The Ocala location has More parts than all others in 100 miles radius. The staff at the Ocala location go above & beyond. The only part store that has about everything in stock during the brandon economy :/

The lady was very helpful. The three guys standing around not helpful when the next customer came in all three guys head to back at same time but lady did take care of us both without a problem

Ordered part showing available on line at 8am. Drove 40 minutes to pick it IP, only to find out they didn't really have the part in stock. One assistant said he worked the online orders that morning and they didn't have on hand, so he ordered for me to come back again the next day. 3 issues, why did I not get an email in the 5 hours between order and my arrival? Why did I not get a phone call in the five hours? Why didn't this NAPA store ship to me?

I buy tons of parts from these guys, They are pretty amazing to say the least. Matt the sales guy is one of a kind, Mike the store Manager is always willing to help and the delivery people are always willing to take returns and help out!! 5 stars!

My first time coming here and my last. Came to pick up 3 oil filters that their website said they were on sale. I placed my order online with a total of $30.they tried to charge me regular price after I showed them my receipt from the order and told me that this items weren't included on the sale. The person didn't even apologized for the inconvenience and walked away to talk to another customer. Very rude. No wonder their store was empty, lol..

I called this place to see if they had a couple parts for my car. The guy on the phone was very helpful and looked up the items. They were in stock. I came into the store; he went and got the items and within 5 minutes I was back in my car on the road.

This store does not honor the commitment they have to customers. I bought a clean spray and it was not the shine I was looking for and I went to return it and the manager told me that I could not receive it so I used it and where is the commitment. And I am not going to buy more at NAPA.

Few disappointed with the fact that yall have that yall are open on Sundays till 3pm. Get there to find everything turned off and doors locked. Fix your times.

sold me the wrong parts then refuse the return bc i opened the plastic bag they came in. cheap parts not like im going broke over it but in my 10 years as a mechanic i’ve never had that happen.

This place almost has everything you need for the DIY mechanic. Service was fast and accurate. They found what I needed very quickly without any fuss. I highly recommend trying them first for your auto supplies.
