I waited in a line over 15 minutes with 12 people and the other line was longer. The cashier was slow and having difficulty with a transaction so of course it was taking a while and the manager finally came and assisted her. I was not upset with cashier. I was upset that the manager refused to open the other register to assist with facilitating getting a crowd out of the congested store I asked the manager if she could assist with cashiering to which she said she's busy. I asked her why she did not ask a lady to put on a face (the store was packed) The manager said she is not required by law to ask a customer to wear a face mask. The manager said I could leave and that I was the only one complaining. I think the manager should have worked better at customer service and the safety of others and follow recommended health guidelines set by the Governor.

Is the dollar joint. What can I say. Though seriously it's one of the best places to strike up some conversaton with new people. I'm telling ya. If not with other customers the cashiers will yack with ya. I don't get out much and they seem to be able to handle my oddness quite well . 😂😂😂 My recent visit was no less entertaining than the one before. I bought lol rugs and forgot them at the counter! Was gonna use em for car floor matts😕 Dang it

First of all I know it's the Dollar (1.25) store and the people that work there..yeah! Anyways, since when do they not bag your items if you bring your own bags(2 bags from that store on previous visit) and very rude. This cashier Traci should be thankful she has a job. Another customer service fail..

I was in this store at 6:15 pm 8/31. The gentleman named PG went above for me. I was in need of Pepto but there was none on the shelves. I asked him if there may be some in the back. He did not hesitate one second went straight to the and searched. Found me a box full of them!!! Then the nice lady who checked me out on the register closest to the door was her very SUPER FRIENDLY SELF!! I always forget to look at her name tag. She's an older not too old with a "wolfie" at home. She's always so friendly and happy. These 2 folks need to be reminded HOW WONDERFUL they are

I had a really bad experience with one employee who was kind of a bully to me. I was infuriated and it bothered me for weeks. But I understand maybe he was having a bad day. I will forgive him and move on. Overall the staff is really nice people. I enjoy going there. I just wish the employee who harassed me would have given me the proper respect instead of just walked away after accusing, humiliating me in front of the entire packed store. It just bothered me a lot. If employees of dollar tree is reading this i just wanna say I have no grudge aganist anybody I will move on.

I frequent Dollar Trees quite often. This is the most well stocked, clean, and friendly store I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Their selections are so varied. Everything is organized in a way that makes sence. Seriously, this is one of the best stores I've ever visited in this chain. GET JOB GUYS!!

A wide selection of essential items and etc. It's a good place to go pick up items and to save money. I typically go to buy office supplies. This year I decided to make my own Easter baskets after I saw how much the other stores were charging for their pre packaged baskets. I was able to get the baskets, grass, candy, toys, books and stuffed animals all for less than I would've paid for just one of the store bought baskets and mine looked 💯 better than the others.

Our local Dollar Tree is by far the best in the area. Exceptional customer service and always a friendly staff. Today while there in check out, the fellow asked if we found everything we wanted. When we replied that we'd hoped to find a particular stylus pen. He politely rattled off all the locations that we might have missed. Then in the background, the manger added that there were some on the father's day rack. We stepped out of line, happily, to go look. Not finding what we were after, we got back into line. Our turn, he asked if we found them, we replied no. Thanked him warmly. Before we'd finished checking out, the manger arrived with a newly opened box of the stylus that met what we'd hoped to find. The staff did all this, from kindness, for a buck!!! Where else can you find a bargain item and a staff committed to customer satisfaction? Thank you Dollar Tree for another happy visit to your store.

Giving two stars because of this experience. I am here all the time and usually love it however this last time i was treated poorly to the point I actually find it necessary to take time out of my day and call the store. Unfortunately after telling my complaint about how I was treated I got told that there is nothing that she can do because the person who treated me poorly was the store manager so it's her call. Really not any sort of professional behavior at all.

There is this older lady with longer hair there. She has very healing energy and I feel like she can always tell when I’m off and always makes my day brighter and better. Thank you 🖤🙏🏻

I hardly go here anymore going for once or twice a week till about three times a year and that’s usually because I forget there is a manager there and he does not wear deodorant. I swear every time I’m there. i’m hoping I wouldn’t run into him or I go as far back on the other side of the store we always managed to cross paths and you could smell him from about 7 or 8 feet away I know rude this sounds but it makes shopping there miserable my family and I family stop because of the smell I think it’s rude of the manager named P.G not to wear deodorant manners and cleanliness a sign of respect for other I wouldn’t shop to any store that practices this

Decent Dollar store, however they never seem to be fully stocked. There always seems to be an asile or 2 nearly completely empty. Decent selection , and always friendly employees, best place to get balloons and snacks. They also have a selection in the rear that's over a dollar but "nicer" foods such as steaks and frozen meals.

I enjoyed my first trip but again the aisles are thick with boxes of merchandise, Waiting to be placed on shelves. Why is this? Please employ more help. Shopping with a cart is difficult and sometimes impossible. Check out was delightful with a cashier who cared about her customer.

Dollar tree has always been a lifesaver for last minute goods, but this particular one on Sullivan and Sprague is the cleanest/most organized I've been to ever. Kudos to the crew because I know it may be hard to keep up!

Always surprised at the selection they have but it’s getting to the point where I don’t enjoy going anymore. The population that lingers outside makes me uncomfortable and I don’t like bringing my kids anymore

I found out they charge me for a bag each time I go in. I have my own bags, always have. I’ve never bought a bag, and I can’t believe they have been charging me for it when I tell them I need no bag. This has to be illegal somehow!!

Went in a bit late at night, around 8pm. Still found what I needed and was out pretty quick, despite walking around the whole store!
