I have been going to this location constantly as I work nearby and have recently fallen in love with their frozen yogurt and topping selection. It turns out for over a week their refrigerator to keep the toppings cool has been down so I go in and ask whoever is working if they can just bring me 2 toppings, chocolate chips and Peanuts for my froyo. I’ve gone on 2 separate occasions while this has been happening and the employees have been more than happy to help me. One lady Brought me out the entire cart with the full containers for me to grab as much Peanuts and chocolate chips as I wanted (She was the only one working and very busy might I add) the second time a gentleman asked me if I knew what toppings I wanted which I then replied only Chocolate chips and Peanuts, he went to the back and brought me a cup full of both my toppings. All this was literally this week, Monday to now Sunday 6/20/2021 I went in today and asked for toppings same as I have the last 2 times, store was empty and there were 2 associates at the cash register. The man I asked comes back with “We’re out of toppings, the shipments have been late so we don’t happy any sorry.” ?????? I restated what he said, I said “Wait, u r all out of all the toppings for the frozen yogurt?” He said again “Yes sorry we haven’t received any.” I was so in Aweee that this guy was flat out lying to me in my face all because he was too lazy to walk a few steps to bring out literally 2 toppings? How on earth r u going to be out of toppings when the refrigerator where they r supposed to be housed is next to the froyo is down so they took them all to the back all week and I was just there literally Friday and was told the fridge was down but they r more than happy to bring me what I want from the room they have them in ? Did they magically dissolve into thin air in 2 days????? How r they going to run out when they are not even being displayed ? I don’t usually leave reviews but this experience just really upset me because for those who don’t know would have believed this man, I however know the truth and it’s sad how he just stood there and lied in my face with no care in the world. He must be new because I hadn’t seen his face before and I go a lot. If u don’t know, ASK and if u don’t want to do your job, don’t apply, stay home and leave that position for those who genuinely are looking for work to WORK.

Tried to put $10 in my truck with a $50 bill. The girl looked at me like I was crazy and said she didn’t have “change” for a 50 this early in the morning. So I asked if I could do $20 on the pump. She still told me “no.” It almost seemed as if she thought it was a fraudulent $50 bill. Strange why someone who has nearly a $1,000,000 home 2 blocks away would pay with a fake 50.

Go to a different shell, was at pump 5 and put the latch on the gas pump to fill up my tank and the latch did not come off when the tank was full. Over filled my tank and gas sprayed all over me. Had to buy new leggings because the gas smell won’t come out of them and i’ve washed them many times. No apology, no anything, had to pay for the gas that spilled out. Didn’t even put the pump that sprayed me out of service. One girl said they would wipe the side of my car off as a precaution, an older lady comes out and says “you don’t need to do that, it’s not over 25 gallons”. Wouldn’t even take a second to wipe off my car to make sure it was safe. There’s many other gas stations near by, go to another one that will make sure the latches come off the pump right and don’t spray you and will make sure your car is okay if there is a spill.

Yesterday was my first time back since I had my car serviced nearby. They have updated it even more than last time; it is super clean and has a great selection of quick grab and go items. The new coffee setup is amazing with several selections, it is brewed into your cup, not sitting for hours.

Yes, very expensive gas. I've heard that Shell supposedly has one of the better fuels but I honestly don't know if true. I like the member card they offer for their convenience store and the prices for food/drink are reasonable. It's good for a quick stop but I never personally get gas here. It's just near my house and convenient during late night.

Toyota gives you a free car wash here if you ask so I really can't complain. I was pleasantly surprised my car came out as clean as it did. I had been driving dusty roads weekly for who knows how long (wish I took a before picture). The car wash is not very good at getting to crevices under the hatchback (see photos). It's hard to dock a star given it was free (even $9.99 is not that bad) & it took all of 2 minutes to wipe what it missed. So it's fine for what it is & would go back. The store is definitely impressionable looking new & clean! I get my gas at Sinclair on Temecula Parkway or right down the street at Costco.

Decent place to stop on the way to San Diego. Gas is pricey but the bathrooms are generally fairly clean compared to other stations. They have a good selection of drinks and snacks. I've had mixed experiences with staff but overall they're helpful/friendly.
