I've taken my car here countless times over the last 3 years & won't go anywhere else in the area. There are two different types of bays: manual wash & touchless wash. The manual wash is one of the best I've been to, hands down. It has every type of setting (including a triple soap gun, an air compressor to dry off your car IN the bay) and its not outrageously priced. Had an issue with not realizing it had accepted my card and started washing and like an idiot swiped it 2 more times. Called up Jim (I believe that was his name) and he ended up giving me tokens to utilize in the touchless wash.

DO NOT use! The touchless wash isn’t worth the $15 they charge and the self-wash bays do not work. Tried to pay with card and did not work. Tried for 10 minutes. Waste of time.

Fair prices for the self wash. The automatic wash is a bit pricey and doesn't really do the job if your car hasn't been washed for a few weeks or for those spring washes to get salt off the car. Very busy weekend days, like they all are, so plan for 5-10 minute wait Sat-Sun between 9am and 6pm. They take coins and credit cards, however the credit card payment seems a bit sketchy as you don't clearly see what you are being charged or when you stop being charged until you see the charge on your credit card statement. The charges have never been that much. While very convenient to have credit card payment within the wash stall it would still be nice to see something that tells you what you are spending as you are washing the car.

Priced similar to other car washes. 2 automatic and 2 manual washing bays. Make sure to go when not many people there, or you could be waiting in line a long time. Automatic wash does pretty good job of covering and getting whole vehicle clean.

I've gone here for awhile as it's always in good shape and does a good job. The owner does a good job keeping things working and updated. Just went today and they installed new washers in the auto bays which were sweet! They also have a mobile app for all their bays which is nice.

I have used this place many times in the past and as far as I can recall, any time I've had an issue, it's been resolved nearly immediately. I recently had an issue where one stall stopped after the first soap cycle and asked me to exit, so I had to pay for another wash. The owners returned my call and refunded me for both washes! I would highly recommend this business!

This place has been around for a very long time and cleans car well. It’s one of the few places in Omaha with touch less car wash. I wish the dryer time was little longer. We were not able to get the car dry very well. The place needs an update to compete with all these new car washes.

I am a customer in this car wash at least 3 times per week, a few times I did have a problem with the car wash and it was resolved, except my last problem with the self washing machine, like always I placed my 12 dollars in change and I am happy it does allowes me to do so, but when I did try to use the wash after all my money was deposit did not started. I called the number they ignored me and I never did receive my refund, or a call back. The truth I think I am the only one there every 2 days or 3 days and the owner should be great full to have a customers so many times per week. If I called you 4 times this year because I really did have an issue, I will appreciate for you to refund my 12 dollars. I think your car wash works perfect 96% of the time and this is good, but not ignore your customers when they ask for a refund when they did have a problem that they wash the car only in your car wash. Thanks.

Decent car wash, but their facility is very undersized considering the population growth in the area, so it is almost always a long wait. They need to expand the facility. Edit: Unfortunately, I experienced major equipment issues the past 2 visits. I have called the posted number and left voicemails, but nobody answers the phone or follows-up. Not sure who owns the business now, but it's never a good sign when they stop maintaining equipment and stop following up on issue reports. Downgrading my review and recommending you to go to one of the many other car washes in the metro area.

I hope that someone pays attention to these reviews. I am here at 3pm on Jan 17th. I didn't get his name, but the kid that was running everything on a rare warm day in January with a very long line full of impatient people was the best. Calm, professional, joking with my son. Handling "adults" in a way that I hope my sons will be able to at his age. Overall, a phenomenal car wash! I utilize them all the time, even with an unlimited membership with Rocket car wash. I love the fact that it’s touchless to help limit scratches. Just wish they had membership options. Otherwise, great great place to go!!

Good location in proximity to my house. It did not do well cleaning my wife's Jeep or my Ram pick-up. I have better experiences with the touch less option to get the dirt off the back. You can see the brushes tried to get the dirt off but they didn't succeed.

This is my go-to car wash. If you live in SW Omaha, give it a try. A little pricier but they do have programs that can bring the per wash price down (I don't subscribe so I can't speak to the savings) But the wash is great! I drive a Model 3 and it's perfect each time.

Location is great as there aren’t many options in the area BUT……Can not recommend anyone spend their money here. Got the “best” option that was $14 for their touch-less car wash and you can hardly tell my car even got a car wash. See photos immediately after car wash. Very disappointing especially at the price point…

I like this car wash as I prefer not to be put on a conveyor belt that is in control of moving my vehicle. It gets my SUV clean but I have not yet figured out how to get it dry in the limited drying time.

This is an excellent touchless car wash, and since there are so few in our area I really appreciate having this one right up the street from where I live. It does an excellent job on my truck and the customer service is phenomenal. If you have an issue, you can call them right away and they get back to you so I highly recommended this place.
