Peoria location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Firstly, the car wash cleans my car spotless but let me get to the associates that work here. I adore them! They always slow the track down for me because I have a little anxiety due to jumping the track before. I’m telling you, the absolute sweetest! If you want a clean car and a short lesson on customer service the Brookside location is your spot. Give them all raises because there is no other car wash like this! I’m the old lady in the blue Mas and I worship you guys!

This was a great experience at the Peoria location. I was greeted with a smile and educated on the wash packages. They even have a great promotion going on for unlimited washes! I went through the wash process only for my expectations to be exceeded in the quality of the wash! I even went over to their FREE vacuums and cleaned out my car with one of their detail kits that you can buy! Great job and kudos!

Attendant only there sometimes. Recently I went and came out and the entire back of my car and windshield was still full of dirt and dust. Seems like a very fast short car wash and doesn’t seem to be consistent in how well it cleans. I’ve went 3-4 times so far, but considering switching to a different place.

Best automatic wash available. Easy in and out, especially if you use their app. Always gets the car cleaner than the other places, even the ones that have someone at the front to do the pre-rinse/scrub. Would be 5 stars if they didn't increase their price for the basic wash from $8 to $10. That's a 25% bump with no added value, yikes!

Not very impressive. I paid for an exterior wash and one side of my truck is still covered in dirt. I wash my truck weekly so it’s not like it’s compounded dirt.

After five days in an open field camping Rocklahoma, my Prius was splattered with sticky, sour smelling mud. A single pass through Triple Play had it cleaned thoroughly. I did go with the most expensive option, costing me $16. Staff was helpful, and the process was easy to understand.

Ok wash. Not great not terrible. They are a few bucks more than the place near my work. The issues I have are, The wash did not get all the bird poop off. The tire scrub did not really do anything I could tell, so if I go back I wont pay for that. Last, when I pulled up after paying, the lady had me crammed in quickly. I was way too close to the car in front and behind me for comfort. The lady hit the 'go' button and you could hear the belt trying to pull me in to the wash before I got a chance to put it in neutral and take my foot off the brake. I would have even been closer to the car in front of me if she had her way. So I was going to give two stars, but gave three. The guy taking money was nice to me at least.

We have a membership or subscription where you can clean your car as often as you like for one very reasonable price. The facility is new. The equipment works well. They even have a machine that will wash your mats. My cars always look great because of this place

I’ll drive half way across town to go to this car wash. The value is hard to beat (base cost starting at $6.99). Would highly recommend for a quick/cheap wash.

I paid $27 for a car wash then they proceeded to tell me that my truck was too dirty to go through their car wash they canceled my subscription but did not issue me a refund and they keep giving me the runaround I do not recommend the place to anyone I've call customer service and the location that I went to so far neither one will refund the money for the car wash that I never even received

My first time here. Was a little disappointed but the caveat is a purchased the cheap package. But even with the cheap package I do not expect there to be soap remaining when done. I was also disappointed with the water remaining. The system moves you through pretty quick and there was plenty of water to be wiped away. The good thing is are people, and vacuums. The staff at the desk were friendly and very helpful in explaining their devices and how the app works. The vacuums sucked really good and they weren’t super noisy. There’s a new one coming to my hometown and I was hoping it would be an improvement but I’m not sure. So before I jump in on the monthly I’m going to try a few more single washes and see how it goes. UPDATE AFTER SPEAKING WITH SOMEONE: With the new step tailgate the soap gets on the cracks and is not rinsed out but the blower hits it and blows it out. They are working to try to find a fix for this. I also learned that with the subscription package I can go through as needed to cover the dirt that may remain. That’s a good value! Manager that I spoke with super nice and helpful. ———

27 to start unlimited, then they said I was there before I even bought my car, 27, is for 2 weeks not 4. Called customer no help, only to be argued with. Good luck. Find an honest business, worth way more than 27 dollars

Very poor quality wash. I paid $22 for the second highest tier and now feel ripped off. The windows have more streaks and dirt than before the wash. Barely any bird poop was removed – which my entire reason for getting a car wash in the first place and purchasing a more expensive option to ensure a good clean. The vacuums had barely any suction and kept going on and off, which was frustrating. I am really disappointed in the entire experience.

Not a bad car wash. I chose the 13 dollar wash. Which is their cheapest wash available. He did offer to waive it if I signed up for a month promotion. Not today. It did leave a couple bird spots on the passenger door. For that reason I gave it a 4-starr.

Previously I put in a 1 star review based on the results of the works selection. It wasn’t up to their own standards and I pointed that out in detail. After speaking with Tommy’s on Peoria and being encouraged to come back I did. This experience was what I expected out of such a reputable car wash center. Really was top quality and I apologize for being so aggravated the first time. The staff have always been pleasant and Tommy’s stands behind their commitment to a spotless, moreover very shiny wash. I’m delighted they acted so professionally and I will use Tommy’s going forward. Thanks very much and I’ll be sure to recommend Tommy’s express car wash to friends and family. You guys really came through when it mattered

I wish I could give 0 stars. I went for the first time today and paid $27 for their car wash to scratch the hood of my new 2025 car. I’m sure the roofs damaged as well if this is how the hood looks. I got home to take a picture of my clean car and was in disbelief.
