Nice to have the time to clean your car at the beginning. But car wash barely cleans the car and I have to wipe down my car with a towel after to get dirt and grim off sometimes.Next the shampooing machines do not work and the mats get stuck in the machine, which damaged my floor mats to where the part that clips in is damaged now and they said that they won’t do anything. Also I’ve noticed random scratches and an increase in water marks. I do not recommend coming here, I have canceled my membership and now going to go try another car wash.

I can give Total Pacakage a high enough score! Staff is wonderful! The car comes out very clean..they provide microfiber clothes and spray. Vacuums are high powered and do a fantastic job of cleaning! They also provide mat cleaning; I have not taken advantage of this service yet! The ONLY car wash to use in Cape Coral! 10 ***** PLUS

I love this car wash soo much the best in town! And super affordable! They give you everything you need to clean inside! I got the VIP and for the price of $27 I get free water, air fresheners, glass cleaner, pressured air vacuums, hand sanitizer, a carpet cleaner and a sink with soap and water and pressure air

I had a phenomenal experience at Total Package car wash. When they say Total Package, they MEAN Total Package. This establishment is so accommodating, with free vacuums, water bottles and free air fresheners, I was impressed. Combined with the care put into my car wash I will definitely be back. The staff was extremely helpful, great customer service, Alejandro especially helped us out a lot. I’ve been in Cape Coral for over a decade now and this has been the best experience at any car wash over here! Thank you guys!!

I used to have a membership with Mister Carwash and canceled after the experience I had with Total Package. Total Package has it all!!!!! Their service and professionalism is amazing! They offer Microfiber towels and window cleaner down to an air compressor to clean those hard to reach areas. After my first experience with them, I went ahead and made my membership.

Only giving two stars over one because the employees have been excellent. I got the monthly package and have utilized it 4 times. Each time the wash has left scratches on the right side of my vehicle. Wouldn’t recommend if you have a black vehicle.

Best car wash in town! I’ve tried them all, nothing compares. Fully staffed and all amenities are always clean and working in good order. Love having the option to scrub the all the bugs off the front with good brushes and clean water in the containers. Small scrubbing pads for tough baked on grime. Compressed air, window cleaner, microfiber rags and scrubbing sink to scrub my WeatherTech floor matts. Great place, you won’t regret it.

Very up to date equipment very clean and every one was very nice and helpful I have been back a few times I really like the service that you offer. They give you free towels and free spay to clean your windows. I do wish they let you bring another car for a very small charge they want way too much money to add a car they give you a 5 dollar discount they should only charge 5 dollars to add an additional car I would definitely get a membership for a small add on I only bring my wife's car in a couple of times so it's just not worth it. You do get a free air fresher with your car wash.

Excellent place!!! But a suggestion, to the basic plan of $25 the subscription they don't put the roller at the end to dry the car!!! That roller should be in all plans because it is the finish of the cleaning 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

The name says it all! They had the tools for me to give my car a pre-scrub on the problem areas, then able to pay for my choice of car wash, after care with vacuum, towels, interior cleaners and mat cleaners! I was not rushed and was able to take my time. Staff was courteous, informative of what car wash packages and gift packages were available and there wasn't but maybe 15 minutes that went by that the staff was restocking towels and the such and emptying trash cans or cleaning the equipment and / or lot. I chose the $22 package but whatever package you choose, the price is well worth it! I will probably be purchasing a membership next time! There's no better deal out there! It truly is the Total Package!

Went through and yes they did an awesome job. The roof line though lacked a shine; however, I have yet to find any carwash to get my vehicle spotless. I wanted to possibly look at doing an unlimited service like I had in Illinois; however, $50.00 per vehicle (no discount for two vehicles), per month. Think about that...$1200.00 a year. I think I will pay myself and see how that goes. Average cost in area is between $40.00 to $50.00 a month. Very few companies offer a two vehicle discount; unlike Illinois. It is so sad to have to pay that much for quality service. Yes, there are plans that are cheaper; however, I do not want to spend $25.00 per vehicle for the carwash that is a hose and outside air dry.

This is the best car wash place ever! I clean my car about once a month and when I do I’m able to do so with such due diligence because of this place. I really appreciate how they provide so many included services with the wash such as a pre wash station, window cleaners, clean towels, free vacuums, and of course a free air freshener. The staff is attentive and super nice. One time this employee complimented my music taste! Also the music that they play out loud is pretty good too I must say! I always recommend this place to friends and I will never be able to go to another car wash because this place has heightened my car wash standards!

First time here used the free car wash for first timers on there website. Would say I prefer this place over Mr. Carwash.. Total Package Car Wash has a great tunnel with tons of high-end equipment and chemicals. You get get the touch car wash or ask for a no touch wash and they got you covered also. My trucks mirrors weren't folded in, next time ill know better! They offer cold bottles of water inside, never ending clean towels, carpet and rubber mat cleaning machines that are free, windex, microfiber towels, pre soak with multiple clean tubs with several different types of brushes depending on what your want to prep. Would highly recommend that you atleast check them out and there monthly plan seems more affordable!

Tried Total Package Car Wash recently and overall it’s a really solid spot to clean your car. The tunnel wash itself works well and they have a lot more equipment than most places around strong vacuums, mat cleaners, towels, sprays, even air fresheners which was a nice touch. I also liked that you can pre-scrub bug spots before entering the wash, that actually helped a lot. The staff was friendly and the place stayed pretty organized even while busy. I didn’t feel rushed and had time to wipe down the interior properly which I appreciate because most car washes hurry you out. Only reason for 4 stars is the price is a little on the higher side and the wash didn’t get every tiny spot on the first pass (roof edges especially). Still, the extras and overall convenience make it worth coming back.

This is a difficult review. Let me start with saying that my experience as a first time customer at this car wash was amazing. I love the pre-wash in the amenities that were included and actually strongly considered the monthly membership because I was so pleased. Then I went home. I work from home the next day I left for errands at 3 PM to notice spots all over my windows and car. I told myself I would go back to the car wash and show them what my car look like and see what they could do to help. I wasn’t looking for a handout or anything free. I was just simply looking to get all of these spots removed off my car I saw the young lady at the gate who called the manager in within 10 seconds. He told her there’s nothing they can do for me if I had came back the same day they may have helped me, but because it was the next day there wasn’t anything they were able to do and then let me remind you I wasn’t looking for anything free or handout. I was looking for them to help me get the spots removed they’re the experts. I was hoping they could suggest something or send me through just a rinse and then I could dry the car. I wasn’t really sure what to expect but they refuse to offer any assistance at all. I made it very clear very simple. What really bothers me as there wasn’t any consideration there as a customer that was there and has obvious spots all over her window in car that they would even assist me and suggesting a treatment or what to do to get the spots removed. I went down the street to A competitor and asked for assistance they asked me what happened. I told them even though I didn’t share a name because I’m not trying to drag anybody’s name and they quickly apologize to me for the experience I had at the other car wash. Total care and help me get my car sparkly again free of charge. I must say I have a new car wash. I hope this review helps someone.
