Have been here to get my car washed twice. Both times they haven't done what I paid for. The first time I forgot to take off my dog's seat protector from the rear so they didn't vacuum the carpets at all in the back. Otherwise, the guy was fairly on point. Missed a few things inside (they NEVER check cup holders), but it wasn't terrible. The second time I thought the first was my bad, honest mistake, so I paid even more for the VIP wash/wax. They washed my car and vacuumed, then nothing. No wax, no wheel polish, nothing. The guy dried my car, cleaned the windows and then walked away to start on another car. Didn't say they were finished, didn't say day anything, just walked away. Now you're probably thinking "why didn't you go back and tell them?". I'm a bit anti-social (more so since the pandemic started), so my approach now is just "okay well, i won't be coming back here". I've been to other hand washes that charge half as much and do more, seems like I'll just need to go back to them. When they do their job, they do it well, but I'm not the only one that's had this issue with them either. My sister has had to take her cars back to make them complete the work they paid for as well.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was my first (and last) time patronizing this car wash. The customer service I experienced from the person who meets you at the car (who apparently is the only employee with BASIC English skills) to the person who hands you the keys was rude and unprofessional. Since this was my first time using this car wash, I didn’t know the procedure that you had to wait in a certain place (since there were seating all over the place). I had no clue that my vehicle was ready since no one notified me. When I did inquire, the person who had my keys was either a RACIST, an IDIOT, on the spectrum, or all three because he would not acknowledge me when I asked him about my car. Regardless of the issue, he was unprofessional and it's amazing that they let people like this interact with the public. I will definitely tell my friends and colleagues to avoid this place like the plague. There are too many car washes out there than to have to deal with ones that do not treat their customers well nor appreciate their business.

I gave this place a try for the first time and am giving it only 2 stars for several reasons. I'm not a very picky person who looks for stupid little details but after I got home, I noticed that the passenger side door was still dirty from a drink that was spilled. I had to scrub and clean it myself. What's disappointing is that the guy who dries and sprays the car down neglected to take care of it, and it was a pretty large stain too. The car was not properly vacuumed and still had remnants of food particles from a recent trip with my kids. They didn't even bother to vacuum under the rugs. Even the interior part of the doors where the kids sit wasn't properly wiped down and was still sticky. I'll give this place the benefit of the doubt and will try it again sometime soon and I hope that by then, management will pressure their employees to do a better job than a Mickey Mouse job. I don't like giving bad reviews but maybe this will be a wake up call for improvement. After reading some of the other reviews, it is clear that I'm not the only one.

The guy who receives the car has a very bad attitude and doesn’t have customer care manners. When I told him that I was going to complain, he didn’t care, so I think the owner or manager has to pay attention to this guy.

Took my black Tesla here. Pay for a full exterior and interior $45. They said they finished and the car was super dirty on the outside and still had dog hair all over the inside. They didn’t even clean the seats. Had to tell them to do it again after showing him all these things that they didn’t do still came out three out of five. Never bringing my car back here again.

I can’t speak for other experiences at vermont hand wash but I can speak for my own experiences and I’ve truthfully never been disappointed by any service! I’ve been getting my car washed here for years and their prices are beyond fair and they do an amazing job. I would recommend it to anyone!

I’m not going to get into the customer service aspect or dig at the employees of this establishment. I don’t have very high expectations when it comes to a car wash. My experience from pulling in to payment was pleasant at best. However, the issue I have is quite bothersome. I arrived at 11:29 am on a Saturday. I understand and acknowledge that I chose to go at a busy time. I was mentally and spiritually prepared to endure this experience. I paid for a mid range wash, not a detail. Over the course of an hour and fifteen minutes, I saw other patrons arrive and leave with their cars washed. At the one hour mark, I asked the gentleman who seemed to be in charge why my car had been sitting in the same spot for the past hour with zero progress. He assured me that it would be taken care of but they were busy (“sorry my friend“). I’m no car wash expert but I am keen on logistics. From the time I inquired at the hour mark to fifteen minutes later, I counted at least five other vehicles seemingly get processed ahead of mine. I had an important engagement to attend and I had no choice but to hop in my car and leave. The only progress that had been made in one hour and fifteen minutes was a brief vacuuming of my vehicle. I’m not a Karen, I’m a very chill dude. It takes a lot to disappoint me. Other car washes I’ve been to have order and purpose behind their process. This place is utter chaos. I don’t plan on returning except maybe to try the hot chicken place next door. That looks pretty good!

I'm surprised by the low ratings on here. My fiance and I have been taking our cars here for awhile and have always been perfectly happy with the results. We're both picky about cleanliness and would notice if dirt or debris was missed. They really get every little crevice and take their time. It's worth every dollar for a standard detail.

From the sales pitch to the follow through… what a smarmy experience. Given the current air quality and dust, while also having been recently evacuated, I requested a focus on interiors. The sale guy “gave me a great deal” which turned out to be a savings of .99 - given all that is happening fine… then my car sat in port for 10 minutes air drying, subsequently leaving water spots; the windows smeared and streaky even after requesting a revisit by the dry team (not sure the name of the role - also ended up doing them myself); I asked the staff twice to clean the center counsel, given removable crumbs and coffee drips (also, ended up doing it myself)…I could continue, but don’t think beating a dead horse is helpful. For $45.00, plus a $5.00 tip (given considering all going on and not knowing someone’s story) and a “convince fee” for using a debit card of $1.63, which at this point needs to stop, I highly recommend washing your own car if you can, if not go somewhere that takes pride in the details…

PAINT SCRATCHES!? CHIPPING PAINT?? These guys will TAKE CAR OF YOUR CAR!! I’ve been getting my car buffed, waxed, & polished for years and my car looks BRAND NEW! I have never had a better wash & polish, it’s been over a month and my car is still shiny, and all the scratches on my hood & trunk are GONE, Amazing. LEO was the gentleman that worked on my car, he’s amazing. Don’t forget to tip!

rip off. 50 bucks and my car wasnt even vacuumed and barely washed. I left it to go back to work and picked it up up like 2 hrs later, it was like they just ran it through water and that was it, not even sure if they did that. I had to use a disinfecting wipe to finish what they supposedly started on the outside. I suggest elsewhere. Since I paid 50 dollars I thought my car would be vacuumed, I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they were a reputable business, I disregarded their low score and now I feeling it. Update: Called today asking for a partial refund, they asked why I didn't come in sooner. Well I am pretty busy and today I had time to call since the payment for the car wash cleared only today, I thought they had charged me for a 25 dollar service instead of 50 due to how bad the job was. Regardless I posted photos of what they lacked to do. DO NOT COME HERE. Oh and the guy who asks what kind of service you want tried to make me pay $200 for "full service" I laughed and said no thanks bud. I also asked why my trunk was dirty still, lady says" oh you have to tell us that you want it done, you may have personal belongings" uh yea I mean its a car theres going to be personal belongings in it. This business literally stole my money and then blamed it on me.

Man haters gonna hate. I think if you get the machine wash and expect it to be great you're fooling yourself. I get the hand wash and it's great every time. Not the cheapest car wash in the world, but you get what you pay for y'all.

Great car wash. The gentleman who gives you a ticket is friendly, especially with regulars. They always do an excellent job. Recently I had some dog hair all over my rear seat and told them not to worry about it too much, but they still got almost every single hair vacuumed up! Top notch.

They banged my car door as I watched and then tried to deny it (there was cameras facing out truck and to show what happened and they would not even look at it). They said owner would call and never did. I spoke to Mike today and was rude and didn’t care. I told him I’d take a different way to handle this and he said good enough and hung up on me. So rude i wouldn’t recommend this to no one.

This is the best spot. It’s not too far from where I stay so despite the negative reviews I’ve been seeing my experiences have been pleasant. I have been coming here for the past 4 months and the service has always been FAST and EXCELLENT. I’m so appreciative of the men that do the job. I love their energy and their effectiveness. You will keep having me as a customer and I’ll definitely recommend

Dont waste your time or money. I paid $50 for full service and got half assed service. I might as well have done it myself. Oh wait, I did.... once I got home and had to do a better job.

It looks my car just went on a machine . Inside didn’t look cleaned and vacuumed. I asked the person who wiped the car if he vacuum it her said “yes” Tip was gladly given. But I was surprised about the bad service paying $26.99. I was trying to call the phone number listed but answer (just in case I can show the car how it looks inside not driven after the car wash) Not a good car wash.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Vermont Handwash that I feel compelled to share. The owner of the carwash, truly went above and beyond to resolve an issue involving two employees that could have easily turned into a frustrating situation. The owner listened attentively to my concerns and situation and immediately took action. He not only investigated the matter thoroughly but also took the time to personally communicate with the employees involved, ensuring that I felt heard and valued. I like that they offer hand car wash, but they don't do a thorough job. My Car wasn't fully vacuumed and the rims were left dirty.
