Local propane, but don't bother if you have a Volkswagen Vanagon camper. They will not fill the tanks on Vanagon. Who knew! Very inconvenient and disappointing

This gas station is a sick joke! I went to put gas and asked to use the bathroom first but they claimed they do not have a bathroom. Is it not required in the state of California for establishments to provide bathrooms in business buildings???

Nice friendly service and even let someone use the bathroom that wasn’t a customer. Plus he filled my propane bottle no problem.

I'm giving one star because of the rude white man! I don't know why he is so aggressive! I hope he is not the owner!! I never had such a bad experience in gas station ever!!!

Rude especially older man. Min. 4.5 gallons. You must enter from behind and DO NOT cross the white line. You must unload and load. I am going to drive farther as I can't stand the nasty attitude.

I went in to get my change for the gas/car wash discount and the man behind the counter refused to give me my change and was blatantly disrespectful. The money wasn’t that important, but out of principal, I would not trust these thieves.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The guy in the store was rude and unhelpful. Made me park 20 feet from the pump, then did not offer to help take the filled tank to the car. As an older woman, I find the tanks to be rather heavy and hard to carry. This guy does not deserve to have a job that deals with the public in any way.

They are not as bad as some reviews suggest. When I tried to put some gas on my first car first time , I was new and didn’t have an idea, there was a guy there who helped me and was friendly. It's something that I'll never forget them.

In addition to it taking 15 minutes to fill the tank of our car, when the tank was full, the pump poured diesel all over our car and onto the ground. Which we paid for. The guy working there thought we maybe deserved a dollar off. But he argued with us. We did not take his dollar. Far from fair compensation for the gas all over our car much less the waste of our time and overcharging for spilled product. I’ve never had a worse experience getting gas. Avoid at all costs.

The Valero on 4th Street is very clean tidy the cashier that I encountered was very nice and friendly. I used the gas station to fill up my propane very easy and convenient. It is probably one of the only places I found that I can refill my propane on my RV. I would strongly suggest going there.

I would normally not post a negative review because often times those are misleading and you should also post as many positive but I had the most HORRIBLE experience there! The gentleman behind the counter was actually more than rude! He should not be working with the public. I would never in my life return there and experience such a horrible and cruel person. Not even if I was running out of gas. I hope he is not the owner! It is not worthy of 1 star.

I visited this location for the time first to refill my propane tank, primarily because I discovered that they provide propane refills on Sunday, and Blue Star gas where I normally go, is closed. However the cashier/clerk was a complete here was complete jackass! He was so rude and disrespectful that I thought I might be dealing with someone from the 'Proud Boys', if it weren't for his thick Indo-Pakistani accent that ultimately gave me a good idea as to where he was from!....Geez!! I wound up paying the U-Haul rentals location on Santa Rosa Ave a visit, since they also offer the same propane refill services 7 days a week I've discovered. Thank God!

5/22 Attendant was beyond rude. Went for a propane refill and was overcharged about a gallon. Not a big deal i suppose but I informed the man that a refill is only 3.5g and was charged 4.5g with about 1.5 still in the tank before refill. Again I suppose being overcharged 2gal isn't a big deal but it's the principle.

Got my propane tank refilled. The attendant (or owner?) is not a man of many words as seemingly expected by some other reviewers, but he is friendly and I quickly got what I wanted and am a happy customer, sure to return next time I need the tank refilled. Enter from the back and stop behind or at the tire air station before the propane tank.

I've gotten propane here several times. Got 2 tanks filled today. The attendant was a older man and he was rude as hell. I had Russian River sweatshirt on, he ask me why it was called Russian River and I said no. He began to criticize me for not knowing. He ask me if I was born here, I should know. He got real rude and walked away. I will be looking for a new place to get propane.

I was the only customer, and I entered the store to refill my propane tank. I interrupted the clerk sitting in the back room reading something. He took his time meeting with me near the propane tank. Then he pointed to the tank. He didn’t say a word to me. He just looked at me sternly, and pointed at the tank again. He just stood there pointing. I was slow to understand what he was communicating, and then I saw the sign on the cage enclosing the large propane refill tank - “No Parking.” I guess I parked in the wrong spot. So I moved my car about ten feet. He finished filling the tank, left it in the ground near the refill tank, walked away without saying a word, back into the station. I paid and left. On my way out, he said, “Have a nice day.” I’m not sure if he was joking or being sarcastic or being rude. I didn’t realize he could speak at all! There are infinite other ways he could have communicated to me that I needed to move my car. He chose a way that confused me and seemed to be scolding me. I’ll never go back. There are too many other spots to accomplish the same thing without being treated rudely.

2x 2 super dumb experiences. Car wash jammed and didn't start to wash. Indian guy in store gas lit me saying I broke the car wash 😆. 2nd time I bought gas and a car wash. They didn't give me the car wash price, so I returned to retrieve the car wash price and both men in the store wanted to argue about simple facts. It's not worth the commotion. I will walk before I come back here.

Unfortunate situation. I simply ask the Attendent/Owner if I can double check my tickets because I thought I earned a free Lottery ticket. Turns out I was wrong. I thanked the man for letting me take a look. But he went off about how I font trust him and I am lying to him and trying to get money. I was taken aback and unfortunately will never go back. Please go an extra 15 feet to the next gas station. Thanks.
