I hate to leave bad reviews I really do but for the price you pay for the top tier carwash And you just get crap I’m still trying to get the video footage from my dash cam . But going through twice because the truck had left over soap all over it when it dried just looked like a mess The whole front of the truck didn’t even look like it got touched going through the car wash TWICE On top of that the vacuums barely even suck The air hoses don’t work The only thing they give you to kinda detail your interior is window cleaner Coming from two other car washes I’d rank this one last Woodies is amazing I love it just too far of a drive zero complaints Mister car wash Amazing as well Don’t spend your $40+ here honestly just go somewhere else

Noticed I’ve been doubled charged each month (once a month for my account and once a month and different amount for unauthorized) I made them aware 3 times in last 3 months to fix the issue and today they tell me the other charge per month is for a account with a vehicle and tag I do not have and don’t know nothing about. They refuse to refund me and now I’m fighting with my bank to recover the losses. So now I’ll be closing my account and they will lose way more money from my closing the account they if they would have refunded these charges! Update: All they said they could do is cancel any further charges but can’t refund any past charges! I never signed up from the beginning. Now it’s going to the Lawyer

I been a customer for a years, but I don’t know if management change, because I was paying 16 and know they charge me 21 with out previous notice at least text message, when I went to the office the manager said nothing to do the coast is that but they can’t charge more if they don’t let me know first, if change prives they should be let me know so then I can deside if I agree or not, nothing to do he said if you like I can cancel your membership.. of course I did it, is not the couple dollars is because they can’t take my money what ever they like it with out previous notice….

This is the best car wash I've ever experienced! The promotion where you can get the first month of a membership as the same price as a single wash is fantastic! I really recommend the $25 wash, it was amazing, really great value. But don't knock the top wash, that RainX is really worth the extra $5. Also, Ashton is the most smart, handsome, and kind! A+!

Modwash site that is very well stocked with many available slots at all time. 1 entry point, 1 exit point- allows for smooth car flow. The machines on site WILL scratch your car, but thats guaranteed with any automatic wash, it won't be visible so no need to worry. For the regular daily driver, this site is fantastic for a reasonable price.

Just how much does ModWash really care about their customers? Today, Sunday, October 26, 2025 I took my family’s car for a quick wash. Upon exiting the washer, the driver’s-side mirror was hanging from its base- after discussing with Jordan (when he returned from getting his Papa John’s pizza), I was informed that nothing could be reported or reviewed until Connor (general mgr) returned from his honeymoon, Nov. 2nd. Clearly, there is no managerial hierarchy that is available in any immediacy when their car wash machinery is at fault. Customers must wait - inconveniencing them for days, weeks, perhaps months. Only after pressing regarding the inconvenience this has and will continue to cause, did Jordan apologize. Memberships were cancelled. Please heed the warning. Businesses must be responsible for their inadequate and faulty equipment- certainly their employee training should be inclusive of apologetic expression and regrettable circumstances.

Although I understand 100% of the bug tar won’t be removed from the car, I do expect at least 50% of it to be gone after a car wash. To my surprise this is the second time I’ve gone and both occasions the front of my vehicle isn’t even wet, let alone clean. It’s a shame I have to use their microfiber rags to clean the front of my car when I paid for a car wash to get most of that job done for me. I’d give the car wash 2 stars but they do give out a free car scent tag & the vacuums do a decent job. I never did a review the first time because I’m not one to jump to write a bad review but scrubbing my car down in this Florida heat after I paid $15 for a wash (for the second time) SUCKED
