We just had a flat tire and this was the closest Autozone to us. I just want to take the time to say how great the two guys working tonight were (3/18/17). They were so polite and helpful. Even patched our tire for us. So thank you.

My husband and I went to get a battery from the other location down the road but they didn’t have it. This one did. So we get here and they are telling us that our battery needed to be a certain one because it has a start stop, it’s a newer model. And that we couldn’t get a valucraft battery. That they wouldn’t be liable. Which is hilarious because this car does NOT have a start stop. So he already lied there. The second lie was saying he couldn’t put it in because we are now sitting at the other auto zone down the road and they are going to happily swap the battery out with the new one. When we explained what happened the guy felt terrible and told us to buy it from this location and bring it to him. An employee from this location offered to put it in and the mama her George who denied us service yelled at him saying he better not put that battery in. So I’m not sure what the issue is here. The battery is compatible with our car and could have been installed but instead I had to drive BACK to another autozone becuase you guys denied me service. Terrible honestly. Do better. George the manger was rude to my husband and was glaring at me when I went back in to thank the guy who carried the battery out.

Very friendly people. Store manager is very helpful. People here are always very knowledgeable, and helpful. If your car needs a battery, they will install it (unless its a hybrid car). They also install wiper blades! Will highly recommended this Auto zone.

I really can't put on here what I truly think because I will get in trouble but I was given a credit , yes a very long time ago however I've been sick and going through a lot . So I go in to use the credit for a headlight and the manager says he doesn't remember nor can he help me which is unacceptable considering the fact that I went in one evening for a battery pick up an hour before closing and they were closed so I called the manager and that is why I was given the credit and "AL" acted like he didn't know who I was or the event so auto zone can go to ..... You get the jist!! Do what you say and say what you especially when you're the manager and you made a deal and you made the deal because your employees did not follow their hours of operation as well as their attitude about the whole situation or lack thereof

Store # 2402 1120 NW 10th St Ocala Florida My boyfriend David and I was driving home on friday when Our wheel assembly came apart. We called a few of auto part stores they had the part in stock for 271.00. The representative behind the counter was extremely helpful to us. Not only did he give me information about the part and warranty he told me that they would do a price match if I found it cheaper well to my surprise we did. Alot cheaper for 124.95 online with the same warranty he went over and beyond to help us and we appreciate that so much.
