Horrible customer service. Rude employees. Poor management. The store is never stocked, the cooks are eating food in the kitchen, the workers and managers are smoking directly in front of the store. Very tacky and I will never support or ever go to this location. Coffee is always out, it's dirty and everything is always out of stock.

Long lines, slow service, kitchen is always SLOW & food is very subpar (if there's even anything at all). Would be a 1 star, but the car wash is one of the better ones. Far better gas stations in the area though, would not recommend.

Ordered a pizza and wings and was told it would be an hour before they were ready. An hour later we come to pick them up and the man behind the pizza counter was INCREDIBLY rude and made us stand there 5+ minutes before even acknowledging us. When I told him about our order, his snarky response was, “k well it’s not ready.” Didn’t apologize, or give us an estimate about how long it would be. We already had to wait over an hour for an incredibly simple order. Terrible terrible customer service.

NOBODY answers the phone! We tried for 45 minutes, because we wanted a pizza, and no answer. We becided to go in and order after trying the website that froze up on us. We had no problem ordering in store. When I told them about the phones, I was told that they were not working. A previous time I was told that someone shut the ringer off. Next time I may have to take my business somewhere else. I will say that the employees were great and very helpful. Come on Casey's, Get your act together. You make it so hard to get a pizza!

Ok, this review is a revision of my earlier review of this location of Casey's. In my earlier review I really went on about how good the pizza was, and believe me it still is, I just can't get it at this location anymore. Went there last night about 6:45pm and the gentleman behind the counter told me that the shift prior to his screwed him over and didn't make any dough and it was going to be about a 45 minute or so wait. Go there tonight at 7:00pm and not a soul around. I was finally told that she, referring to the pizza area, was on break. I said "Oh, so what are we looking at here, 10, 15, 20 minutes? I got an almost non-responsive, "Yeah". I could tell right away that she was Business School enrollee, almost twice last year. She approved the break.. I went out to my car and I actually contemplated waiting for her, going home and having Pop Tarts or go to another location. Off I go to the one on Dodge St, about 76th st. Pizza was fab! Even though I think they made it as a light baked thin crust and I ordered like the original crust.Still good and my tummy will thank me tomorrow for lunch as well.

I can honestly say this place has the best car wash I've ever been to. Touch less and gets the truck very clean. Clean enough to even tip these guys 5 bucks everytime and drive 15 miles once a week to get the wash

I wnet in today cause my order was placed at 11:20 said it b ready by 11:38. I went in at 11:38 the staff was barely putting the order in. The pizza was out at 11:55. I complained to the manager and she didn't care at all. I asked for a refund she didn't wanna give it to me. After a lot of arguing she finally did. I've never been treated so poorly in my life.

Almost every time I come in , there's one cashier to handle a long line of people. Even during peak hours. Today it was Nick , who had a great attitude considering he had to deal cranky customers blaming him for the line. Why is only 1 employee working such a busy location all the time? I hope you're paying your people well.

I get that sometimes workers can be a bit tired and sometimes moody, I never hold a grudge or judge any worker but the way my situation was being handled was very disappointing. The man at the pizza place didn’t even acknowledge me at first and was on his phone while I called out to him, I gave him time and he finally came after a minute or so and after all that when I was getting a receipt for the pizza I was given the wrong receipt and after handing them the wrong receipt they just stood and stared at the obviously wrong receipt for about 3 minutes until they finally gave me it back with NO help or solution to fix this, just looked at me like with a blank expressions and sighs. I realized it was the wrong receipt and went back to the cashier and she sorted everything out and I got the pizza, I just expected better service and help. Good pizza by the way.

No food at 6:30 am, which is ridiculous because that’s when everyone is coming in to go to work. Kitchen work was just standing with her back to the counter, on her phone, not working. Not coming here for breakfast anymore.

My husband and kids stopped this morning on the way home to get a breakfast pizza. It was ordered ahead of time and when they arrive it hadn't even been started yet. When they found the order one of the girls there started very loudly complaining about how she wasn't even supposed to be working, and that breakfast was over. So rude, and so unprofessional. A great way to make your customers feel extremely uncomfortable.

Horrible service. Owner doesn't hire enough people. Always a disaster inside and coffee machines broken. There's a very nice Kwik Shop just up the road. Drive by this Casey's. Don't stop.

Kitchen guys acting shady waiting for me to select an expired food item before they threw them out yesterday. Got a fresh slice of pizza right when they put it in and also WASTED money on this fried chicken sandwich that they OBVIOUSLY fried a second time because it was SATURATED in grease and extra brown. I've worked in several kitchens so if you know you know. Stop cutting corners. Yes, you, big guy in the kitchen. Just because I bought it doesn't mean I'm gonna let you get away with cheating me out of a hard earned meal. You have an easy job but are too lazy to do it. You just printed out a new label to slap on it and pretended it was fresh and let me buy it. I hope corporate sees this. I am so tired of people cutting corners and contributing to the incompentency crisis this country is experiencing. I work too hard for a lazy gas station guy to rip me off for $5 on a easy as heck to make sandwich. Literally just 2 pieces of bread some pickles and a fried chicken you just drop in oil for 5 mins. Get it together. Also trash everywhere on the floor by the food area. Have some pride in your work.

Need to do better on who you hure to make pizzas. I order quite often from this store and im appalled with what i got. Pizza looks like crap and is cut party cut and normal cut... absolutely ridiculous

People hate working here. Terrible service. Can't even talk to someone on the phone about the carwash because the phone number listed on Google direct you to someone working in the kitchen and they're unwilling to help answer the simple question, "is the carwash reopened yet?" Carwash has been down for a week. Disaster of a "convenience" store. Thanks for a terrific experience.

You should update the hours online. They don't close at 11. Would've been nice to know. Trying to get gas during a storm, only to have the door locked in my face, and told they are close at 8:15pm, so I got to run back to my car soaked. Only to see someone else get let in after I tried (and they weren't in uniform so I can't tell if it was an employee.) so looks like the cashier is just letting her friend in only.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I’ve worked across the street from this location for over SIX years, and let me tell you, the difference in service, atmosphere, and overall experience is NIGHT AND DAY compared to three years ago. I used to dread going over there during lunch breaks, but for the past two years, I actually look forward to it. The team has truly become part of my work family, and it’s always a pleasure to visit. The service is consistently fast, even when they’re hit with a rush of 20+ customers, and the pizza is almost always ready to grab and go. I’ve had great experiences with several employees, including James, Koty, Henry, Hailey, Erin, and Jo John. They consistently deliver excellent service and bring a great attitude, Every. Single. Time. Honestly, they’ve set a new standard for what customer service should be, and after six years of coming here, this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had!

The pop machine is always out of at least 3 types of pop. The cashier did not say anything except my total. When I told her the Diet Pepsi was empty. She just looked at me and didn’t say a word. Half of the breakfast items were empty. The breakfast croissants are half the size they used to be and there’s no price on them so who knows what they cost. The only time the cashier spoke was to tell me my total. No reaction to anything else. If you don’t like your job, get a new job.
