I have always enjoyed the service of Take 5. I went in because I was showing low and I had only had my oil change about a month ago. Evan was very friendly and helped me top off my oil and even went as far as to tell me to come back and he’ll check it again. This is the location to go.

The staff was incredibly attentive & ended up saving me some money by telling me to come back in 2,000 miles. I have been paying for a full synthetic oil change every 3,000 for the past several months. These guys showed me my oil & determined that with the color & oil level I did not need a full service at the half life. I will be using them moving forward instead of valvoline.

They changed my.oil in my 2017 nissan rouge that was a perfect vehicle until I left and it broke down 4 blocks from the shop. My mechanic said that they put the air filter back in too aggressively and broke the air filter sensor. If take 5 does not pay for the repair, we will sue!

Went to take 5 in Broken Arrow for a much needed oil change and received AMAZING service! The mechanics were so nice and didn’t pressure me to add on anything I didn’t want. They remained friendly and explained everything to me while not making me feel imcompetent (I’m a woman). 10/10 recommended!

want to start by saying the staff at Take 5 were very friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated their customer service. However, ever since getting my oil changed there about two weeks ago, I’ve had nonstop issues with my car. I ended up having to take it to the dealership, where I was told the coolant head is cracked and now needs to be replaced. I had absolutely no problems with my vehicle prior to this oil change, so this has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope management looks into this, because the experience has cost me both time and money.

I called before I went there to see how much it would be for an oil change. I got told for the oil change, filter and topped with fluids and they would send me a $25 off coupon via text it’d be $65 after. I drove 30 minutes, got there and was told $95 after the coupon. The guys working were super nice and said the call center isn’t suppose to give prices.

I actually come here for all my oil changes. Today, however, I sat in the bay for 25 mins after they popped my hood. There were 2 other cars in the bay before I got there and when I realized that one of them was also still waiting to be acknowledged I ended up leaving. They do look short staffed (only saw 2 people), but they also looked like they hated everyone they met eyes with. Could have atleast told me you were behind with a rough timeframe. Wouldn't bother me so much if they didn't have an attitude or if the name didnt suggest it was supposed to be a quick oil change. Bummer.

Decided to give Take 5 a shot due to the Dealership being tremendously backed up. I will say I was pleasantly surprised with the entire process, and the technicians were knowledgeable and provided top notch vehicle and customer service. I believe this is where I’ll be getting my vehicle maintenance completed moving forward. Fair pricing too!

I absolutely loved my visit. The two men on shift (I didn’t get their names but one had long dirty blonde hair and trucker hat and the other was tall with short black hair) were lovely, the shorter one made me feel right at home and it honestly made me want to go back to talk to them so we could be friends. They were polite, helped explain the things I didn’t quite understand, and made getting my oil change a lot less awkward. Those two guys need a raise STAT, people like them are the reason folks keep coming back :))

I lost my sticker off the window. Went in for an oil change on a car i dint drive very often (wxtra truck). The folks at Take 5 in Broken Arrow found me in the computer and came back to ask me if i was sure i needed an oil change. turns out it had only been 1000-1200 miles since my last and a couple months. I appreciated the honesty and they printed another sticker for my window as a reminder. That honesty in a quick lube environment should be recognized. TY

Probably the most Rude service I’ve ever experienced getting my oil changed. I can’t get to them during the day because of my job they’re open until 8pm which is why I chose to use them I arrived at 6:53 pm the guy changing my oil was literally acting so annoyed that he had to change my oil never cracked a smile never said anything to me other than pop your hood and then looked at me like I’m stupid because my car wouldn’t release my hood until it was shut off. Rolling his eyes and scoffing The entire time. I will never come back here. Awful experience after a long day in healthcare where even I have to learn how to fake a smile to give good customer service when I’m tired. Thumbs down 👎

I was absolutely impressed with the team’s communication. Letting each team member know what has been completed , what needs to be started and such leaves very little room for error. The tech that was doing my billing told me I would need a coolant flush in the near future but, since I was already getting oil and differential fluid change, it could wait until next visit. I decided, because of his honesty, to go ahead and get the coolant flush as well. All in all I had a very good experience. I will recommend others and I will return in the future.

I was directed to pull in right away but then waited while 2 vehicles were finished up. I used to work at a quick oil change place so I have some inside baseball on how it works. While the pit man was finished up on car 2, he could have been down below my car draining the oil but instead he was standing around looking at his phone. The showed me my radiator fluid and I said I had just had the service he was trying to sell me at another take 5 location the last time I was getting oil changed. He mentioned it was low but refused to do anything and said I needed to return to the other take 5 for a remedy. 😝

Got in and out. Only took between 10 and 15 minutes. Super quick. They also informed me that I needed a coolant flush and offered to do it at a discounted price with my oil change, I know they're right and I do need one soon. But I was in a hurry that day. I was grateful for them offering the lower price and that they did not try to give me a hard time about not getting it done. 👍

I love this place! Wasn’t a 5 minute process but the staff took the time to educate me on a few different areas of concern! I didn’t feel any sales pressure but I really appreciated the concern and explanations given! Kind, lighthearted crew that seems to care about what they are doing and definitely deserve some raises

I love great customer service and this was top customer service! I believe I had Evan I believe that’s his name that worked with me. He was very friendly and polite. He explained things to me where I could understand. I don’t know that much about cars but he didn’t make me feel bad about not knowing things and he didn’t make the time there feel rushed! I went for an oil change and last time I went to another take5 I had I believe it’s called a coolant flush? But it wasn’t done the right way so they did it again for me no charge and everything went smoothly I really appreciate the time they took to explain how to take care of the car and when I left I felt safer in my car! Thank yall so much for the service and teaching I will always go back to this location!!! 10 stars for me 😃
