Brought my Mini in for an oil change. You wait in the car and guide you in to the bay. They have a pit below to change oil. Our service team, Heather and Gabriel were fantastic, great customer service, explaining what they were doing, and even showing me so I could physically see they did the work. They showed me the schedule service recommendations but were not pushing anything. I really appreciated the good interaction with them, I will certainly come back again for the next service!

I recently visited the Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Simpsonville, SC, and I'm blown away by the exceptional service! As the owner of a newer van with numerous plastic coverings, I've experienced frustration at other oil change places in the past. However, the team at Valvoline, led by the outstanding Reachel, made the process seamless. The staff worked efficiently and harmoniously, completing the oil change with remarkable speed. Reachel's kindness and professionalism made the wait pleasant. I appreciate the team's dedication to their work, especially considering the challenging outdoor conditions they face. Went to get an oil change and Rachel was honest. When I thought I was over due on my oil change Rachel had told me you know you still have 2000 miles before you are due. She informed me the sticker they put on your next oil change is for 3000 miles when you can go to 5000. She asked if I wanted to proceed with oil change or for her to check it . I had her check it it was good. She did inform me my battery was not looking the best and was quite corroded. She showed me a picture of the battery but did not pressure me about buying a battery. Glad to know this where we are suppose to be super cold after this Thanksgiving weekend dont want a dead battery. Thanks Rachel for your honesty and see ya down the road 2000 miles from now.

I had a conversation with Rachael, the manager, regarding radiator flush/fill service. She noticed that the check engine light was on and offered to put the computer on it, which revealed that the thermostat and O2 sensors were not functioning. my wife had mentioned that the heat was not working well right at the end of winter. Rachael immediately said we should NOT do the radiator flush until I could get the thermostat fixed, since she said it would not allow them to fully drain the system, thus wasting money on the flush/fill. I would not have known that and so she just exhibited both integrity and knowledge by saving me money. She gave me a recommendation of a local auto shop that could correct the thermostat problem and then we could do the flush/fill after. It is difficult these days to find integrity in any services, but especially in auto repair. However, Rachael just proved that it still exists. Thank you.

After traveling a great distance, over multiple days, we were pressed for time but had to get our Jeep serviced after such a long journey. A family member in the area recommended Valvoline so we found the local one in the area and drove there. The staff had us in the bay quickly and proceeded with explaining all the servicing that was available. There was never any pressure to select multiple services, and everything was explained thoroughly. The technicians completed all the work in about 20 minutes, and we were on our way with minimal delay. Great service.

Went for an oil change and got stuck behind 2 diesel trucks. A worker came out to inform me that it would be about a 45 minute wait, in which I replied, "I'm out of here." As 45 mins is not worth the wait. The employee has started to walk away and then turned back and said to me I don't have to be rude about it. I wasn't rude and 45 mins is not a wait for myself and elementary school aged son. That comment is rude, unnecessary, and a business killer as I will not give this location my business. My recommendation is don't have people that can't appropriately greet and understand customer needs.

Extremely courteous and professional, very very thorough as well. I was so happy with the service and respect that I received. I needed a filter replaced that my current automotive shop wanted to charge me 600.00 to replace. Valvoline replaced it and it was only 50.00. I am so happy to have found a place that won't try to royally stick it to you, especially in today's economy. THANK YOU VALVOLINE!! I will ALWAYS recommend your services moving forward.

Copied the text: Everyone was very professional and nice. However, when I got home and parked my car in my driveway the next morning I noticed 4 drops of oil. The reason I noticed the oil drops is because it’s a new driveway. I am not sure how or why I have those 4 drops of oil but I am still monitoring the situation
