I do like the new tractor supply store, way closer, some things are cheaper like dog food, but some prices are higher on Purina chicken crumbles but they havethe Dumor brand and other brands, North 40 is cheaper on Rabbit feed. They pretty much everything. If you're paying with cash, you have to make sure they give you the correct change back!

This location, spokane valley, has one issue, and thus would be the person who keeps track of their stock on things. He's had to carry out some things for me and the last time he did this, I said to myself, "That it." He's just plain rude. I hate going in there, when he is walking around the store. He's a grump! People like this shouldn't walk around like they own the store, and " showing their attitude" when asked to help by taking the order out to someone's truck. Does he want a job or not?! Doesn't he understand that the customers are the ones who keep your doors open? And finally, its really none of his business what a customers buys or why they are buying anything from your store! This one is too above everyone else to lower himself to be involved with any carryout's. Yes. I am talking about Tractor Suppy, Spokane Valley. I will take my business elsewhere. The rest of the employees are awesome!

I ordered a Blackstone on 12/14, my order was supposed to arrive by the 20th, somehow it was lost in transit for a bit, not to arrive until after Christmas, kept getting different dates of arrival. I called, spoke to Mgr Weiss, he went out of his way to find it at another store and go get it so I could have it today, Christmas Eve. This was a special gift for someone and I'm grateful for what he did. Great customer care at this store. Thank you!

Very helpful, I came in to get something on the site marked as available at $0.99. The exact product wasn't in stock even though the site said they had 12, the manager adjusted the price of a similar product to match the $0.99. Very handy dog wash.

The store is beautiful and very clean. The service is terrible. I asked four different sales associates where something I saw on google was and they all send me to different isles. No one offered to help look. A couple of them we're just standing around visiting with each other and there was only one other customer in the store. I ended up with on elderly guy who was so rude and when I told him their customer service sucked, he threaded to take care of me with a very threatening attitude, like he was going to punch me out. I talked to the manager; I think his name was Steve and he was very nice and helped me. It turned out it was an online item only. I saw a couple of other things I've been looking for but probably won't go back. They need to go shopping at an Ace Hardware and see what real customer service is. It's a shame because it is really a nice store.

On their website, it stated a certain price for one of their items. A cattle fence, we drove down there to get some. We showed them the website wherein it stated the price. We were dealt with by a rude, loud employee. Said abruptly, it's not that price, no way. He wanted to debate the price and website. He didn't need to act like that. The customer and loyalty is not a priority for them. The bottom dollar is. Will not return nor recommend.

Took my two dogs to the dog was at Tractor Supply Spokane Valley. When we talked in, I told the cashier we were there for the dog wash and he said to head back. He gave no instruction but not my first time using a dog wash so I thought it woukd be fine. 1. There was dog hair everywhere. Globs of hair on thr floor, tubs were covered, even the walls. 2. The tub door wouldn't stay in place and fell off. 3. No towels. With a soaking wet dog, I decided to call the store to ask for towels vs taking a wet dog in the store. I had to call three times before anyone answered. I was then told that I needed to pick towls up from the cashier. 4. The drying table is separate than the tub. Getting my dogs to that table...water everywhere. 5. Only shampoo and one brush was available to use. 6. I was soaking wet, dog hair everywhere and I'm not sure my dogs are clean. When I left, I told the cashier my issues and he said they only clean the dog wash once a day. Gross. He was indifferent and didn't even pretend to care. Bad service, dirty tubs, no amenities. Really bad experience. If you need a dog wash, go to Julia's Jungle or the car wash dog wash on Aragon instead.

We had a cat flown in from Belarus and when we picked him up from the airport as expected he was in need of a bath, I would normally bring him to my house for that, but we're keeping cats separated until I could get him fixed so we use the dog wash for our cat. it was convent, had all the things we would need for a bath. the price was fantastic.

What a cool store, I came across this store in Google search trying to find a good shed for a good price and did not disappoint. This place has a little bit of everything for everyone and prices were very reasonable and employees were very nice and helpful. I ended up buying the shed I found online they had in store, was a great price easy set up, we ended up buying a bunch of Christmas gifts while we were there as we found all kinds of neat things in the store from BBQ and smoker accessories to dog and cat toys, the wife and I are very pleased and will be back to shop here again in the future.

I wish I can leave no stars but I cant. I was at the pet washing station and it was the worst experience. I came in by myself to pay for the dog wash and the person said "pay at the end" I said "okay let me get my 2 dogs". I come back and someone was walking back there with a dog. I thought it was first come first serve? I was there before that guy. but it was okay I walk around for that guy to be finished even though there was another bath my dogs are reactive and so we wanted to do them together. that guy took almost half an hour but I know you guys cant control how long it takes but I was waiting and someone with 2 German Shepard come with the manager and she tells us the its not a private wash and that she cant hold our spot and I told her we know but our dogs are reactive and they were already barking at the 2 German shephard. the guy finally comes out and we go in and as we were washing QUICKLY suddenly my 85lb dog jumped out of the bathtub with the collar still around his neck with it being attached to the tub. he was choking. my brother had to run over to pick him up so I can take off the collar mind you while he was soaking wet just for an employee to be at the door standing there waiting for us to unlock the door. My dog could have broken his neck. we both get the dogs normal collars on while they are still wet and we unlock the door and the employee has the audacity to say "you cannot lock the door it is a safety hazard" HOW??? we locked the door for our dogs safety to not open it themselves if they jump or push on that door they can definitely open it. the lady then replaces the soap and then leaves and we had to leave after that with our dogs soaked still. I was done with the carelessness of the employees. I hope to never come back. and I hope other people don't get the same problems too.

Stopped in to stock up on winter essentials for my chickens. They had the 50lb value bags of Producer’s Pride scratch and the Flock Blocks in stock. These are life-savers for keeping the flock entertained and fed during the cold months. Glad I could find everything in one trip.
