I had an appointment for a vaccine and it took them 20 minutes after my appointment time to get me back. When we asked about the delay the pharmacist was very rude and she was also rude at check-in. There was a nice older lady trying to help me check in and the pharmacist acted annoyed with her that she didn't know where the sign was for me to scan a QR code. She (the pharmacist) was very rude and impersonal. The lady that actually gave me my shot was very nice. I love the Walgreens in Millwood. If my insurance let me go there instead of this one I would. 🥺

Teagan in the pharmacy was phenomenal. She went out of her way to help get me a prescription I had been out of filled due to a delayed shipment of medication to the pharmacy. Not only that but she helped me lower my two prescriptions cost from $400+ combined to an actual normal amount of money. It's a above and beyond story I definitely won't be forgetting of someone being kind just because they enjoyed helping and enjoyed their job.

This 24 hour Walgreens helped me feel better and I am thankful for them being open at 1230am when I needed them! Fair prices on their brand of products! I recommend this Walgreens for your 24 hour needs!

Came in to fill a prescription - Was told Walgreens doesn’t even give you the option to pay for your prescriptions out of pocket which a few years ago they charged me out the wazoo for pain patches but won’t even take the prescription now - explains that they don’t take my insurance (that’s fine)in a way where Walgreens could lose their license even if someone in your family has a account with Walgreens for prescriptions for this VERY REASON - Whoever the tall girl with dyed black hair was SO UNNECESSARILY rude and aggressive about explaining that. And unfortunately she came off extremely condescending when she told me to go across the street to Rite Aid ( they were extremely nice there so it actually was fine) if your in the Valley don’t bother with this pharmacy Have some respect even if you can’t help the customer - I wasn’t rude I politely asked , thanked her and left with a sick feeling I believe it was a tech and not the actual pharmacist who was so unnecessarily rude and condescending- A simple I’m sorry we don’t do that and here’s why instead she got audibly louder with me and the whole experience left me with my stomach turning. Rite Aid was much more professional and polite across the street

The pharmacy here is terrible. They are not only rude and dismissive, but they continually mess up or delay my diabetic son's prescriptions. They never have anything in stock and refuse to help you find anything from a different location if they are out for the 3rd delivery in a row. They have recently messed up the insurance info on file and tried charging me $800 for my son's insulin and just talked over me while I tried to explain that the insurance has been covering it for 3 years. Then they will place you on hold to a cold line that just rings and rings and rings until it disconnects the call. This pharmacy at this location specifically, has gone drastically down hill for months and months now and each time my son needs a refill they are some how worse than the month prior. I highly recommend not using this location for anything of importance.

Ah, the classic "Pharmacist knows more than team of drs and yourself about your own health." Staff is overall friendly, but if you have PTSD, are a pain patient, whatever is involved that may require narcotic medications, the pharmacist WILL overstep their bounds. Looks like I'll be finding a new pharmacy, even though I can't drive, and this is by far the closest pharmacy to me. One job I'm actually excited for robots to take over. Have never encountered this with my previous pharmacies(except another Walgreens many years ago), and have been a pain/anxiety patient for over a decade... Do better.

I am very upset I am trying to use the walgreens right savings finder that every walgreens advertises. To purchase pain medication for my nephew who just had surgery. Even though the specific med that we need is listed on their website as one that is covered by multiple coupons for non insured people, they are refusing to accept their own coupon gotten off of their own website. Staff told me other walgreens will accept it but their manager will not. So I guess my nephew has to go all night until another walgreens opens that will accept it. I find this very frustrating and highly unprofessional. I am quite disgusted with this and I feel as though it is false advertisement on their part. The poor kid just had major surgery.

Clean store is kept up like they care about it. The staff seemed to be genuinely concerned about customers needs and go out of there way to make sure they got any information they have to offer.

I've used this pharmacy for years because they were close to me, open 24hrs, and until the last couple years had no real complaints. They've been out of stock with one of my meds that I rely on to stay healthy for over a week now. Trying to reach someone from the pharmacy on the phone takes an act of God, expect to be on hold for at least 15-20 min. I'm on hold now to have them transfer my script to Rite Aid after being fed up with not getting any help and am currently at 30 min on hold. Rite Aid across the street has my meds and answers the phone in under 2 min but Walgreens has dropped the ball once again on the transfer.

Nice people. But hours are inconvenient and don't make sense.... poor handicapped people that need scripts... it says 24 hours still on google... I've drove a far distance to find out that hasn't been true for a long time. And always short staffed. Smh employees our great tho.

We would like to give a special thank you to one of the Walgreens associates who helped us — if I'm not mistaken, her name is Achoe, and she works at the pharmacy. She provided us with outstanding service: extremely attentive, respectful, and kind throughout our visit. Achoe patiently helped us choose the right products, answered all our questions, and guided us with clarity and warmth. We’re also grateful to Walgreens as a whole for maintaining such a high standard of service and for having such dedicated and caring professionals on the team. Our experience was excellent — thank you, Achoe, and thank you, Walgreens!

Terrible pharmacy, terrible service, they lied to me and charged me for 2 prescriptions and then only gave me 1 after saying both were included. I tried to give it back to them and they refused and basically said that’s my problem not theirs after they handed it to me and I paid. DO NOT use this Pharmacy! Go to literally any other including CVS!

I go to the store pretty regularly, and it's a great store. It's always really clean the workers are always very helpful. One time the cash register was a little slow and I think she should have called in another worker sooner but it wasn't that big of a deal and I still think it's a great store and I'll continue to go here

Go across the street to CVS or change your pharmacy to CVS. Had a prescription referral sent to this Walgreens at 930am for simple eye drops. Checked in 3 times twice on the phone and one in person to see how long it would take. Before, with this eye drop, it would take less than an hour to pick up. I was told at 630 pm it would take till the next day to get completed. I had my prescription transferred to CVS that night and they got it done in 10 minutes.

This location was terrific! I had a young lady help me with a Western Union transaction. She took a lot of time to assist me. While she was assisting me she stopped to have another assistant to help a other customer. I bought a few things as I was leaving. It was a small gesture to honor such great service from a great staff. Very kind, courteous, helpful & friendly staff. Words can't express the gratitude to these fine associates that helped me! I'd love to give them more that 5 stars , but that's the official limit...oh well 🌟 🌟 💫 ⭐️ ⭐️

I'm not one to write negative reviews. This location is the absolute worst though. I get sent notifications saying prescriptions are ready and EVERY time I go they are in fact never ready. It's a waste of people's time with misinformation assuming they are ready for pick up. It's very frustrating and they seem to be incredibly dismissive of any complaints with no real intentions to fix the issue. I have regular prescriptions I pick up so this isn't just a once in awhile occurrence. Hopefully they get it together and focus on great customer service one day.

I am continually impressed by the quality of service by the employees at this Walgreens pharmacy (I don’t have a lot of experience with the rest of the store). Considering how bombarded these folks are by the closure of Rite Aid across the street, they are always kind and helpful. It isn’t their fault if they are under staffed or run out of stock on medications because they have so many extra customers, so I will not review based on decisions made by upper levels at corporate. I tried the Walgreens on Sprague and Sullivan once because they had a medication in stock that I needed before the Pines location could get it in a couple days. The Sullivan Walgreens screwed up my prescription, actually managing to duplicate the refill request and then only saying they had access to the one that had been transferred to them from the Pines pharmacy - but because it was a duplicate, insurance wouldn’t approve it because the original copy had been approved and it was “too soon to refill.” They told me I was the one that had to call insurance AND go back to the Pines Walgreens to have them all fix the problem. I came back to this Pines location and the gal who helped me was so great. She called the Sullivan location and told them THEY had screwed up and had to fix the problem. She was even going to try calling my insurance company for me, but it was too late in the day. She came back to the counter and told me it was all fixed and my prescription would be ready for pick up at the Sullivan location in minutes. I went back to them and sure enough it was. I really appreciate how she went above and beyond to help me. The Sullivan location on the other hand had a rude pharmacist and is a generally depressing location to go into.
