This is the best car wash place ever!! The customer service is amazing. I highly recommend it! Everyone greets you with huge smiles. I look forward to my weekly visits 😊💗 my car always looks amazing after and they even have towels so I can dry at the end of wash so I don’t leave with spots. Also my favorite is the free vacuums to clean my car!!!! 🚗

Lance was great. Caught me on my way out and had me go through again, training his staff with attention to my wheel wells. (I live on a dirt road and my expectations aren't that high) Great customer service!

The convenience of the location is great. The staff is doing alright as well. And it's a bonus to have the vacuums. But I have an issue with the efficiency of the role that the people who spray down the car have. They do not adequately spray down the tires prior to the car rolling into the wash. I'd rather there be a way for staff to properly and fully wash the tires before going into the car wash. My rims and tires still drip with dirt after coming out of the wash. Please do better Quick Pass. Quick Pass shouldn't mean that you pass over my car quickly with soapy water.

5 Stars any day! Wow! In my 15 years of going through car washes, this is way above the rest in how spotless it makes the car, mins looks in showroom condition! (The back still had a little bit of mud on it but rest of the car is 98% shining and clean and I'm happy with that!)

I have had a membership here since it opened. Always great friendly service, convenient hours and a quality wash. I recently came through with a rental vehicle and they provided me with a free wash since my primary vehicle had a membership, I highly appreciated that gesture. Best of all the wash here does not pit swirl marks in your paint. The membership is well worth it!

This car wash is one of the best I have been to in ages. Very friendly staff and owner. I have a monthly membership and I love it. They have clean towels to dry the vehicles, vacuum, and air to blow dust. I enjoy going to this car wash. I also use the Plymouth location which is great as well. First time using this location.. I'm a member at the Livonia location. Ran my parents car through did a good job and I love that they have the vacuums and towels to completely dry the car. Update 12/24, took parents edge thru, did great job!

This was my first time and will definitely be my last time using this car wash. I purchased the 20 wash which is their best package and the back of my truck didn't even get clean. Don't waste your money here. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on the other side of Michigan Avenue. They use a brush on your vehicle before it goes through to get washed.

I purchased the ultimate wash package membership for the month. First time I used it the handles were still dirty underneath. There were dirt marks that were missed and my rims looked like they weren’t even touched. I thought maybe my car was just super dirty and so I’d give it another chance. Next 3 times I went same experience. My rims are still full of dust and dirt. Same as the grill of my car. I cancelled my membership. I like the use of the rags and the vacuums. If they added a brush or something to help with the rims especially I’d give it another chance.

The service is good and fast, you can use the vacuum cleaners that are free and the microfiber towels that help to leave your car completely dry, the tires come out clean and black. You can pay a monthly payment or pay for service.

Bad experience with RJ, the manager. My Lincoln went through 9-9-25. While drying noticed scratch marks coming down the roof starting with the 2nd sunroof down. Spoke to worker he took a damage report, pictures and going to forward to RJ. I had to call him back several days later and we discussed back and forth. We met last time 9-15 and he showed me a video to try to confirm no fault. His video was dated 9-4 (wrong date) and my car came into car wash and video died. It would not escalate forward to prove his case. Then he denied me. I asked him for a photo of the last brush where apparently the damage happened. He said he would send to me, never did. I asked to take a picture of the last brush and he escorted me out. I did obtain my video of the incorrect videos he showed me with wrong dates and times. He immediately cancelled my monthly membership. I asked him by text immediately to send report and my photos to the owner of the company, and seems like he never did. Very poor management and I felt like the criminal. In closing I took my vehicle to the Lincoln body shop and it was confirmed 150% that the damage came from a car wash, scratches were very fresh, and they repaired it. I had a long standing with this location.

Took my truck through and it looks exactly the same coming out as it did going in. It didn't even rinse the soap off before the dryers. I'll give it another try and if it does better the second time I'll update my rating, but as of right now I wouldnt even give it any stars.

I’m really not impressed with the car washes here. The vacuums are great along with the staff, but I just can’t bring myself to spend $10 for a wash that doesn’t clean my car, when I can go down the street and pay $6 and it’s completely clean. It’s a shame because I want to do all my services here but it’s frustrating when I spot dirt and bird poop still left on my car… I notice when I pull up it seems sort of careless with the sprayer/no one is actually scrubbing anything off with a tool or brush. I understand being quick, but there has to be a way where both are being done simultaneously. I took a couple pictures and this is my car right after the wash, I haven’t even left the lot. I even stopped and tried to wipe it off with the microfiber towels but I can’t get it off without scratching at it and for obvious reasons, don’t want to do that.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Today I went to this car wash for the first time. I was waiting in the regular non member line for about 10 minutes behind another car. Then, a worker came to my car and asked me to move into the second lane so I didn’t have to wait. I couldn’t see the second lane very clearly but since she told me to move I assumed I’d be able to get there even though she saw the line of cars right behind me. I turn to move into the second lane and there was a curb there. My car got stuck because she told me it was okay for me to go in that lane. I asked for another workers help getting my car out and they only made it so much worse. My sister who is not able to drive had to get out and fix the car since none of the workers could help me and I was too embarrassed and frustrated to think clearly. Meanwhile, the car I was initially waiting behind was out of the lane a few seconds after I got stuck. They allowed other cars to go in the other lanes while my car was stuck. Nobody apologized for telling me it was clear. My tires have some damage. This was very embarrassing and they were very reckless and did not care that my car was stuck and took about 15 minutes to get out. Worst experience ever, it was humiliating and awful.
