We do not recommend this place. My husband went in to get oil changed in his truck and the only oil guy they have was off that day. Then he went back the next day at 8:00 a.m and the oil guy was late coming in. After he waited to have the service done, he left and when he came home, he checked to see if the oil filter had been changed and it had not. When he took it back, the owner/manager told him it was a new one. After putting the truck on the rack, realized that the filter had not been changed and said the guy must have forgotten. He challenged my husband and bet him $100 that the filter had been changed. When he was proven wrong, laughed it off. My husband insisted for a refund of $67 for the oil change since it wasn't done correctly, and he had to go there 3 different times to get the service done. Now he is taking it to another oil change facility to make sure the oil itself was even changed. Very disappointed in this local Plant City business. We do NOT recommend.

Decided to surprise my wife and get her car washed. Was told to choose from several options and decided to get the gold package. Paid an extra 5 bucks to do the mats. $45.29 is the total. Went I. And paid and sat til my car was called. Employee called me and asked me if I wanted air freshener. I said no thank you. Upon walking up to check the work I discovered the car was not properly wiped down based on the gold package I purchased. I asked the employee and the info I got from when checking the car in and what I was being told was inaccurate. The lady working the counter said she was the manager and I indicated there were several things missed and I paid for the gold package and it looked like the basic package. In her defense, she did grab a towel and tried to take care of the problems I showed her. The veteran employee also tried to fix the newbys work but upon future looking, isn’t was not what I felt I was paying for and have tried their car wash in the past and will not return as a customer. I suggest you know exactly what you are paying for and inspect the final work before you leave. Sad to see a small business do the work and expect to stay in business in this little town.

I love this place. I found that they do such a great job. Whether you do a complete detail or a drive through washing. I was so pleased with drive through I bought a monthly unlimited plan. They spray, use a brush all around before you go through machine to clean..then they towel dry as it as you come out. Great employees. I have also had an oil change there.

I have been to the car wash a few times and also had my oil changed a few times. The work is good. It is just a slow process. A few cars ahead of mine, but it just seems to drag. I was there for about an hour. Which is way longer than I anticipated. The staff is friendly and the waiting area is pleasant.

I was just here. Car wash was okay not great. They didn’t finish wiping down anything so there are streaks all over the place. They ripped my aroma diffuser off my dash that was stuck to it with an adhesive and got the oil in the charging port and the charger so now the diffuser and the charger are ruined. I don’t recommend this place.

Definite lost my business. Worst job ever. Messed up the window on the driver side and would not accept blame nor do anything to correct the problem. Had issues in the past but never like this. Time to find someplace that cares about the job that is done.

Very disappointed.. Paid 32.00 for a Silver wash. Windows not done, barely vacuumed, dash not wiped down. Should have spent 10.00 at Mod Wash and done myself.

Went in just to get a car wash but they kept insisting on performing a bug service. Instead of removing the bugs off my car, they gave me two paint chips on my bumper. When I confronted the manager, he admitted to doing it and said he would pay for us to get it fixed. I called back once I got a final estimate to let them know about the price but the lady on the phone kept telling me that it was impossible for their car wash to chip paint and that their manager would not pay. After hearing something completely different than what I was told the first time, I went back into the store. The manager I talked to the first time said that it was not their responsibility. He would not provide me with his camera footage so I showed him my own home footage from that day. After seeing that it was clearly caused by them, he then admitted to it again but said the estimate was too high. I offered for him to refer a place cheaper but he insisted that I do it instead even though he is at fault. He ended up trying to kick me out when I was rightfully upset that he didn't seem to care. He was trying his best to get around the situation and not take any responsibility. Until now, he has not paid a single penny nor has he offered me a solution. Completely unprofessional.

Bought the gold package and the car wash was fine but the attention to detail was nonexistent. The cup holders were not touched and left dirty and unclean. As for the vacuum portion they didn’t even vacuum the truck area. Overall I’m disappointed with the rushed process and lack of service and attention to detail especially when you purchase the package that is supposed to cover everything.

Update review Unfortunately, I'm still unhappy with my experience regarding the cleanliness of my wheels and tires. This time, I spoke directly with the manager when selecting my service. I explained that I hadn't been satisfied with how my wheels were cleaned on previous visits. After a bit of back and forth clarifying that my concern wasn't just about water spots, the manager assured me he would instruct his staff to clean everything thoroughly. When I went to check my vehicle after it was supposedly "done," I immediately noticed that the left rear wheel still had dirt and dust on it. I pointed this out to a young man who wiped the spot with a rag. He then walked around to the right rear wheel and wiped it down as well, asking if it was satisfactory. I mentioned that if one wheel was still dirty, there might be dirt on the others too. As I inspected the left front wheel, I found it was also dirty. At this point, I was upset but remained calm. I asked the young man to get the manager I had spoken with earlier. I assured him I wasn't trying to get him in trouble but needed to address the issue. The manager came over, saw the dirt, and instructed the team to wipe down all the wheels again. After they finished, I drove off but pulled over shortly after to check the wheels. To my disappointment, they were still dirty, especially the passenger side. I understand the saying, "If you want something done right, do it yourself," but sometimes time doesn't allow for that. Today, for instance, was my wife and my anniversary, and we didn't have the time. When I pay for a service, I expect to get what I paid for. Old review I've been a regular customer at walden lake car wash and service and overall, I’m quite pleased with their service. The location is convenient, the staff is friendly, and the facilities are well-maintained. I usually opt for the Gold Package, which includes: - Exterior Wash - Towel Dry - Rims Cleaned - Dash Dusted - Windows & Mirrors Cleaned - Interior Vacuumed - Tri-Color Polish & Hot Wax Applied - Tires Dressed - Air Freshener Provided The package offers a comprehensive clean, and for the most part, they do an excellent job. My truck always looks great after the wash, with one exception: the wheels. Despite the package including a service to clean the rims, my wheels are often left dirty. This has been a recurring issue for me, and it’s quite disappointing given the overall quality of the rest of the services. If walden lake car wash and service could address this one issue and ensure the rims are cleaned thoroughly as advertised, I would have no reservations in giving them a perfect rating. Nonetheless, I still appreciate the other aspects of their service and hope to see improvements in this area soon.

I really wanted to do a 5-star review for them, and maybe I can again soon, but on this visit.... 4 stars. I mean, they were friendly and professional as always, but this was for a car that we were getting ready to sell, so I splurged and paid extra in order to have nice clean wheels, interior, shiny paint, and clear windows. Well, as I was walking out to the car, before I even got up to it, I noticed a large-ish splotch of dirtiness on my trunk. I pointed this out to the final attendant, who gave it a quick wipe and said something like, "There ya go." That's all good, but the splotch was still there. I gave up on that and sat in the car... behind my surprisingly dirty steering wheel, center console, and worst of all, a big 'ole windshield right in my face which clearly showed the work of somebody in a hurry as indicated by the full 6" perimeter of nearly untouched, and rather dirty glass. At that point, I gave up and accepted that I had more work to do at home re-doing the wash. ** This is not their normal! I'm usually quite pleased. They are definitely worth a try.

By far the worst wash ive ever received. To start, staff were visibly annoyed whenever I politely asked whether I was able to get a hand wash rather than have my car go through the machine. I then forked over nearly $60, before workers even began moving. They finished in about 10 minutes, which would be a fantastic time if it was anything other than a thorough cleaning. To say it was bad, would be a lie. It was abhorrent. Many parts of the exterior of my vehicle were entirely neglected, not even touched. Im not talking about minor parts that are hard to reach either, I mean the trunk, wheels, and hood. And the vehicle was not properly dried after finishing. If you have even the smallest amount of care for your vehicle, stay away from this establishment at all costs. You'd be better off driving through a puddle.
