I have the Total Shine wash monthly subscription. The tire dressing portion of the wash has not worked for at least a year. This wash is $5 more per wash and $10 more per month for subscription than the wash that does not have the tire dressing. This place has been charging me and everyone else more for this wash and the main upgrade feature of the wash does not work. I have mentioned this to the staff several times. They see that the timing is off on the feature and have done nothing to correct it. I like coming here as it is close to home for me, but they have me and others paying for a service that they do not provide.

I've had a membership for a couple years now. It is a great deal! Its so convenient to use the self service line and get right through. When they do a full service they are quick but thorough and the added air freshener is a nice touch.

I asked them to push in my mirrors, they did so the I asked them if my antenna would be okay and they said no need to remove it will be okay. Well it literally ripped my antenna off. $850.00 damage!!!! If you have a junker you want cleaned this place is it. The brushes are like Brillo Pads!!!!

I have been taking my vehicles to this spot for over 10 years. Adrian and the guys are fantastic and I wouldn't dream of taking my business anywhere else. The facility itself could use some upgrades but the customer service is top notch! Good job guys!!!

I’ve been living in Temecula a year now, and this is the only car wash I go to. They’re always nice and professional. The vacuum always work, and my car is always spotless when I leave. I definitely would recommend.

Dark colored car nightmare.. detailer left vacuum hose on the side of my door while vacuuming out the car which led to a bunch of scratches. THEN proceeded to use dry non-microfiber nor shammy fiber cloths to dry my car (which leads to scratches). THEN put some sort of Armor All on my trim which then also got all over my paint. Still bugs Galore on my front end although he used a plain scratchy sponge to try and get some of them off. Left tons of goo and bugs.. I looked for a well-rated car wash for my first wash in my brand new blue car.. and fully regret not just going to a detailer. Went in to speak to a manager and he was sitting in his office at his desk and disregarded the fact that someone was walking by his office looking for help. Now my new blue is scratched to heck.. Lord knows how much more it's going to cost me to get the scratches out.

Great business! They always do a good job. My truck looks absolutely spotless, inside and out. They pay attention to every detail, from the sparkling wheels to the streak-free windows. The staff is always super friendly and efficient, and the whole process was quick and easy. You can tell they really care about providing a top-notch service.

I will never go back there...I paid 65 dlls for (hand wax) and we saw the person working on my car from far away he was spraying some stuff on it bur only here and there not as wax should be done and in less then 15 minutes he went to work on another car they never call us out until my husband went out and ask if the care was ready cause no body was working on it and they said yes is ready...and when we got home and actually check the car was horrible not even bug poop was removed from it!!! Is getting worse and worse there no wonder they have very minimum customers.

First time here. Drive thru then the vacuums are free or you can pay extra for them to do it. I paid extra. Pretty good interior cleaning but they didn't move items on floor of back seat to vacuum where it was needed. I'll know better next time.

Terrible service. I had been doing express carwash here for a while and decided to give it a try for a bumper to bumper detail to my car. Paid for full service inside and out and my car is the same as when it was dropped off. I asked if superficial scratches were going to get fixed they said yes. Well nothing was removed. No one was able to give me a solution on the spot not only that but my tailgate wasn't working when I picked it up. They didn't know how to fix it and were trying to blame it that my car was like that they removed stuff and broke it. No manager on site and said owner was not available. All I wanted was a refund for the terrible service. Never going back

I found the work nice but the owner dishonest. He keeps recharging my debit card over $60 a month and I went 2 times 3 times for 1 month service. I tried to talk to him he would not talk to me. I left my number. He never called. I am currently pursuring legal action.

Decided to give this place a try and got the Royal Shine. I am truly disappointed at their attention to detail and the way they clean your car. Car had multiple spot in which you could tell they did not wipe it down and the wash was no good. Save your money and go somewhere else, I almost paid $50 (with tip) and it definitely wasn't a good experience.

I bring all our cars here: Tesla S , Ariya EV, Honda Odyssey cause the workers are nice: Roberto, Yogi, etc etc... even a supervisor that was there for years (not employed) I just said hello to at a grocery store last week. Great carwash value! Not the most expensive, near lowest price in the area, best value: clay and wax, weekly carwashes.

This place is amazing. The employees really took good care of me and treated me like a guest. My car came out spotless and the unlimited microfiber towels, really put on the shine. Awesome, free vacuums. I also really enjoyed their lively music as I slowly finished detailing my car, definitely going back.
