After purchasing the pricier car wash service, I was left feeling quite dissatisfied. The wash process was surprisingly quick and failed to remove any of the bug marks on the windshield. I don't believe this car wash is a good choice for thorough cleaning. Nonetheless, I was pleased with the complimentary vacuum service. Additionally, they provide an air hose for blowing out debris, which was a nice touch.

Not a great car wash. B4 proceeding into the wash, and enthusiastic older gentlemen scrubbed the heck out of my grill and hood....which did NOTHING. Lots of crap stuck to hood after the wash. This is a belt style car wash. It pulls you through too quicky for the brushes and sprays to be effective. Slow it down, there's no prize for first place with a dirty car. Secondly, vacuum station. Meh...the usual. I wish these places would get a spray gun for the mats, but no one does. However, the "helper",cleaning out vacuum hoses, garbage cans? Did he really need to go to town on my station?...while my car was there?...banging my vehicle with the hoses while cleaning them out? Pass...

First and only time using this car wash. We got the most expensive car wash and it barely did anything to our truck. Comparing to Pappo’s at Round Lake Beach the performance and soaps used here are really bad. You can have the same service at Pappo’s for $4.99. And I mentioning it because it’s a huge difference. Totally not worth. Not to mention the vacuums don’t even have suction. So disappointing.

Bought the high end monthly pass and it caused damaged to our truck. Ripped the antenna off, almost took off our bug guard on the hood, and broke our tail light. Only went thru once and couldn’t even get a partial refund. I was ok with them keeping what that one wash would have cost and then be refunded for the rest but no. The owner said no refunds. The spinning brush wheels they have and the blow dryers are too rough for lifted pick ups with fiberglass fenders in my opinion. Im just glad this wash didn’t break our fiberglass fenders. Those aren’t cheap. So this place has cost us $40 for the monthly wash pass, $30 antenna that got ripped off and a $155 tail light. So yeah not going there again. Will just stick with washing the trucks at home with the pressure washer when the temps aren’t freezing out.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE NOT UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP IN A MASSIVE CAR PILE UP!! The fact that you pay a lot of money to get your van washed and it still looks like crap when it comes out is beyond me…BUT it gets better…I came to this car wash to get my van cleaned, but instead I have a van with damage on my front and back bumper and a $20 car wash that did minimal cleaning. I pull up and start getting my van washed and then I realize that in front of me are two cars piled up and they are not moving. I can’t stop because my van is on the tracks and no one at this stupid place is stopping the track and then bam my van rams into the SUV in front of me and then I look at my rear view mirror and a huge truck is behind me and he hits me also. The first car that was stuck on the tracks ends up leaving and we were able to get out. No one from this place has still noticed what happened. So I go to one of the employees to tell him what happened and he just looked at me and told me I can’t hear you. So I call the police and the officer showed up. He told me that it happens often at this location. Then I go inside and see that they have cameras and someone is watching the cameras. How the heck do they have cameras and did not realize that there were 4 cars that just hit each other? Why didn’t the person watching the camera's stop the car wash track or say something to prevent this car pile up? Someone please explain to me how this place is still in business? I am responding to your comment that you left 6 days ago because I can’t answer another way about how I should tell the truth???? What do I have to gain about my van ending up in a 4 car pile (my van being the 3rd car in the pile up) in your car wash? Is the cop lying also when he stated that it happens often at your car wash? I know what happened that day. The fact that 4 cars ended up hitting each other and no one realized it, is beyond me. I’m not the only person complaining about your car wash and how rude you and your staff are!! I will never take my car there again!

Paid $15 for top of line car wash but looks like I got bottom of the line car wash. Maybe operator does this on purpose. Bait and switch! Dust, dirt, bird droppings still on car. Wheels still dusty from road salt. Third time getting bad car wash. I'm done.

I really appreciate the ease of using this carwash. It offers automated and human cashiers. I like that I am able to ask questions about services, costs, bonus washes, how it works, etc. The customer service reps understand me and speak English. Unfortunately, I am not bilingual and it is important to me to be understood. Nice perk. Good wash. Nice repeat wash packages and rain checks. Affordable.

Took my car through the MOST EXPENSIVE wash and came out with a dirtier car than I went in with. It was covered in some oily substance. We took my car back around because of how horrible it was. Instead of apologizing we were told it’s not possible “his wash did that because he’s done 500 other cars today”. Extremely rude staff. Horrible wash. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Just don’t bother coming here. Car didn’t get very clean after the wash. I was hoping to use the mat cleaner but it looked like garbage, wasn’t sure it was even on, and only took dollar bills. The vacuums are awful too. Just a waste of time

Paid for the top of the line car wash and it is horrible. Tire shine on parts of the tires, rims still dusty like they were not even touched. And I still have stuff on my windshield. You would get a better car wash done at a high school fund raiser.

What I got there the machines were down the car wash was down. After waiting for about a half hour 45 minutes, The people that work there did not even tell me when it was fixed. I just seen other cars pulling in. You figured they would offer a discount for waiting. But they did not and honestly I still had to wash and dry off my car and use detail spray to make it look better than it did when it came out of the wash. Save your money I was strongly still just going elsewhere to get your car washed.

The customer service here is great! I bought the monthly pass at one of the kiosks and nothing happened, so I thought maybe it goes based on your plate, so I came back the next day and had to pay again. I went back the day after that and explained the situation and they were able to quickly verify the purchase and set me up with a sticker that I didn't get the first time. Thanks!
