The customer service inside the store is terrible. The bearded male working didn't want to be bothered with a concern I had with the credit card reader a the pump. The reader was sticking and it felt like it had an illegal card inside . The cashier inside didn't want to hear the concern. He just sais,"It working fine, no problems. I will check it later " So be cautious when you pay with a credit card at the pump because the BP down the road in Pleasant Prairie, WI always has illegal credit card readers in the gas pumps.

Never experienced such RUDE service. Went in to grab some snacks. After items were scanned I went to pay & was told "you should ask what is accepted here, it's common sense" ummm NO If you do NOT take a popular form of payment YOU should post it somewhere. He literally snatched my items and threw them on the counter next to him. Scared me to be honest. I know the customer isn't ALWAYS right BUT if I wasn't rude then you shouldn't be! Lost a frequent shopper over this.

Long before the hike in gas prices, WI has always been the place to go for gas for us Illinoisans living close to the border. Typically in IL I just stop in for soda, snacks and scratchoff tickets at our gas stations. WI is a lifesaver when it comes to fuel prices compared to IL. I do confess that in WI I just almost always gas and go but I really should go inside and buy something since gas station owners don't make much off of gas and rely on customers to buy something in their convenience store. This is my secondary BP location being sometimes when I go to the Pleasant Prairie BP on Russell & Sheridan, they can be backed up with cars waiting behind each other at the pumps. Roughly 4.4 extra miles north is no biggie......they have slots as well.😜 BP remains one of the highest detergent gasolines out there and as long as their prices remain cheaper than IL then I'll keep coming back here.😎👍

I had a genuinely great experience at the BP on Sheridan Road in Kenosha. The gas prices were excellent, but what really stood out was the inside of the store, it felt more like a well organized department store than a typical gas station. Everything was clean, neatly stocked, and inviting, to the point where you could actually enjoy browsing instead of rushing out. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly “good morning,” which immediately made me feel welcome. It’s clear the staff takes pride in both customer service and the appearance of the store. Between the atmosphere, the prices, and the overall experience, this is definitely a place of which I will return.
