They've helped me figure out some car problems and had the parts to fix them. If it's easy, like wiper blades, and they aren't swamped, they usually will help you do it.

So disappointed. I asked about a headlight replacement for my 2017 Honda. I asked if he knew if it was easy to replace. He said I don't own a fancy car like that so I don't know. Really? He told me what aisle to look in but I couldn't find it. A customer in the store was nice enough to help me find it. I asked about return policy. The answer was no returns once the package is open. So glad I didn't buy from them and found it on Amazon and they will let me return it for free if there is an issue with a light.

Mike in whole sale is an absolute wealth of knowledge and has taken care of me for years. I don't know what he is paid but I guarantee its not enough. Keep up the good work Mike.

Lorenzo was the best! Not only food he change my headlight twice (my mistake) but he was friendly and took the time to explain things. I'm no good at car repairs even basic stuff like changing a headlight. So 5 stars for Lorenzo and the team. I really hope I got the name right. Go here for anything car related. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just wow. I was going to hold off writing a review for this establishment. However, after our personal experience with the employees here, and especially now after witnessing another customer be ganged up on by three of the employees at this location I feel it’s absolutely necessary to share my thoughts on this store. My fiancé and I purchased an ignition coil(lifetime warranty) from Oreillys for my car around this time last year. This is after I took my car to a shop to have my engine mounts replaced, the mechanic who did the work on my engine mounts recommended I do a full service on my vehicle. I declined having him do it, as my brother who was a mechanic has always done smaller tune-ups or services for free. So we went ahead and purchased all the parts necessary to do the service. Now less than a year later my vehicle begins to misfire, something it has never done before. We go ahead and pull the engine apart to find that one of the primary coils had completely detached from the core… So my fiancé and I who have recently moved to Marysville, go to the Oreillys here on state. First time he visits the location is to check to see which parts are under warranty. The associate who helped him(sorry I wish I could remember your name) was kind, and informative. He told my fiancée that the ignition coil we had purchased a year earlier was made from a really crappy brand and it was no surprise that it had already failed. Fortunately, it was the only part we had purchased that was still under warranty. We go back a day or two later with the faulty ignition coil and a list of the other parts we just decided to replace since we already had the car torn apart. One of which was my oil cap, which was old and worn, and probably had never been replaced, we had noticed it had just started to leak a very small amount of oil. We meet with one of associates, he is already not friendly from the jump. We begin telling him what we need, give him the broken ignition coil, he’s inspecting it. He decides to diagnose my car, with the very little information he has and comes to the conclusion that the reason the coil has broke and the reason my oil cap is leaking is because my car is overheating and my car had broke the ignition coil… he tells us he will not replace the part under warranty because it won’t fix the problem? Well this wasn’t an problem before I had replaced my factory ignition coil with your cheap plastic ignition coil, that your other associate even agreed was a piece of crap. Also, who the hell gave you the power to decide which parts can be replaced if the manufacturer is the one providing a warranty on their parts? My partner stated we will go elsewhere since he’s not willing to help us. He slams his hand down and somewhat steps in front of us trying to be intimidating, stating that he will call all the local Oreillys and tell them not to help us? Now two of the other employees are also standing near, jumping in and out of the conversation. We are just so confused as to why we are being treated so poorly. This ordeal was absolutely unnecessary. How are you going to diagnose a car you have never set eyes on? After the employees come down from their power trip, we have some more conversation and finally get the part swapped out for a more expensive ignition coil, along with the rest of the parts we came in for. To add, the employee who looks like he might be 13, would not stop trying to diagnose my fiancés mustang. It was brought up in conversation how it also occasionally misfires. It has been looked at by several shops including Ford, no one can figure out what’s wrong with it. Surely an employee at Oreillys won’t be able to diagnose it, sight unseen. Most importantly, we weren’t even in there regarding anything about my fiancés vehicle so kindly shut up. We go in today, the employees are doing the same thing to another customer!? The employees who work at this location need to brush up on their job description! If you want to diagnose peoples cars, get a job at a shop! We will not be returning.

There's a guy who works here named Nate, and he is absolutely amazing. He really went above and beyond to help me find out what's wrong with my car and what to do from there, I don't usually leave reviews, but he was amazing and definitely deserves a good one!!

All the workers are great to work with, very friendly and easy to talk to, and beyond helpful honestly way under paid for the amount of help they provide, HOWEVER the manager Dave is honestly one of the worst people to work with, he's given me the wrong part 3 different times and I have had to return them. If he tries to assist you i strongly recommend waiting for one of the other workers to be available. I honestly dont know how someonewhot knows NOTHING about cars got his position but it was definitely a mistake. Only negative part of my experience at this location everyone else goes above and beyond to help in every way imaginable.

Big THANK YOU to the team at this Marysville location. This store corrected the order that another store messed up on. Thank you, Ian, for making it right and providing great customer service. Also. Shout out to the guy offering help to carry my purchase to my car even when my son came in to carry it.

This was the most helpful O’Reillys that I have ever come to. My car died in their parking lot as I was pulling in and I went into the store crying. Two guys (I didn’t get their names) instantly ran out and pushed my car for me and comforted me. Right away Cal got my license plate info for me and found the new part I needed and started writing out mechanics names for me to call. I didn’t get everyone’s names but it felt like everyone in the store was helping me and checking in. Everybody was so kind, calming, caring and helped reassure me that everything would be okay. Cal and Nate were both so helpful and told me exactly what to say to the mechanics when I called, they also told me I could wait inside if I got cold while waiting for my mechanic. Then they both came outside to check on everything when the mechanic showed up. They were advocating for me to make sure he checked all the right things and to ensure that I was helped and doing good. (My mechanic was Tony Neumiller- who also deserves 5 stars!!!) The guys at the Marysville O’Reillys made a stressful situation turn into a blessing that I was actually thankful had happened because I was so glad I got to experience so many helpful and kind people. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone who needs help in the future. This is my first review I have ever left for anything online, but I feel that strongly that it needed to be done after my day there today.

Just needed a tire pump to help a coworker with a flat. They had exactly what was needed and was very helpful as always. I've done business with O'Reilly back when it was called Shucks (founded in 1917). Before they purchased all of the Al's Auto Supply and turned them into Shuck's. They also purchased all the Big Wheel stores too. Now there is more than 6,000 of these stores.

Went to O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Marysville to find brake pads for my truck. Not knowing anything about them I knew I'd need help to get what I wanted. I want to thank Morgan for all her help in and expertise to get me just what I needed. She was knowledgable, kind and very patient explaining the advantages of one product over another. Thanks so much for the GREAT customer service Morgan !!!

I came in and saw they had at least 6 people working there with one customer being helped. No one said hello or looked at me. I left and went to AutoZone down the street. Lady there said hello with a smile, got me in and out within 5 minutes, and offered me a printout of everything I needed!

I get my air freshener brand "little trees" scent, Bayside breeze makes my car smell so so good. I open 3 at one time at $4.99 for 3 and it last a couple months. Whoever rides in my car always says it smells so good. I just purchased these bad boy skull n crossbones car stick on emblem for my car and I can't wait to see what they look like!! $8.99 for two skulls in a package so 1 on each side. I'll update reviews to tell you how they hold up in a few months and if worth buying or not. Ty for reading my reviews 😊 have a wonderful good smelling Day 😁🥸🤙🏻

Brought my car here to test my battery (had to get a jump the day before) they tried to tell me my battery was fine but my alternator was failed (on a 5 year old car with only 32k miles on it) when asked how much that would run me they tried to sell me on an alternator that was $500 ( you can get one on amazon for $130) decided to go get a second opinion because I really didn’t believe that and sure enough my alternator and battery tested perfectly fine with the same tester at a different O’Reillys location. Either this kid has no idea what he’s doing or they thought I would fall for it and just drop $500 because I’m a young girl having car issues. Pretty sure I just left a light on and drained the battery overnight. Don’t let them scam you

My car battery died across the street by the Safeway. Staff was very helpful, especially Morgan, who let me borrow some tools to remove the battery. It was very dead and needed to be replaced. They didn’t try to upsell me on the fanciest one and let me hold onto the tools until I could get my car running again with the new battery. I would definitely go back in the future for any automotive needs.
