Its a place to wash your car it's not great I had to go through twice to get my truck clean . it left a line of dirt down the center of my hood and it wasn't that dirty I was it all the time I washed it and then it rained so I had to wash it again. If your in a hurry this place is fast.

My license plate came off in the car wash because it was hanging on by one screw. This team had me pull around and work diligently until it was fixed and it was no easy feat! The screws were rusted into the metal inserts, so they had to drill them out and replaced them with plastic. This act of kindness made my day!!

If I could have given no-stars I would've. Part of my car fell apart while in the wash stall. Had to go back the next day they were open and pick it up. Maybe it was cuz I had to go around twice because the first time didn't even touch the dead bugs on my windshield. For $10.00 you'd think it would have gotten the bugs. Second time around was free, I did get a short scrub with a broom on my windshield the 2nd time around which did the trick. Finally.

I pay monthly for deluxe car wash. I go every Sunday after racing on Saturday night. They did not use the brush across my truck windshield prior to going in. Therefore I still have bugs on my windshield.

I like this auto wash, even if the line is long, I can get in pretty quick. They pre-scrub the vehicle before going into the main wash and it’s actually reasonable in price. It cleaned my truck very well, as well as dried it and I like the smell afterwards. The staff is hit or miss on friendliness, but I’m not offended, it’s just business and they get you in.

I have a monthly subscription so I visit frequently and the staff is always good to take care of my vehicle. They take the time get the bugs off the front before sending me through the automatic wash. I've never finished the wash and was unhappy with the cleanliness of my vehicle. The monthly subscription is a great deal for someone who really wants to make sure their vehicle is claimed at all times.

Super friendly staff. They all do a great job. I take my cars here for oil changes, they’re super fast (usually 10 minutes or less, sometimes 15 with m my car that has a sketchy skid plate). They do the whole works and are all very safe

Great place to get your car washed. This business has there employees hand dry your vehicles after the cleaning machines, throughout the tunnel, does an amazing job cleaning your car. This is such a nice touch and the employees are very polite, efficient, and willing to do whatever it takes to make customers happy. The best employee, in my opinion, is a man named Dave, he's awesome.... so if you happen to swing by this location look for him you won't be disappointed and your car will look fantastic!!!

Attempted to use this place a couple years ago with a different vehicle. Car wash was great, they really took the time to get it clean so I decided to return for an oil change. Attendants were extremely rude in their instructions to pull in. This was a small car mind you. I tried to explain that the clutch was having issues to which I was cut off and told to pull in. When car lurched I was yelled at and received rude and snarky comments so I just left. After 2 years I thought I’d get over and give them another try. Same treatment, when bay was available employee very sarcastically motioned to drive over to that bay. I said “oh here we go again”. As soon as I pulled in the car next to me asked the worker if he should roll up his window to which worker rolled eyes and very rudely said “ah yeah”! I was then informed cheapest oil change was $75.99. I politely told the worker who was not rude like the other that I would go to Vans where I could get the same thing plus a free car wash. Vans had me in and out for $54.99 minus the attitude. Not worth the headache at Touch of “class”.

I do not recommend using this car wash or oil change. When we had our oil change done here they left the oil plug loose and after I got home all of the oil leaked out of the vehicle and onto our driveway. Then yesterday, I went through their car wash with my Suburban and it got damaged. During the car wash the rear quarter panel got torn away from the vehicle and the entire quarter panel got bend backward also damaging the rear bumper. When we brought it to the employees attention after the incident they were very nice and helpful, stating they would fix it and make it right. They had us fill out an incident report. Then, today we stopped in to talk with the manager Greg and he was very rude and blamed the damage from a previous impact that never even happened. He said they could do nothing to help. Very poor customer service. We are also business owners in the area and we are aware they do lots of business with the local dealerships/body shops. There IS something they could’ve done to help. Don’t risk going here and getting your vehicle damaged.

2 of the young men working the car wash yesterday afternoon were stoned. So much so that they were barley understandable. The second younger guy non stop giggles couldn't keep a straight face and hardly explain the unlimited car wash and how to pay. We ended up getting a single unlimited instead. To each their own, but the first kid could barley function when scrubbing down the front of our vehicle. He came dangerously close to moving parts of the car wash itself, unaware of his surroundings. The good; the vacuums are awesome strong and they have a floor mat cleaner. Typically they are very good at getting all nasty baked on bugs off front of the vehicle and rims very clean. Not a bad price.

I usually go to the Grand Haven car wash because of the service they give. Today, not so much! Guy was rude to me, I asked him for a wet cloth which I always do and they kindly get me one so I can clean the inside a little bit, and they used to dry your car off at the end but they no longer do that. I just feel that if they don't like working where they work, they don't have to take it out on the customer. Act a little kinder, put on a little smile and that can maybe go a long way. Of course this is just my opinion but you gave me the ability to give mine. I hope this help them improve their business because I miss the way it used to be.

First timer using this place and all I can say is “ a touch of class” not! From dropping off , picking up , parking and then the surprise of a price change/increase +75$ THE day of service. No explanation, warning of etc..guarantees we’ll never be back. Good luck!

It has been 3 months, and nobody has even attempted to contact me regarding the employee who was extremely unprofessional and completely shredded my car mat. He said the machine did it (I can understand mistakes happen) but he had such an attitude about doing it to begin with I do wonder if it wasn't on purpose. What company ruins someones personal belongings and then doesn't make it right, or even follow up?! That is so wrong on so many levels. EDIT: I have called several times and left a couple messages. A couple weeks ago my car mats were washed there and the guy that was working was very rude and yelled at me because it got stuck in their machine and it shredded my mat. He handed me an old invoice and a pen to leave my information and then turned around and went inside and closed the door and never came back out to speak with me. I'd like a call back from a manager/the owner please. Please check your messages and get back with me. Thank you. *Alecia is a rockstar!! That girl is going above and beyond! I used to go here all the time for my car wash the last two times I have went my car has not been clean. This is a photo of my window less than 1 minute after the $10 car wash. They no longer do a good job and wouldn’t recommend anyone going there. Save your money and do it yourself

The people and the service was great. The wash and the equipment seem to be working perfect. the only place I recommend any attention is the prep work before going into wash. I know jeeps are difficult but with just a little extra attention I would return more frequent. The whole back of the jeep was not touched. But Definitely willing to try it again. Thanks

♿ I just took my BraunAbility Ford Explorer MXV wheelchair ramp vehicle to Touch of Class this morning to have the interior detailed and the floor cleaned. I am very pleased with the top-notch job they did!👌 I wish I had taken some before pictures, but anyone with a wheelchair van knows how trashed the interior floor gets. Especially during West Michigan winters. It had been 2 years since I'd had the interior cleaned. As you can see from the photos I've included, they did a wonderful job scrubbing and cleaning the floors. They cleaned all the junk out of the wheelchair tie-down tracks in the floor! 😎 Seriously... They were full of dirt, grime, and all the miscellaneous junk that falls on the floor. I arrived promptly at 8am, when my interior detail appointment was scheduled to start. Since my vehicle doesn't have a driver's seat, I drove up to the normal car wash and explained that I had a detailing appointment. They ran me through the car wash and told me to go to the back lot after I exited the car wash. They guided me into their detailing bay. It was kind of a tight fit, but we figured out a way to get my vehicle in there, with room enough for me to extend my ramp and exit the vehicle. One person informed me that the detailing might take the bulk of the day, as the employees pull double duty between detailing and running the car wash. I didn't mind. I had nothing to do and nowhere to be. But you should be aware of that, if you plan to wait around while your vehicle is detailed. They don't have a lounge or waiting room, so I sat in my power chair inside the bay for a little bit. Once the sun came out, I rolled out into the vacuum area where I could see the sun was shining. While I could have stayed out of any potential weather by sitting inside the detailing bay, it was fortunate that the weather was nice. You should keep that in mind when scheduling a detailing appointment. I sat in the sun, browsing the day's news on my smartphone. Evidently I even dozed off, the guys said. 😴 They came out to get me around 11am. I was surprised that it didn't take longer. I was prepared to wait a good portion of the day, as the gentleman had previously mentioned. Perhaps they put an extra effort in, so I wasn't sitting around waiting in my power chair. 🤔 I was very impressed with the quality of work that was done on the interior of my vehicle. All the fingerprints were wiped off the dash and computer screen. The cup holders were all cleaned out. The door pockets and glove box were all cleaned out. All the miscellaneous pieces of junk that found their way into my vehicle, were neatly packed up in a bag. I needed to put a few things back where I would normally keep them, but I expected that. Thank you to the guys at Touch of Class, for restoring much of the Class my vehicle had lost! 😎
