Been bringing my vehicles here for years. Recently went through with my truck, drove home, and upon exiting I noticed I had scratches along the driver side that were not there before. I came back the next day and put a claim in with an employee. I waited 4 days for a reply from a manager about it and was told that their stuff works right and didn't scratch my truck. Super disappointed in this location.

Can't beat the prices here for unlimited car washed. There are a few locations that seem to be a little rough on the cars (Robbins rd. location In Grand Haven, mi and Henry street location in Muskegon, mi. Overall with price, locations, quality of wash I give it 4 stars.

First time using car wash today. My flat tire light came on as I exited. I’m standing at Walmart and they stated my valve plug was ripped out. Tires are 5 weeks old. I’m not worried about the $12 wash or the $15 repair. What worries me is the car wash said there was no way it happened in the wash when it clearly did. A word of advice, take feedback as way to improve and don’t tell a customer something didn’t happen before even looking into it.

Good ways nice people, the only thing is they lack to get my tailgate I asked about it and he basically told me I don’t think your receiver plug will cause any damage which it won’t since it is flush with my bumper, it depends whose working they may think otherwise. I get it they are doing their job but this clearly isn’t a trailer hitch and it is their job to get trained on what and should not have a retract.

I’ve used this wash for a few years now. Helpful staff, and very focused on customer service. Consistently clean, maintained, nice equipment. I’ve experienced both good and bad things here, like we all do. The BAD: a fender bender awhile ago in the wash, and a few weeks later I recently lost a wiper on the car. The GOOD: consistently positive, helpful service, and a facility maintained well. The staff does what they can when it is busy, and they get it done. Though they may not be entirely responsible for the wiper I recently lost, they helped me find it when it fell off the rear window (was a newer car, but hey stuff happens!). I did not get the name of the guy who helped me but he was great to work with and it prompted this review. Thankful for this wash and their exceptional service!

I have been a loyal customer now every time I go to this car wash my truck is never dry it speeds up at the end and pushes you out none of the other washes in this chain do this half the time you don't get all the services you pay for with the works cermic coat etc not happy with this place anymore

This is by far my favorite car wash! The prices are great (I bought a membership) and the process couldn't be easier with a 2 line system and a liscence plate reader to keep the lines moving. My car comes out looking great every time. Free vacuum as well! Highly recommend.

Visited in March of 2022 for the car wash. If you have a rear windshield wiper that is exposed, and you want to keep it, be sure to skip the subscription lane and go to the booth and have them put a cover on it. There is a high risk that an unprotected rear wiper will be torn off (happened to us at the south Holland location). Note that they will not repair damage to your car if it is beyond 15 years old so think carefully before taking an older vehicle through.

I have been a club member for nearly 10 years now with 2 to 3 vehicles a month. So you can imagine how much I’ve spent on car washes in 10 years time. I went through the Grand Haven CarWash three weeks ago with my 2017 Ford Mustang convertible that I have gone through at least 100 times with before. For whatever reason this particular day, the spinning brush ripped my rear bumper right off. I tried to make a claim, and the kid managing the car wash decided to deny the claim based on a very small gap that all mustangs have in their bumpers of that model. I then drove all the way to Holland to their main office and spoke with the manager there and they said they would get back to me on Monday with the decision. That decision was to deny the claim as well based on the same ridiculous reason. My car was not damaged prior to this, so there’s no reason that should have been denied other than the fact that they are thieves trying to save a buck. After being a loyal member and spending thousands of dollars on their services, I would think they would have taken care of me in a much more respectful manner and fixed my car from the damage THEY incurred. So now I’m in the process of putting a lawsuit together to sue them for the $2500 worth of damage they did to my car. I have since left the Club memberships and I would suggest anyone that does have a membership be very careful, because if any damages happen to your vehicle, they will deny the Claim. BUYER BEWARE!!!! They are not an honorable company.

When I came through around 1:10 on dec 16 Alex was there guiding the cars through the wash. He was doing a great job leading the cars when it was my turn I was a little nervous, because it was one of my first times through. I shared my concern through the window and with understanding and kindness he did a great job guiding me onto the belt and perfect timing showed me when to switch into nurtural!!! 10/10 recommend asking for Alex if your are going through the Grand Haven quality
