I have been to many car wash places in different cities. One thing I love is when the employee that is scrubbing down your car before it goes in has the best attitude. That makes such a big difference on where you go. I want to say that Jonathan at the Hillsborough Ave location is the absolute best!!!! His out going personality is the BEST!!!! When you show up he is there to greet you and is always on the go. I only got a membership because he is there. He makes your day and it’s worth coming back even daily. If you need your car washed and your day is down, go visit him so he can make your day better!!!

I went to have my Rav 4 washed & the car wash didn't have any soap come out of it, just water so of course my Rav 4 wasn't clean. Was the price raised & the soap removed? I should have my money refunded!

Not extravagant prices, not the most modern, but the staff pre- cleans your car more so than the car wash itself...the price is most inexpensive inthe Tampa Bay area.

Definitely one of the best cleans I've ever got! I thought I cleaned my car well, until I took it to flippers!! They did an amazing job! Very very good work, and for the right price too!! Thank you for practically a brand new car! thank you Flippers!!! Very good service, and a huge shout out to the nice employee there ( Billy ) he not pnly detailed cleaned my car. But was very practical on saving me MONEY!! Good work. And very OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Employees like Billy! Are the main reason why I would EVER GO back!!!

I had my car detailed at this carwash, and the results were amazing! The interior was spotless, and the exterior looked like it had just rolled off the lot. The price was a bit high, but for the level of service and attention to detail, it was worth it.

I’m truly impressed by how much better the car wash is here now. I came to this one about 3-4 weeks ago and my car barely got clean. Today when I came by, I was greeted by a very welcoming and professional guy named Billy. He asked if I would like help with vacuuming my floor mats after making sure all the brake dust was cleaned off my wheels. I will definitely be back more frequently now. Good job!!

TRASH AT ITS BEST! The vacuums aren't powerful AT ALL! My car was still wet and dirty after going thru the car wash. The prices are great but the actual car wash needs a TOTAL upgrade. The only reason they do get a Star is because the attendant there was very nice.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Worst car wash ever and super disappointing to watch it go down hill in the last few years. Vacuums don’t work in the slightest, and the water is dirty. Owners don’t take care of the property. Westchase bring me Woodies!!!!

I joined the monthly program. I am very unimpressed with the facilities. The one or 2 unmanaged workers are very nice. NO TOWELS NO GLASS CLEANER. YOUR CAR DOESN'T GET CLEAN. You have to go though 2 times and you rims will still be dirty and bugs on the windows. You get much more in Wesley chapel at the same type of place. Wish I lived up there.

The car wash service was decent, though a few spots were missed. Staff members were polite, and the prices are fair. It’s a good option for a quick clean, but not for deep cleaning your vehicle.

Worst service I paid for a full wash. The attendant wouldn’t use soap or a brush. He only sprayed the car with water. When I told him the attendant that they always use soap and brush before sending it through. He said he ain’t got to that. So the car still came out dirty because he did not properly clean he didn’t even touch my tires but they charged me for a full wash. The attendant was rude and I had to go take my car somewhere else to be cleaned properly. GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

This is the $11 wash that is supposed to have two times the wheel wash rinse by far the biggest waste of money I have spent in a long time half of the hoses and sprinklers inside were not working. The cheapest option was not available. Worst car wash don’t waste your money.

I had to go through the car wash twice, and it did not rinse the car at all. You can see the hose is broken and does not spray water on the car at all for the entire hood and all of the passengers' side. The side sprayers are not working to spray rinse the car off either. The whole front of my car hood and grill of the entire passenger side of my car didn't get rinsed. It left soap and dirt all over the front grill, passanger side, and rear of my car with soap residue. I had to go home and pretty much wash the car myself and rinse it all off my car and wipe it all down. The guy gave me a refund and I do want to come back but I won't until it's all fixed. It's sad because this car wash was great when it first opened. It's just so run down at this point. They need to fix this whole systems hoses and connections. I guess i'm gonna go to the new carwash on the next block until these issues are fixed. Oh, and too, the owner who said, "I am a liar!" Please tell me how the pictures of soap suds on the front on my grill and on my hood my my vehical had anything to with anything to do with my tires. I'm telling you, fix your run-down car wash. Hoses are busted and shooting water like a fountain away from the car because the hose was broken from its connection. I'm just saying fix your equipment. None of your rinse cycles worked. I was there for 30 minutes on my lunch break, wasting my time because your wash isn't washing properly. Call a handyman and do something about it. Don't come to me saying I'm a liar. Next time, I'll be sure to post videos from inside your carwash.. Your employee told me to post it and only gave me 7 or my 8 bucks back. I was being nice, but I will NOT tolerate being called a liar. Because I did have to come home and wash the suds off my car. Actually, I can post that as well. I got my receipts! There is no reason to call your customers are a lier when I know I'm telling the truth, and I have the data to back it up.I got my receipts! I got home and had to rinse my car off, and yes, it's time stamped. Don't try it! Beacuse you found the right one! I'll take an apology when you're ready. Shame on you! Shame!
