DO Not waste your time going here no matter what the price is. Doesn’t even spray water half of the car let alone washing it. The employees are nice tho.

Crew is unprofessional! When I asked why I did not get the $3 off, since it is a weekdays, he took me to the sing and pointed to the hours with his foot; whit out saying any word.

Be open when you say you are!!! Frustrating to say the least. To see cones lined up, how about an explanation along with the cones. Such as- “attendant on break, will be back at ___time. Do better, some people pay a monthly membership!

On Wednesday evening, I walked into the office to ask a question, and a Black employee seemed startled by my presence. He told me I wasn't allowed to be there and acted nervously and strangely. The office smelled of illegal drugs, which led to a confrontation, and eventually, we called the police.

I’ve been coming here since the beginning of the year (January 2023) and have purchased the membership including unlimited car washes, and a beautiful ceramic coat in every wash. I actually frequent several times a day because it’s on the way to the office, and I get to go home at lunchtime. Everyone working at the wash have been the most friendly people I’ve ever met! They have made it such a wonderful experience for me, and even if I’m having a hard day, they still make me smile and brighten my day! Every once in a while I will even tip them! For real, if you want a very personable car wash experience, with the kindest people and best team ever! Shout out to the awesome people who wave to me and take the time to talk to me and build rapport: I will see you all tomorrow! 😁😁😁

The price is decent, but the car wash is old and needs to be renovated. It damaged my wiper mechanical system and after lack of communication for a month from the staff, they tell me "we are not liable for wiper blades", yet it's the mechanical system. Plenty of other car washes, go there if you like your car not damaged

I went to AutoSpa today … Thank You Youri for doing an excellent job!! For the very first time I did not have to wipe off the dirt that the carwash missed! Youri did an EXCELLENT JOB!! There was an elderly white man behind me and a middle aged black guy behind him, both impatient who actually got out of their cars and and had the nerve to approach Youri while he was servicing my car !! There are 4 gas stations on this strip with automatic car washes that they could have gone to, not to mention a Do-It-Yourself Car Wash. These two ‘entitled’ persons had the audacity and nerve to ‘accost’ an employee, doing their job excellently. Please sirs … next time take your vehicles to the Do-It-Yourself Car Wash and leave Youri alone !! Keep up The Good Work Youri .. I appreciate your work ethic!!

I went Saturday afternooon about 4pm. I needed to vacuum dog hair out of my car and it took several cycles of the vacuum. No charge. The kind customer service guy came to the payment kiosk and helped me enter my car wash information. (Car washes make me anxious). He was very helpful. I will definitely return. Excellent $7 value.
