A good friend used this place and her car was damaged. When she brought it to their attention they just told her she "didn't have to pay". NOW she is having to get in touch with her insurance company, window companies to fix the chipped windshield AND the BBB. I work nearby and will NEVER take my truck there. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Didn't have any workers available to wash cars at 9. An entire hour had to go by. I went on with errands and came back.... Signs outside indicate price for exterior-only wash is 7 dollars. She tried to charge me 25 dollars and "maybe more" because my car sits lows. What a terrible business.

the two young guys that detail the inside takes anything inside your car that they can get they hands on. Then the sign says not responsible for lost or stolen items which gives them the ok to steal. told the manager his body language didn't care...bad service n they do not do a good job or take pride in what they do.They to busy lookin inside your car for something valuable to take.I posted two pictures of the thieves Horrible service

My car was damaged in their car told it was not. They are rude and unfriendly. I highly suggest going elsewhere. Also my car got stuck in car wash because chain broke. I had to wait longer than normal. They came in and told me not to pay which I already had and then wouldnt refund my money. I am going to BBB/ I have chips in my hood and windshield

They didn't complete the job at first and even the lady who washed the car got upset because the supervisor made her finish! But even he didn't explain the difference between certain package deals that they offer. It seemed to be an undetermined area between some of their package deals that not even he could understand. So we negotiated an agreement! But they weren't too slow & they did have all the equipment needed. The two supervisors were respectable though

Horrible service.!!!! I selected a pricey $21 car wash that was supposed to include interior cleaning and exterior waxing. My car was given to me nearly as dirty as when I brought it in. I pointed out that my car was still dirty and the manager said he would take care of it. Taking care of it was wiping off the entire back end of my suv with a dirty cloth. When I stated that I was not happy with the look of my car, the manager stated ok dryly that they could rewash it. This subpar service also took more than 45 mins and I almost waited again but I did not want to waste any more of my time with another 45 min dirty wash. I requested a refund and was told no, that a rewash was my only option. What horrible service. Quick $5 car washes would've done a better job.

Every thing was fine except for the floor mats weren't washed. And the fella at the stop sign asked me to tip him instead of putting it in the box. I didn't appreciate that as he wasn't the only one working on my vehicle. The other man that also worked the register was very nice& the lady there working on my vehicle was very nice & did a good job.

They changed everything about this place. When in and was skeptical but my car is actually really clean and to top it FREE VACUUM SERVICE like whaaaa why not use it and while your there get a nice wash. They even have neat little lights that light up as you go through and the soap looks like its lighting up, definitely a fun experience for the kids. This place has changed alot and I'll be going there when I need a wash for now on.

I’ve repeatedly called and stopped by to speak with someone about the charge of 39.99, no one is ever there and no one never answers the phone , I washed my car one time back at the beginning of July and I was just charged again for the amount of 39.99. I’m not sure what’s going on but it would be great if someone could call me back about this to insure I’m not charged anymore and to also be refunded for what I was charged since I’ve not used your service since that first time. The staff was so helpful and very friendly. Shout out to Ford and Tim they were so helpful to me because I had no idea what I was doing. It has changed so much. Very glad that it has reopened. I recommend it to everyone. Don't listen to the bad reviews they're from the old Vol car wash. It is brand new under new management. Had a great experience today.

The new system does a fantastic job. The only thing I dont like is it charges the card after the month again without notice or authorization. But other than that. It's a better place than before. I am not sure what is wrong with their phone services at the building. I called multiple times for the last few weeks. Left voicemail after voice mail. No call back etc. So the two days ago I stopped in and left a note to call me about canceling the membership. Received a call yesterday from manager and get said he will cancel the membership. I check my bank today and got charged again for the 39.99. For another month. Called and no answer etc. I really hope you all will make this rite. Again the wash system is great. But this part of the customer service needs work. With kindest regards please get in touch with me and get a refund to my card. Thank you.
