Please don’t waste your time scheduling with this company. We scheduled for them to detail my husbands car at our house. The first schedule they No showed and we texted them and they apologized saying they had an issue with their scheduling system, but offered a pretty good discount for us to reschedule. Rescheduled a week later, and they no showed again. When we texted they said they had a family emergency but were willing to give us a free detail at this point. Okay…. Third schedule a week later. AGAIN no showed. We have now wasted 3 hours waiting for these guys to show up. What really is so disappointing is that they never once reached out to us to say “sorry we have a family emergency and can’t make it” or anything like that. Every single time it was us texting them like “where are you?” And then getting an excuse. Also… all three of these appointments we got email and text confirmations. What awful customer experience.
