Everyday my car pool dropped me off at this gas station. Sometimes I go in and buy a soda, gum, gas, cigarettes (when I smoked) etc. Last week I went into this gas station and asked the owner/manager if I could plug my phone in and charge it for 5 minutes so I could call my husband to come pick me up. My phone was dead, dead, dead. I was dressed, you know, business casual, had a backpack with my laptop, lunch box and purse…definitely didn’t appear to be homeless or wanting a hand out. The man behind the counter informs me that they do not give away electricity! I thought he miss-understood why I was asking and explained that I needed to charge my phone so I could call my husband so he could pick me up. He says, NO! WE DON’T GIVE OUR ELECTRICITY AWAY. I told him all I needed to do was call my husband, could he help me. NO! WE DON’T GIVE OUR ELECTRICITY AWAY. Really! I told him he was not very customer friendly, I lived in Marysville and would be sure to let all my friends know how I was treated. I walked over to Starbucks next to Haggens, enjoyed a nice cup of coffee, charged by phone without incident and called my husband. Please stop by this Gas Station (3506 88th ST NE) and let this man know how much you don’t appreciate his willingness to help those in his community! Please do not patronize this gas station. Pass it along. Now my carpool drops me off at Starbucks!

Clean enough, but if you’re traveling don’t come here. They purposely keep the bathroom closed. Even for paying customers.

Made for Trucks, Bathrooms, Showers, Big Rig parking, Truck Scales, Truck parts, Truck service, Less pricy fuel, GREAT Coffee, GREAT Food... I like their Roast Beef Sandwiches!

Pulled in at 8:50 on a Monday night to fill up our rental car after a full day of fun in Seattle with my daughter. While I was starting the pump my daughter was treated very rudely by the, I'm betting, owner when she asked to use the rest room. When I asked why she was refused he was also rude to me. I told him I would take my business elsewhere. Fortunately I had stopped the pump as soon as I saw her get thrown out. Fortunately there was two other gas stations to choose from. We went to the 7-Eleven across the street got $50 dollars worth of gas and a restroom break without any hassle. Please do not use this Shell gas station until its ownership has changed.

Absolute trash the lady wouldn't let me use the restroom as I'm getting sick. If you can see someone needs some help. Just help them out and let them use the restroom. I hope this woman has an emergency restroom situation and I'm holding the key to the bathroom, your gonna eat it lady.

The attendant is a thief. We paid $50 in cash for gas but the attendant put it in as $20. We went in to find out why they didn't let us get the full $50 and the attendant said we only paid $20. Owner refused to come down and look at the video until 3pm, almost 6 hours later. Of course they refuse to let us see the video and said there was no $50 bill in the cash register. Cost us $30 today but we will never go back there so they end up losing more than they took from us.

Wouldn't even give 1 star. Had a flat tire. Used the air on property. Went in store and asked to use restroom to wash up. The lady refused to let me because restroom for customers only. I looked at her honestly with tears. I had flat tire that wouldn't take air, late for appointment. It's hotter than hell out, and couldn't even wash the grim off my hands.she just stared at me. What happened to just a little humanity. I get store policy, she appeared to b an owner of gas station, but really? I told her I put $2 in air machine. She said not her machine. I ended up limping my car across the street cuz I didn't want to stay on her property.

There are two shell stations beside each other. Use the one in the Big Foot Java lot. They are much friendlier. They don't have a public restroom, but you can use the one at 7-11 across the street. Also, even if you do purchase gas at the actual shell station you are not guaranteed to be able to use their restroom. I purchased gas there once. I was told since I moved my car from the pump they couldn't determine that I indeed purchased gas. I would have to show a receipt to you the restroom.

Friendly service, the store and surrounding area are clean and well kept. The new carwash is touchless and works wonderfully. I would definitely recommend this store and car wash.

I've been going to this station to get coffee for over 3 years now. The owners have been so good to me and the service is great. I am a paraplegic and sometimes need help so I've received nothing bit love and support from them. The restrooms are very clean and when you gavwere been to others that theven restroom are open to the public the public don't treat the restrooms with care. This station is one that if your a customer t then you can use the restroom and that's why they are clean.

Welcome to Marysville .. The restrooms were locked even though we stopped for gas and were paying customers. I get it about the level of homelessness in this area, but even so not impressed

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean this gas station is! And affordable! We stopped for gas and to use the restroom. I also bought a hair brush which I was surprised was not marked up like most places. The gas was less expensive than surrounding competitors. The restroom was clean, and locked for safety. The manager was so friendly and I am SO grateful to her. I was a bit scattered today and accidentally left my wallet/phone in the bathroom and she returned it to me safely with everything in it. Such a Good Samaritan! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Very rude owner, awfully impolite to a traveling customer. The bathroom was out of service (still, 8 days after my last visit) and they refused point blank to let me fill my water bottle. I was told rudely that they have water for sale... not free. Water is a basic human right. Also a great way to treat travelers from Canada. Very poor service it does not take much to be friendly.

You can tell a business is struggling when you gotta make a purchase in order to use restroom policy is in effect as is here. Despite that it is a clean well maintained store. Cool.

Stopped here when my daughter suddenly threw up right outside. The owner was super rude and didn’t offer any help but a squirt of hand sanitizer, like we were a problem. I wasn’t expecting much, just needed somewhere for her to wash her hands off. We ended up going across the street instead, which was way better. The attendant at the Chevron was super helpful.

No public restrooms, they are always out of service. Hm.... I stopped here because I was driving from Whidbey Island. Needed fuel and the restroom. I was directed to Starbucks. I have stopped here before and didn't realize it was the same place. No restrooms open last time.

Do not use this gas station there are others across the street that are much better. Their website says public toilets available and when you go in it says no public restrooms with a huge sign. I’m 8.5 months pregnant and the guy wouldn’t make an exception! the chevron across the street was so clean and so kind! Highly recommend going there instead!
