Bought my wife a 2018 camry on Tuesday. The dealer washed it while I was signing the last of the paper work. Black with blue and gold metallic. Car is gorgeous. All the family, friends and neighbors commented and admired the color of the car. 2 days later, on Thursday I rolled through mister carwash. Nothing but regret. I got home and told the wife I washed the road grime off her car so she excitedly ran outside to see. She came inside with tears in her eyes and said it was all scratched up. I came out to see and she was absolutely right. The clear coat on EVERY panel of the car is scratched with a million little scratches. Can't see the metallic anymore under all these scratches. I drive the car back to mister carwash and speak with Joe Rouse. Joe is the general manager and I show him my receipt, and showed him my car. Joe says the carwash couldn't have scratched my car like this and that every car comes from the dealership all scratched up and I shouldn't have gone with the cheap wash. Joe said the dealer must have waxed the car before i got it and the carwash washed all the wax off and revealed all the scratches. Joe took a report and took pictures of my car and now it has been a week with not a single reply from corporate. Check out the photos

I have had the unlimited membership for quite a while. Get my car washed 2-3 times a week. This is the first time I’ve been to the Sullivan location in a very long time and something tore off a plastic trim piece off my car. Luckily it’s only a $20 piece but I definitely canceled my membership and will be going to touchless car was from now on.

Purchased the premium car wash and paid about $24 for it. Went through and it did a decent job...except the equipment scratched up the paint on my front driver's door. I didn't realize it until I parked later. Otherwise it was good wash, my car was filthy and it cleaned it well. I also really appreciate the free vacuums.

We were traveling from southern Oregon to Post Falls Idaho and stopped here due to the road grit and to clean off some bird droppings that we did not want to remain on the car in the heat on our trip. Price was great $14 for a basic wash. The only negative was the card reader did not want to read either of our cards, so we had to back up and change lanes to use the tap method. Ultimately that did work, and we got the car washed. It did not make me feel great when it comes to personal security when it comes to public electronic payment. If anything happens with our credit history, this will be my first place to check. Car wash did a decent job of cleaning the car. I do not think any car wash gets it all, without some hand cleaning being done, so I think it was well worth the price and convenience.

Well, normally have a normal pleasant experience, but today I splurged on the $22 wash and was run through the wash at such high speed, with another car on my back bumper (it was not busy enough to justify) that all the extra sprays and squirts I paid for resulted in unwiped smudges, the whole right side of my windshield was still dirty, and there was black splotches all over my jeeps plastic wheel fenders. Very strange. Not pleased!

They walk over to you while you’re on the kiosk doing it yourself without a problem, they take over and hide the screen with their arm when it asks “Do you want to leave a tip?” They select the highest amount without giving you a chance to see it. Never coming back.

I have been using Mister Car Wash for 3 years now. Overall, everything is great. Polite staff and all that. But I bought a new car and from the very first wash I left covered in scratches. I don't have the opportunity to wash my car myself every day. But my car is 4 months old and it is all scratched by the wash at Mister Car Wash. I wonder if all automatic car washes scratch cars that badly?

Honestly just gonna stick to hand washing my truck considering i spent $30 on a wash and my truck was still filthy. This place is overpriced unless you pay for a membership but even then I would have to go through the wash multiple times to actually get my truck clean.

I was having a crummy day and pulled into the car wash. Steve was the last man standing with the sprayer before I entered, and his energy turned my bad day around. He danced and did the “sprinkler” with a smile after he guided me on the tracks - it made my eyes water from laughter. He continued that energy with the vehicle behind me, and I just wanted to take a moment to praise his energy and the light he is shining. I called in to find out his name (Steve) and had the pleasure of speaking with Fran. Fran was so kind and really appreciated the feedback. 10/10 feeling grateful for this location’s choice in staff. Pulled in to use the first stall, and had to clean the heads of the vacuums to even use them. Hey, there's some trash and debris scattered throughout the parking lot.There are also stains on the side of the building, and some of the curving and the yellow paintings seem to be coming off. But on the plus side, they do have those air nozzles to blow out the micro crevices, which is definitely appreciated.

It’s really nice to be able to go in and use unlimited washes. I wish they would spend a little bit more time cleaning the curtains that hit your car. They’re very dirty. Sometimes you leave with a car that’s dirtier than when you went.
