Uptown Park&Wash did a phenomenal job! They were incredibly responsive during the booking process & upon arrival made additional suggestions on what would benefit my car. When I picked it up, it looked cleaner than it did the day I bought it, both inside and outside. They were incredibly thorough and detailed in the cleaning. 100% will be coming back!

These guys do outstanding work! I called up David around 2 PM today & he said he could get me in same day for just an exterior detail. My car was pretty dirty from some snow we got last week. David & Ronnie got it looking showroom ready by 4 PM today! These guys have 100% earned my business in the future as well. Great customer service, great communication, and great quality! These guys go the extra mile! I called David up with a bit of an odd and urgent request--i had just finished a classic car restoration and driven the car down to Charlotte from Michigan in the rain and found out the trunk was leaking. Having just been assembled and driven in the rain, the car needed a full detail and the trunk dried out! David and Ronnie got to work immediately and treated my car like it was their own and i couldn't have asked for a better or more professional service! When they were done, the car had literally never looked better.

Thought i was just getting my car cleaned. However, they delivered above my expectations. I said " Ohhhh, Wow!! you like clean, CLEANED it!!" Honesty didn't know it COULD look new again. I was quoted double the cost at several "mobile detailers" and would not have expected them to deliver my vehicle as they did. The man that cleaned it told me the longer I give him the more thorough it will be. Even after tipping him heavily it was still considerably less than any detailer I had used previously. Very honest, straight forward guy. Left my radio on a spiritual music channel. Had put all of my items in some ziplic bags he labled by location. Which kind of made sense after talking to him. Honestly, I trust them more than any of the options I have ever used. Thats where I want to spend my money. A place I can feel good about supporting.

Just looked up car wash / detailing on google maps to try to find a a place where you don’t have to go through a machine. These guys popped up, saw their work and booked an appointment. Interior exterior hadn’t been detailed in a long time, they sent me pictures overtime, showing me the progress. Did a phenomenal job at the end.

These guys REALLY CLEAN the car!!! The attention to detail is far better than I expected, compared to the service I usually get elsewhere. They work by appointment only, but David was able to fit me in with a phone call, and him and Ronnie did an awesome job on my car with short notice. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Definitely will be a repeat customer every month!

David does an awesome job every time!!! I've taken my vehicle to uptown park and wash several times and I've been impressed EVERY TIME!!! I love that this is a hand wash car wash, which is very hard to find. David takes his time and pays attention to detail. He leaves no part on my vehicle untouched. I'm always pleased with the results and the reasonable price.
