Robert Conlin, Pretty sure you're reviewing the wrong wash; Touch N Go does not have a self serve hand wash or a $7 wash. You should really verify you're reviewing the right location before leaving a review

best part is free vacuum. as a uber driver the uber rider are messy so i would go there 2 to 3 times a week. uber rider are more messy than my children and I have 3 kids.

Just got my wife a new (to us) truck and went to Touch N Go for it's first wash and it RIPPED OFF one of the fender flares and we now have a hole in the side of our truck. We have tried to call and had no response. They should have a number a number in case of events like this!. This is the closest car wash to us but we will never go here again.

It was alright. Left slight brush marks on my new car. I would recommend using the brushless, but love that it has free vacuum cleaner without time limits and the opportunity to choose 1 free vending item that can be a a car air freshener, car cleaner, windex or a shammy.

DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS CAR WASH UNLESS YOU WANT SCRATCHES ON YOUR VEHICLE. Paid 6 dollars for a car wash and came out noticing many scratches on my NEW car. Called the company and they said they could do nothing for me after reviewing their video footage. Will not be returning to any Touch N Go from here on out.

Paid for a quick wash on my way to work at around 7:30, drove into the bay and once the doors shut behind me the machine didn’t work/wouldn’t start. I had to drive out over the rollers on the track and fortunately the doors leading out worked. I wouldn’t recommend coming here but if you do definitely make sure that there’s an attendant on hand.

BEWARE VEHICLE DAMAGE! I usually have great results with this wash. Stopped by today and upon leaving wash noticed deep scratches on hood of my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado. Contacted wash immediately and essentially was told sorry about your luck it's not our problem and your nuts to think our car wash could have damaged a vehicle. Pretty disappointing!

I go completely out of my way to get my car washed here. They have great service and it never rains or snows for at least a week after I get my car washed here. It's worth it to pay a little extra for the top of the line washes.

I came by touch and go carwash on Army post got my car washed afterwards my car wasn't fully clean. I didn't notice until i got to the gas station a few minutes later. Went back and the guy said he didn't know if I went down a dirt road. But he just spoke to me about 20 minutes before. Are you serious??? Little guy with glasses on a power trip. My weekly wash is now going to new business. Now I'm only going to Ultimate much better equipment. Had to pay them to do it right but it is well worth it. Thank you Ultimate Carwash on Army post.

Well the vacuums are free here, but I’m pretty sure my vacuum at home is stronger than the ones here at this car wash. I’ve stopped before and the vacuums were decent but it seems like over the last few weeks they have gone downhill a lot. Today when I stopped the first vacuum didn’t even work and the 2nd one was so weak I just left and said never mind. Free isn’t always better.

Love this place to get all three of my cleaned, but on this Sunday 5/18, the young guy seemed to be preoccupied with something else, so he didn't come out to spray me or my wife down before the wash... Not asking for much, but this is what we pay for monthly so if you can fix this short coming in the full service line that would be great!!!

Touch N Go is the best car wash ever!!! They are so super friendly!! If you go during regular hours somebody comes out to spray down first, however, I can wash & vacuum my car 24/7(it takes me atleast 1 1/2 hrs to clean out which is about the same for the other patrons). I think it was a bad move on Mister's part to open right across the street from this long time family owned business when they have one not but few miles away. I will be a life time customer without a doubt!!! Thank You Touch N Go!!
