Under new management. No communication about the changes in services for the prices listed. Exterior wash was ok but still didn't remove all dirt. The interior job was lousy. Did not wipe down all surfaces and did a terrible job on interior windows. I asked about the back of my SUV and was told they no longer did "trunks" unless I paid an extra $5.00. I said it is not a trunk and I expected the rear and side windows to be done and vacuum. No was the answer for a Star $29.95 plus tax full service car wash since they are under new management. The person in front of me got into her car drove a couple feet, and got out calling the attendant over. While I didn't hear the conversation The customer seemed very unhappy. The customer behind me had a pick up truck and paid $50 and the car wash tore off her side window! The manager was busy and never came out of his/her office for the entire 35 minutes I was there. I have been a customer for 5 years and will never return.

Overpriced for this type of service. Won’t be going back. Spent $95 for a full detail. Was told that was the only way they would clean the rugs and clean the interior. The armor all didn’t even clean the door. This was all after my vehicle had to be “inspected” to make sure it wasn’t too dirty. I’ll just support Soapy’s they have always treated me well and their prices are much more reasonable.

Top shelf car wash for 20 dollars wash, Wax, hand dry and tire's washed and shine d , In these times good deal. If you want total in an out , windows carpet 50 dollars but that's everything. They do offer washes for less than 20. Wednesday it's 5 buck's for a wash. They want an update, you really can't get a better car wash and hand dried and the nicest people . I'll put it this way, they have built 2 or 3 car washes and I have not been to any of them no need. Don't forget to tip, something those guys and girls work hard.

Love it... They always take good care of my cars and with a smile 😁 I even started the monthly debit for 19$ a month and I can go wash my truck as many times as I want. And they still smile. Seriously I drive passed others to go to this location. You get to use the vacuums for free and they hand wash my Cadillac because it won't fit in the carwash with after market rims... Love love love it...💕

Soapy's Car Wash - because when it's done it's still covered in soap. For $12 I'd expect the car to be rinsed and the dry cycle to dry my car off. Now I've got to finish the job at home with a bucket. Thanks but no thanks Soapy's!

Every time I come here they have a cone put out saying something is down or broken and I have 2 wait for about 10min for them so move the cone take my name and open the gate to let me in because either their system is down or the electrical plate reader is broken or something isn't working right and the manager Rebecca was very rude and said she doesn't have explain why it's not working when I asked her why is it always down. I would like 2 report this to the district manager for bad customer service. On top of that the vacuums barely work, its definitely not top shelf service at all. I will be reporting to BBB as well.

Best job I have ever had a car wash! The staff did a fantastic job and the assistant manager was right there working just as hard. No one was doing anything but working and they all checked their work to be sure the car and inside were spotless.

Asked prep guy to get my wheels really good, he said no problem that’s my job and I even tipped him good and he didn’t even spray any wheel cleaner on them. Totally unexceptionable. Nobody waiting inline behind me either. And that was my whole purpose for coming in. I’m handicapped and now I gotta go home and do it myself 🤦🏻‍♂️

Horrible experience.. My car got stuck inside the car wash and it mess my fender. This is no longer Soapy's it's called Top Shelf Car wash. This happened on April 21 and they told me they would call me by Friday.. NO ONE did!! Finally I had to call. They said they are ordering clips to fix my car. At this point I am no longer comfortable with someone that works at a car wash location to fix my car. I will be taking it to the dealer to get an estimate and asking them to give the money to get this fixed if not I will be taking them to small claims court. To Be Continued......

I'm not real happy with this place. 2 weeks ago I had a wash here and a piece was missing from my Nissan hubcap. I called them right away and told them to give me a call if they found it gave them my number so they can call me if they found it. Went in there today everybody plays stupid nobody knows anything about anything. They probably never cleaned their machines so there is all kind of crap

I can’t believed they call this the “super detail package” and they charge as much as they do for this level of service. Worst $78 I’ve ever spent. I’ve spent less and have gotten much better service. Disappointing especially when nearly 3-4 different people worked on it and they all still felt this vehicle was in acceptable conditions. Don’t bother to go here, not for an interior cleaning at least.

I used this place for about 8 to 10 months give or take. Until I started noticing multiple charges on my credit card for my monthly membership there. When I confronted management they took my name and number and told me I will be refunded if it's found I was charged unwarranted. There was at least two extra charges there. Nobody ever called, never saw my money get refunded so I switched car washes going to tidal wave. What is humongous difference! I'm so glad they screwed up because tidal wave was more powerful of a car wash (car was just cleaner) way better vacuums with multiple options and just a better atmosphere all around. You guys better tighten up, cuz that's a good way to go out of business.
