Don’t take your car here to get your oil changed! I am out $5k for a new motor because the staff failed to put the oil filter back on correctly. I got my oil changed prior to a weekend trip. My check engine light came on halfway there. I had to pay to have the spark plugs repaired, due to a cylinder misfiring. After arriving to our location, we realized my car was leaking oil. It continued to leak oil over the weekend. We took it to a different Valvoline in our location. They said there was excess oil in the oil pan, and that was likely what was dripping. Made our way back home, the car was still leaking. Brought my car back to this location the following Monday and explained that my car was leaking oil. The staff brushed me off and said I couldn’t have lost that much oil. I had checked it, prior to coming in, and there was nothing in the tank. The service member offered to fill it back up, but said they needed to charge me something. They refused to tell me how much oil they had to put back in it, charged me $10, and sent me on my way. It was only after I asked why it was leaking oil that they admitted that the oil filter was put on incorrectly. Fast forward to today. My car is in the shop with a burned valve and I need to replace the whole engine. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my car, prior to getting the oil changed. Now I have to put a new motor in. Coincidence? I think not. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Came in for an oil change and both fuel filters on my Ram 2500. I provided my own filters and they wanted to charge me $129.99 per fuel filter just to replace. Talking about a rip off. I had the oil change done but will never return to this location with prices like that. I love supporting local businesses but not with price gouging like that.

I have never had problems with Valvoline. It’s a really good oil changing company. I just really don’t enjoy this location. They make you back up and let someone from a different line go in front of you, mind you yes there are 2 cars behind me waiting too, so everyone has to back up. Idk if it’s a new thing or if it’s just this location but this does seem to be super annoying and kinda a hassle honestly. And I do understand it’s like first come first serve but the line you pick it the line you pick. I don’t understand why making everyone back up and move like musical chairs to get your oil changed is beyond me. I’d recommend going to valvoline just not this location!!!
