Such a wonderful place. I’ve gone here for a few years now and each time I take my car here I am more impressed and thankful for the service I received then the time before. They go way above and beyond to help. Tom was so amazing and helpful he should be recognized for his efforts and excellent customer service. Honestly, every employee should be recognized for being so great. But this visit specifically Tom really went out of his way to help me replace a part on my car that I kept mixing up. ( it’s a long story) but needless to say, I’m so very grateful I have a honest place to take my car that always does excellent work and has 5 star service each time I come. Thank you. You guys amazing.

Today was my first experience using Valvoline for an oil change and I will definitely return. The team that worked on my car was friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. There was an additional wait time today due to a customer ahead of me requiring extra help. The team kept me informed multiple times with updates and thanked me for waiting. Alexander was the person who explained the overall process to me as a new customer. He was extremely kind, very knowledgeable, and gave detailed, honest answers and recommendations about my oil and service choices. The team that worked on my car was excellent too - one of the guys was thoughtful enough to take a picture under the hood so I didn’t need to exit the car to look at it myself. Everyone worked fast and the communication between them was impressive, like a pit crew. I will return.

Tim, the lead technician, greeted me and was a perfect picture of professionalism from the moment I put my vehicle in park until my oil change was finished and I drove off. The entire staff was professional, safe and efficient. I will be bringing all 3 of our vehicles to this Valvoline shop in the future. First thing, I want to mention is that when tying my name into the computer system he noticed that the keyboard wasn't working. He started troubleshooting the issue with the keyboard but then stopped and told me that he would have my oil change started prior to fixing the keyboard. I appreciated this very much because I want to get "in and out" as quickly as I can. Tim followed the steps for the position like he had been trained well and had experience doing his job. After the oil change was complete, I asked him about the difference between having my oil changed at 3k miles vs having it changed at 7k. He explained to me that 3k is what the shop recommends, but 7k is what Toyota recommends (this vehicle I brought in was a Toyota). I just want to give kudos to Tim for doing a great job and I hope he can be recognized or given a pat on the back. It was also snowing outside during all of this, and these guys were quick, smiling and working hard. I appreciate the service! Thank you

I had my oil changed here, a day later found an oil stain on my driveway and took it back. They told me the guy under the car didn't clean up after himself, and they cleaned it. I went home and put cardboard under my car and found oil still leaking. I took my car to my mechanic and He let me know that the one time use crush washer had been reused, causing the leak. He changed it and the leak was gone. It cost me $106.00 to correct Valvolines mistake.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! This place is absolutely terrible. The manager is so disrespectful and rude. The employee under my car was not knowledgeable enough to put my scrape plate back on correctly so it came undone while I was driving!! I specifically talked to Joe about having a similar issue with Jiffy Lube and this resulted in a 5 minute conversation. He reassured me that they check to make sure that everything is secure before customers drive away. Well, not too much later on my way to meet people and I hear my scrape plate skidding on the ground underneath me. Will came out to help get it completely off so that I could drive again and after an hour I was able to be back to driving but late to meet some people. Not to mention that I lost 3 bolts when it came undone. The next day I went in to get it put back on and they decided to give me 3 random bolts that they just had lying around in their shop which is ridiculous. I called and asked to talk to the manager Dave multiple times the next week but apparently he’s never there when I would call. After almost a week I finally was able to get ahold of him on my boyfriend’s phone after someone hung up on me on my phone. When I tried to ask for a refund he asked me “are you going to give back my oil and oil filter?” WHAT?! And then asked me what I do for work and said “I’m sure you’ve made a mistake at your job before”. But guess what? If you make a mistake you have to pay for that. And they did not. I never got my refund because he just wanted to give me the runaround and give me excuses and said that he would only give a refund if I gave back the oil and oil filter LOL. No “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” or “I’m sorry that we messed up and made you late” or ANYTHING. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never ever come here again. And I will let everyone I know to never ever come here. It’s not even about the money at this point. It’s about the disrespect and attitude that the MANAGER wanted to give me after THEY messed up and I had to pay for it.

This was my first visit here, I took my older Ford expedition, I had a funky blinker and a burnt out taillight, they fixed for only 12 bucks. They were incredibly friendly, a pleasant experience, the wait wasn't very long at all I was in and out in about 45min with 2 cars in front of me. They were reasonably priced. Will deffinately be returning.

I just had my oil changed for the first time at this establishment. In my opinion it is absolutely first rate! The employees are polite and professional. They are very knowledgeable and do not do anything they wouldn't recommend or that they feel you do need. I had some warning lights on my Jeep, they checked them out and gave me Excellent recommendations for the issues. I will return as long as I'm in the area.

My Boyfriend took us there yesterday to get our oil changed & we will definitely be going back. It was super quick. We where able to stay in the car, which was great because our 4 & 1/2 month old had just fallen asleep when we pulled in there. & The workers yell out to each other when communicating to one another & I didn't even have to ask them to be quiet they seen sleeping baby & lowered their voices. Big +'s in this mommy's book. Thank you Valvoline worker's.

This shop doesn’t honor their coupons. I went out of my way to come here because Google Maps displayed a 50% off coupon. Shop said they wouldn’t honor it even though they specifically marketed it for this shop.

I normally hate going to these quick oil change places, I've only ever used Jiffy Lube in the past, because they always try to sell you on extras, "upgrades", and add-ons. My visit to this Valvoline has changed my mind entirely. While I still prefer to do my own maintenance I will 100% use and recommend this location when necessary. Friendly technicians who speak to you like a person, did not try to up-sell me for the sake of it, and completed the work quickly, efficiently, and safely. I heard them double confirming fasteners removed, then the fasteners tightened by location and bit size, they had me start my car after the initial fill to make sure the new oil filled any air pockets, they checked the fill level, topped up as needed, they showed me the dip stick fill level after everything was done. I wish I would've gotten their names but I believe it was the manager and a skinny guy ~6' tall with a great mustache. Thank you, The dude with the 2012 Ford Focus

The employees were friendly, efficient and not pushy. When I pulled up, someone jogged over to my car - it’s nice to be acknowledged right away. I was told the estimated wait time and asked if that was okay (it was). The folks were friendly and clearly communicated the process and offers for upgrades (and they didn’t push when I declined).
