Great place to wash the car. I wash both my cars here and never had an issue. The wash i amazing always done right and the free vacuums clean the interior super well. Ive got carpet floor mats and it works perfectly on them. And the workers are very attentive and always willing to lend a hand guiding you so you dont need to worry about fitting at the entrance. 10/10 experience.

I love my experience every time I come here! From the amazing staff to the quality of the wash, Tommy’s Express Car Wash is the best! My favorite feature being the mat washers that are unlike any other, it takes off anything and everything leaving my car looking and smelling clean top to bottom. Thank you Tommy’s Express team!

The wash is really only good if you’ve got a sedan. Anything larger and it’ll miss spots of suds and dirt. They also will try to up sale literally everything. I flat out told them I wanted a 1 time wash only nothing else and they still tried to push the membership everytime. Can we bring back do it yourself car washes already???? And only one side of the vacuums worked which is pretty common but the one side that did work worked great.

THE WORST CAR WASH EVER! My emails speak for themselves in terms of how TERRIBLE their customer service is at this place! There are other car wash facilities out there that are BETTER! Tommy's is NOT the only game in town, people avoid this car wash and save your money! 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

Relatively new place and the wash is good. The free towels are from a tear-off dispenser and can be difficult to use when dry as they sort of drag on the paint surface. We still bring our own micro-fiber cloths. They also do not provide window cleaning spray like some others do. Still very convenient to us. Edited to add: If coming from the west (Brandon) it's easier to turn left onto St Cloud Ave and turn right behind the WaWa instead of going past and making a U-turn.

It was convenient at first because the car wash is right up the road from my house. Unfortunately, that convenience quickly turned into frustration. The first issue happened with one of my vehicles when a worker broke my antenna. I was told a claim would be filed, but it never was. I never received a call back, any proof of a claim, or any follow-up at all. When I returned to have the antenna fixed, no one knew what I was talking about. The second issue was with my brand new car. I had been going through this car wash for about 3–4 weeks. On multiple visits, employees were distracted—playing around or talking to people instead of properly guiding vehicles onto the conveyor belt. Because my car wasn’t aligned correctly, by the time I reached the end, a piece of my car was ripped off. This is a brand new vehicle, so there is no reason for parts to be falling off. I then had to hunt down an employee just to tell them I needed to retrieve the piece so I could get it repaired myself, because at that point I had no confidence this place would take responsibility. Needless to say, I canceled my membership. I would be very cautious about using this car wash, especially if you care about your vehicle.

I bought the month subscription for a good price and just came and washed my car today, the car came out spotless. The only thing I would recommend is a little longer on the drying but I’ve also never been to a car wash that dried the car completely so that’s not a huge deal. Most of their vacuums are pretty strong, I have had much problems with them. This place is unique and kept clean always, would 100% recommend this car wash.

This place is awesomeeeee. The employees there are super kind and you can tell that they really just want you to have a blessed experience, especially Angel and Hollis. Sometimes you can see them boogieing while doing their jobs.. I wish I could have as much fun as they are! Really makes my day. They have reasonable prices in comparison to their express wash competitors, and they offer freebies such as towels, mat washers, vacuums, AND they offer ducks, lollipops, and dog treats at their drive-thru! My cousin is also able to come through with his dually work truck for those of yall lookin' 👀.

False advertising. I only pulled in because the sign said military discount. When actually it only applied if you do a membership ship. I’ll definitely share it my many social media groups to avoid Tommy’s. Since there was other car behind I felt obligated to pay full price. I bought the most expensive wash. The wash was horrible. Back of my car wasn’t clean and the wheels and sides of the car weren’t dry. When I was taking pictures I noticed my rear wiper arm got broken.

Car dirty spots all over vacuum sucks no really it sucks. As in doesn’t work. Joke. Tommy is the highest cost franchise wash out there they are better than this. They boast they have the best tunnel and equipment but not functioning correct at this wash. This is a management issue.

Best Experience in a Tesla Y and a cybertruck! Car wash better than expected and customer service is out of this world. Most recently Hollis assisted me and she is friendly, helpful and kind. The kind of service that makes me a repeat customer!
