shopping here.

I was at check out on 10/15 at 11:30 am. The cashier was so happy and personable. Her manager came from the service desk and yelled “ you could work faster if you would stop talking” Such a rude lady. First off you always reprimand in private not in front of customers. I was appalled! I took my groceries to my car and came back and introduced myself to the rude lady. I told her to reprimand in private. She told me this cashier had been told by management to stop talking to customers. I told her it doesn’t matter, you don’t reprimand in front of customers. She told me fine and then asked me if I felt better. I commend the cashier for being a bright light at your store. The older, shorter, mean person needs to stay home!

We usually fill our water at the Provo Walmart, but I recently saw some dirt stuck inside the water machine. I informed a worker, but he didn't seem to care. This felt disrespectful and irresponsible. I also found expired milk during the first week of January in the same store, but I didn't complain at the time. This is a very bad situation

The yogurt is not managed well. In summer months, it usually tastes off and has bubbly texture on top, like it was warm too long. But even in winter I just bought 3 containers of honey Greek yogurt and the lid was broken on one, but all 3 looked really weird, and the one I tasted tasted old or off. I don't understand why honey vanilla is always over stocked and they're always running out of honey. If they managed it better, it would taste much better, because it wouldn't get as old or exposed to warm air, and when it's newly stocked usually it's really good.
