It's been awhile since I've been here but definitely glad i came back, all the recommendations were right on par with what was needed, and they switched my air filter with one i had already purchased for a reasonable fee. 5 stars for the morning crew!!!

My oil change today was absolutely fantastic! Everything went smoothly, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Lenz and Brain were amazing guides, explaining the process in a clear and easy-to-understand way. I’ll definitely be back to this location because of the great service I received!

Expensive charge for 6 qts. of oil and oil filter. Will plan to go elsewhere. Good service but don't appreciate the uncharge on the product as well as extra charges. They have lost my business and I will be happy to either go elsewhere or perform the oil change myself.

First time visiting this type of establishment. Expensive and long. Why didn't the employee ask if my van's tires needed pumping up? Ok, he didn't ask me. Just do your job well! See the photo))) It's a small problem, but it would be better if he didn't do it.

I have been coming to this Valvoline on S. Cedar to get my oil changed and can't be happier with the experience. Everyone I have encountered has been helpful and courteous, but never pushy about up selling. I needed my transmission fluid changed and this was the first place I thought to go for the service. They made sure that all the old grimy fluid was flushed out, and showed me the old and new. It's nice to be informed of the process and what's going on, especially as someone not very car-savvy. This location is usually busy, and I expect a bit of a wait, but in truth, I pass 2 other locations on my way home because I prefer to come here. (I suspect there are better days/times to go if time is a consideration, but I seem to find myself stopping right after work, which is usually busier everywhere.) The atmosphere in the shop is light, everyone works together, and it's about the most pleasant experience you can have while getting work done on your vehicle. I'll be back again in another few thousand miles!

This was our first time at Valvoline. Jordan assisted us for an oil change. He was very thorough in explaining everything he did & why. He didn’t try to sell or do unnecessary things. He answered every question to the best of his knowledge & was very helpful. It was a quick & painless process. I would definitely recommend.

My engine oil drained overnight after an oil change. They said the oil pan threads stripped. They refused to pay the damage. I'm now getting a cheaper oil change from a certified mechanic.

I always come here for oil changes and no matter what car I have I always have weird minor issues, but the crew at this Valvoline always make sure to explain everything fully and are transparent when they may not be able to do a job.
