Owner was not working at time I went there. Want up grade to ultra wash from deluxe did receive any of the ultra wash upgrades, tire shine tire cleaner triple foam wash. Next time I go there I make sure I let owner know.

I appreciate the free vacuums. There's a guy who scrubs your car first and does any add-ons, then you go through the automated wash. It is not 'touch-free'. My car came out clean and salt-less, which was the goal. I did notice a couple surface scratches afterwards, but that's to be expected in an automated car wash

When they first open some years ago I thought they really turned the wash into something nice. Over the years you can see they are not putting the money back into the place. Of the three vacuums you are lucky if one will work. Still nice however that the vacuuming is free. The water has a bad smell to it as you travel through the wash. Almost like they are using recycled water. Should put some type of fragrance in with the soap. I do like the 5 washes for $20.00.

Much better now that it's under new owner/management. It does need a little sprucing up, some of the spinning car wash devices aren't always working quite right. Still. Not bad for $6.

So I normally do not post reviews however I felt compelled to share my experience. I purchased a book of washes for Christmas for the family and come to find out the new owner is not accepting them. I understand small business but I also understand customer service and how to retain customers. This is not the way. After being told to bad he would not accept them, I had to beg him to provide some sort of discount for my troubles and loss of $50 purchase. He reluctantly gave me a $2.00 discount. Time to look for a different car wash. Canton doesn't need business owners that do not respect and appreciate their customers.

I've been here quite a few times. But this one Takes the Cake. They were extremely nice. But not just that it started raining as soon as I got done washing my car and the guy ran up to me at the vacuums and gave me a coupon for a free wash next time. Hands down one of the best washes around here. Thanks guys!

Overall very good. When I first started going to this place a few years ago, I felt that it was mediocre. Occasionally, some of the solutions (wax, soap, etc) would have run out. Not bad enough to make me not want to return, but a small peeve. As of late however, I haven't run into the same issue, as they seem to keep their solutions well stocked. The staff is very friendly, and again, lately they seem to always have some coupon or deal going on. Good quality wash, reasonable prices, nice staff... I would recommend you try them out

I live off a dirt road and have to wash my car frequently. This car wash spends the most time with the power washer cleaning in the wheel wells and the hard to get areas. Also, they are more reasonably priced than the other car washes in the area. Great service and value!

Came here on 12/21/19 and was impressed with the service and wash quality for the price. The young lady that helped us pay was very friendly. The wash did as good as an automatic wash can do and combined with the free-to-use towels turned out pretty well. You may need to bring some patience because they can be busy (understandably) but things move quickly!

I've been living in Canton for almost two years and never found a good car wash in the area or in other cities around how ever I just found the greatest carwash in Michigan. Best car wash! This is the only place I come to get my truck washed. We live off a dirt road and I like the option of an undercarriage wash on the ultra. I choose basic sometimes and it does a great job as well! They have clean microfiber towels and tire shine for your use after the car wash. Always very friendly!

I paid for the ultra plus and hardly cleaned. The spray was weak and no tire shine at all. It use to be good before the new owners. Not sure when they took over because I still had some old pre wash cards that I paid like $55 for. Well apparently those expired since they got new owners in there. Will definitely be the last time I’m there. The guy was nice. Still tipped since he’s just doing his job. Not his fault the place sucks.

I don’t ever right reviews. Whether if I had a good or bad experiences, I just didn’t because others would do them for me. However, this time I had to. My experience here on May 3rd at around 3pm infuriated me. I always came here for a wash during winters to wash off all the salt off of my car because they simply did nice jobs, but unfortunately I have to start looking for other venues. Take a look at the first picture. These cones were placed about an inch left from the outward portion of the guide-rail (the yellow rail). As the worker, never seen him before in the last 3years of going here, guided me into the rail, one of the cone hit my side-mirror. In hindsight, I should have just stopped and asked him to move them because I was lined up perfectly and could’t do anything about them. When I was ready to pay, He didn’t mentioned anything about my side mirror incident that just happened. It was very obvious as it moved the cone, but to him, it simply didn’t happen. To remind him, I kindly said, “you should move those cones more outward for other cars.” He asked me why... The explaining starts. However, he replied to me that he never had this issues until now, and these cones are there to guide other cars so that they would avoid wheel damages from the rail. Although the reply made logical sense, I had kindly remind him again that “Not every cars out there are SUVs or trucks, and if my car (a sedan) hits these cones, so will the others.” He replies back, “I can’t do it just for you.” At this point I realized that we are talking different languages and decided to let it go. After the cleaning, I walked out to check my side mirror. Although the picture is hard to tell and it is indeed very minor, there is definitely a scratch. I instantly decided to take the pictures of the cones and post this event. As I turned around to take the photo, same worker came out agitatedly, trying to stop me from picturing. I showed him my scratch. He denied them and decided to raise his voice at me, “Don’t ever come back here again, and learn how to drive!” I’ve been accident and ticket free for 18 years now and been driving manual transmission for the last 22 years. I am a damn good driver. I couldn’t believe the insult I received. I am not mad about the scratch. In hindsight, I am equally responsible. I am infuriated because the worker denied the obvious contact of cone and my car (it moved the cone), did not apologize about the contact (very simple “sorry” was enough), and gave insulting remarks about me. You just lost one of the local and loyal customer, and soon possibly more because I have told all of my friends in Canton. Never coming back here again.
