I have experienced 'all' Tommy's in Tulsa, now. This one is lastest/newest very well planned out with 'down level' exiting, thanks for that added boast in exiting. To avoid cars that come in too close while shifting to drive, an added push!! Encourage staff to help or have marquee to signal to wait a few seconds before entering to avoid collusion at the end!!

Tommy's is a great car wash. My car always gets sparkly clean and having the vacuums right outside the wash is an added bonus and they actual have good suction, not like other car washes.The staff has always been friendly. I had the nicest employee, Shaye S. (maybe a manger) talk to me and assisted me with my questions. Highly recommend.

I got a 18 dallor was and this is what happens. I call to let them know because I went to the store. They said they would do the wash but usually if you leave there parking lot then you got nothing coming. So do I have to get out of my car to look at the back to make sure it is washed. I'll fix what should have been done at the wash. Will not be going to Tommy express ever again.

Great value for monthly subscription. Only issue is I'm an over night uber driver and I try to vacuum before my shift and while they advertise as open until 9 p.m. the vacuums are shut off while I'm trying to clean at 8:45 Great other then that

Love the ease of a fast car wash that leaves my truck nice and shiny. I will say I liked it better when they opened at 7:00am instead of 8:00 now, and I could get a wash before heading to work. Now it's hit n miss if I'll make it by before they close as I'm in HVAC Sales and there's no telling when I'm coming home.

One of the best car washes in town! Some dont give you that lasting wax or tire shine but this place does. Added plus they have a car mat cleaner for free! Military discounts mult car discount too!

I can sometimes pull up and it recognizes my license plate, but most of the time they have to type it in. Not so "automatic". The wash itself is pretty good. I'm not sure what the clothes on spinners at the end are for. They very seldom work and when they do they don't reach any car I've ever had, including my SUV.

I was not impressed the first time I visited about 2 yrs ago, but a LOT seems to have changed. Went in to wash a borrowed car, just to thank the person for the kindness. I was told there were free washes that day, and a little free detail kit as well. They also had a free 30 day membership I think, but i didn't get it since it's not my car. What a lovely surprise this was. The wash was soapy and sudsy and smelled very nice. The vacuums were strong and well kept and have 2 size vacuum nozzles at each vacuum bay. The free floor mat washer was the best feature ever. They look a TON better now! The whole vehicle does! Keep up the great service.

One of the most unimpressive car washes I've ever had. $18 for a brief wash with barely any brush contact. Car looked basically the same coming out as it did going in. Amenities offered are nice but widely standard. Better options right up the road. Will not return.

Don’t waste your money. Unless you want to go through another wash or hand clean every spot they’ve missed. This was RIGHT after leaving the wash. Didn’t even get the bird poop off my front windows either. Money down the drain.

Great car Wash place. I've signed up both of my cars on the monthly program with unlimited car washes. It is near my home and I keep my cars sparkling clean. Everything works great. If assistance is needed there are people there that can help 😁

The car wash is well maintained and up to date on your latest car needs. *Update: March 2025* The car wash has improved from last time, which ultimately have to be the vacuuming power and suction. If you’re not signed up with a membership, why wait and continue to pay for single washes?😁🚙

They claim to be better than touchless on the website and its 100% false. I have washed my 2022 truck once since it was professionally polished and its now covered in scratches. If you care about your paint, run like the plague. Incredibly abrasive brushes. I’m infuriated with myself for trusting this establishment. The entire truck is scratched. Unbelievable. Before pics are the ones with a mirror finish, after pics are the first time it was washed since being polished. EDIT: after letting the car wash management know my vehicle was damaged with dated photo evidence they informed they will not stand behind their product and service and that my vehicles damage is my responsibility. About what I figured but if you care about your vehicle, look elsewhere.

Love this place!! I've never gone to a car wash more than once every couple months but we purchased a newer vehicle & so I went here, paid the $16 for the best wash & they give you a month of free car washes!! I've now been taking our car every other day to the wash, my kids LOVE it & they have free mat washers, vacuums, & they have a detail kit at the window only $3! As far as bang for your buck goes Tommy's is the place to be!!!

Friendly and fast. They do push memberships but not as bad as some other carwashes I've been to. I like to purchase a single carwash but I often times find my car is not clean afterwards but they always let me go through as many times as I like until it's clean.

The works car wash does a good job of removing stuck on bugs and putting a nice shine on your vehicle. The free vacuums are also very nice and do a great job of picking up whatever you have laying inside your vehicle so be careful not to get too close to something you don't want vacuumed up.

Great place. $14.00 for the basic car wash. The car looks great and I would rate it above the norms on "basic" level wash. A+! My vehicle is a work vehicle and was absolutely filthy. So I recorded their free vacuums and went to work. Excellent sucking power and cleaned up the car very nicely. I spent $5.00 at the vacuum and got the detail kit. Included a micro cloth, package of 2 window wipes, and a package of two surface wipes. My car looks so much better. I highly recommend this location. I might be taking advantage of their 30 days free wash deal with the sign up for a membership.
