Pristine detailed my truck to get it ready for sale. There were several grease and coffee stains (and who knows what else) on the seats which I thought were permanent. The folks at Pristine were ready for me the moment I arrived for my appointment, were highly professional, had my car ready when they said it would be ready at the price quoted, and magically made the interior of the truck look and smell brand new. Clearly they take great pride in their work and customer satisfaction is a high priority. When I brought the truck to the fellow helping me sell it, he looked inside and said "Wow!" I would not be surprised if Pristine's work increased the value of my car by 6 or 8 times what I paid Pristine for the detailing. Anyone selling their vehicle should take it to Pristine first.

I would recommend working with Pristine Detailing to anyone considering getting their car detailed. Wiley took incredible care of my vehicle and made it look brand new which was perfect since I am working to sell the vehicle-- the price was clear and Wiley worked with me from the beginning to understand everything going into the process. He even helped me by dropping off the car when it was finished. A few days later I noticed there was a lot of moisture in the car, and Wiley took it in again to get it completely dry and even had a professional friend take a look at the seals to see what was going on. They fixed it up and returned it to me again after the storm, and I couldn't have been more pleased! Thank you, Wiley! Your thoughtfulness, great attitude and care are so appreciated, especially in an industry that can be difficult to navigate!

Pristine Detailing did a wonderful job on my black Ford Escape. This car hasn't had a professional detail since I bought it, so it was definitely overdue. They cleaned, waxed, and polished the exterior as well as removed any sap. As a result, they were able to bring back my deep black color, as well as remove most of the clearcoat scratches. It was also a pleasant surprise that my interior was vacuumed out free of charge! I highly recommend this place for its quality of work, and value! Thank you

My car was in pretty rough shape and needed a thorough cleaning before I lent it to a friend and her grandmother for a week. They did an amazing, amazing job. I'm sure lots of people have nicer cars than me and may have more specific needs (for which there are plenty of add-ons available), but as an average Joe who needs more than a free vacuum every so often, this was the perfect match of quality and price.

This is a nice business that I found because of Google Reviews. I wanted my vehicle detailed fairly quickly and did a Google search. I read the excellent reviews and selected the website; I saw the "Make An Appointment" icon and selected that. Through "Square" you the customer can pick the date and time available to have your vehicle detailed! They did a fantastic job inside and outside the vehicle and I was impressed how they made my brake dust covered rims shine! Highly recommend Pristine Detailing.

I had to cancel my appointment on arrival after I was told no one there knew how to drive a stick and I would have to wait 20 minutes and move the car into their work station myself, and that they couldn’t do the color correction I had booked because the person who does it hadn’t been in “for a while” which is fine but since I got four appointment reminders I would have appreciated any notice about it. I also wish there was a note about only being able to service standard cars.

I had a mold issue on the floorboard of my car in addition to it being extremely wet due to an internal AC leak. We had a great experience with Pristine Detailing. We sent our Mazda6 in for a full exterior/interior detailing with a one year protective coat after neglecting her for a while, and holy cow were we blown away. She came out looking better than she had on the lot when we first bought her. The service lived up to the name, because everything was, indeed, pristine. Owner and employees were friendly and accommodating in addition to the high quality of work. Absolutely recommend.

I left my car nearby for auto body work, so the deal was they’d do interior and exterior while the autobody place had it for bumper work. Long story short about communicating with them: I told them on the phone several times “interior and exterior.” They initially charged me for interior and exterior. They didn’t touch the exterior. They took off the exterior charge, but they should have done the exterior. The interior was ok, except for these two things they missed and a few other spots. I gave the 2 stars for what they did do; it looks ok, but we’ll see if it stands up. I do not recommend them.

I give Pristine detailing a 3 of 5 rating. The team did a wonderful job with getting the carpet clean, especially given there was dog hair embedded. That’s where the “Detailing” ended. Everything else was mediocre at best. The interior panels had spots that were clearly not touched. Much like dirty swirls would look on a poorly washed outside. My appointment was 8 am to 1:30 pm. When I arrived at 4:45 they were still working on the vehicle. When I looked it over, none of the stickers on the windshield had been removed, nor had the bumper stickers on the rear bumper been removed. These items were specifically addressed at drop off. When I mentioned this they were apologetic and hurriedly worked to get them off. Stickers were gone— sticky residue still there. It was clear the rear hatch nor the rear glass had been opened during the wash (see pics). I was especially excited to use these guys because the reviews were wonderful, unfortunately I left there very disappointed. I’ll just finish it up myself.

I hate to do this but this experience was just so so bad. I couldn’t be more disappointed with this service. Don’t waste your time or money here. Came in for an engine clean, interior and exterior detailing. I come to collect my car and see sap on the hood, windows filthy, spider webs on the side mirrors, mud and dirt on the trim. While the tires were dressed, the trim had not been detailed, the engine was still clearly dusty and oily, and no inner panel of any door/hatch/hood had been touched. After pointing this out to the employee and asking whether or not the outside had been finished yet or not, he assured me that it had been washed, waxed and detailed. I then opened the hood to see my “clean” engine. An absolute joke. After again bringing all of this up to the employee, he said he could try to “touch up on a couple things” but that it “likely wouldn’t change much and probably wouldn’t be up to my standards”. The indifference was infuriating. Because I was so unhappy he decided to “only” charge me for the interior cleaning, which was still $175!!!!!! 100% avoid Pristine Detailing if you want your car to be actual detailed
