Scratched my new car like it was washed with sand paper, gave them a chance to fix it, but the manager refused to polish to reduce the damage. He says it looks like it went through automated car wash - exactly this what it looks like after your Carwash for $45.

We came to this place to get our car’s interior detailed and let me tell you - our car was a mess and in desperate need of some TLC. Ansel and team were fantastic. They pulled an amazing job on our car - the inside looks as good as new. Not just that, but when I came to pick up the car they also handed me a very precious valuable - my wedding ring(!!!) - that I thought I had lost for good. They found it underneath the driver seat and not only did they have the integrity to give it back to us, but they also went the extra mile to polish it! My wife and I were speechless at the quality of their work and the customer care and integrity to match. Highly highly recommend True Waterless! We’ll definitely be coming back.

I happened to come across this carwash randomly as I was walking past. That’s how close this is to my place. It’s super convenient and verrry reasonably priced. Just drop off your car, walk around to take care of your chores and then come back to pick it up. So if you live in the area, can’t beat the convenience. And the quality of cleaning service is top notch. And best of all, it’s a “water-free” service so you are not using too much water. Good for the environment. The guy running it is very friendly too.

TW&W did an amazing job on my Camaro. I brought it in for a simple wash and the owner hooked me up with a free detail. As you can see by the pictures they finished my wash job off with a nice wax. I haven’t seen my car look this nice since I bought it! The owners are a nice warm welcoming couple who tended to my needs. I will definitely be utilising their services regularly l!

Juan Carlos was an exceptional help when it came to detailing the interior and exterior of my car! When I got my car back it was spotless! They shampoo’d my seats leaving them smelling and looking brand new. It only took just about an hour for Juan and his team to clean my car and it was so worth the wait. I took my *very* dirty project car here for a complete detail including shampoo and wax, and it came out beautifully. I paid for their most expensive package and they spent almost 3 hours on the car. The car shines, the wheels look brand new, and the interior looks and smells great. They went above and beyond by polishing the exhaust, pointing out issues with the paint, and talking with me about the car after the detail was done. When I popped the hood and showed them the work I was doing on the motor, Ansel noticed my intake air filter was busted, walked away for a moment, and came back with new air filter that he gave to me for free! Talk about going the extra mile! I'll be taking all of my cars here from now on, these guys do great work!

This auto detailing service is a real hidden gem. I discovered them one day a couple of months ago when looking for an affordable carwash in the Eest Hollywood area. They have done an amazing job every time with an excellent sense of customer service. They only use eco-friendly products AND sanitize the interior with each visit! True Waterless is the only Carwash & Auto Detailing service I'll be using in LA from now on. Great service, great people. Highly recommended.

This car wash place is phenomenal! I took my elderly cousin's car for a wash. It was so dirty, inside and out. It was so dirty that I had a hard time choosing the service that I needed. Carmen was very helpful. I was reassured that the basic wash would suffice and to give them an hour. The car's finished was outstanding! Cleaner than I could have ever imagined. If I am ever in town again and want an old school handwash, this is the place that I will come! Apparently they do mobile service too. Give them a try!

I have two hairy dogs and my back seat was in terrible shape. Car wash vacuums couldn’t penetrate. Just before getting my car cleaned, I made a mistake and spilled homemade apple sauce between the center console and passenger seat. It made the area under the passenger seat into a trough of appleasauce. Needless to say I was expecting to get back a car that looked much better but had clearly had a hard life. The car I got back looked and smelled basically new. No dog hair, no applesauce. The rain rolls right off my pristine windshield. They didn't just slap on an air freshener and call it a day, they had meticulously washed every part of my car- hood to trunk. Thanks to TWnW I could drive around my mother in law during the holidays without her ever thinking of the chaos and compromise that can define everyday life. And to top it all off they did it last minute for a fair price. Thank you!!

I had a full detail and fixing of my scraped rims for $325. They also buffed out scrapes on the front of my car the best they could. I wish I would have had before pictures. They spent around 2.5 hours on my car. They close at 6pm and stayed open well after 7pm for me. They also told me what services I did NOT need, which was very nice. The customer service is unbeatable. Feels like a family atmosphere. Everyone was super respectful to one another. I felt that everyone really cared about me being happy with their work. They did a great job with my car. I’m a new loyal customer. And I can’t forget the little son of one of the employees. He was about 5yo and very proud of the help he provided. Super sweet little one. Thanks guys x
