Great car wash. Good locations and friendly staff. It is not touchless, so I get my license plate bent over time. Nothing a little elbow grease can't solve. I've been a member for a couple of years now. Really nice being able to keep my car clean and fresh regularly. Vacuums are great as well and easy to use.

Just got a membership and am loving it, staff are super cool, very nice people. Terrance R, one of the staff introduced himself and asked if he could do anything, gave me a detail kit, and asked me to write a review if I had a chance. Used to be a member at rocket car wash and can say that Tommy’s is much better, like I said, better staff, the vacuums are all working, and the app is nice too, allowing you to change your membership at anytime from your phone. I remember leaving rocket and spending an hour on the phone to cancel my membership. Great place! 🙌

I switched to rocket after being a Tommy’s member . Tommy’s damaged both my son’s bmw and my truck. Scratches and dents in both and did absolutely nothing about it. They said they reviewed the tapes and all the damage was there already before we went through the wash. It most definitely wasn’t. I was tired of our vehicles getting beat up so I switched to rocket. Haven’t had any problems since.

I wanted to say I had the best experience at the Tommy’s on 180 and Burt st. Becky C is a great employee who walked me through your process as I was a first timer. She even took the time to help clean the inside of truck. I will definitely be back as I was very impressed with her service and dedication to customers. Thank you for the great experience

Tommy's Express Car Wash on Burt Street is the worst of all the Tommy's locations in Omaha. My car is often still dirty after the wash and has soapy spots or residue. Very often, when I arrive, it's closed for maintenance, and I have to either wait a long time or go somewhere else. I also think it's a good idea to introduce a separate line for all these dirty trucks. Frankly, when I enter and see a truck going right before me, I exit the wash. It's ridiculous to put my Lexus right after some huge Dodge truck that's covered in dirt has just been washed.

I love Tommy's because of the friendly workers and the mat washers. Today they even had clean microfiber cloths to wipe the car down and then put in a dirty pile to be washed. My only complaint is about the vacuums. I tried three different vacuums and they are all very, very weak. I know people abuse the vacuums, but they are barely usable. The vacuums are fantastic when a new Tommy's opens, but slowly lose their power.

I’ve been thinking about getting a car wash membership for some time now and have spoken to a couple different places but I didn’t have much confidence in the programs I was being offered. I felt like I was talking to a telemarketer or an overzealous used car salesman. A coworker of mine told me to go see Becky at Tommy’s Express so I stopped there last week on my way home, and boy am I glad I did! She explained the services and different memberships and patiently answered all of my questions! The best part was Becky wasn’t like the other car washes I had visited, I didn’t feel like I was being sold on a bad bag of goods. Becky gave me topknot customer service, and made my decision easy plus my car looks amazing! Thank you Becky for all of your help and keep up the good work! They need to clean their side washers, scratched my clearcoat real good and hard. I can get my fingernail to catch in the lines so it's worse than just the usual swirlies from non-touchless. Not sure I'll be able to buff it out.

A Tommys charge suddenly appeared on my credit card statement even though I hadn't been a member there for years. I called in to have it refunded and the manager handled it, but could offer no explanation of how I was suddenly being billed for a subscription I did not opt into.

CAUTION signing up for gift cards. I purchased 12 months worth of gift cards for their Black Friday buy 2 get 1 free special and asked for the Works wash. Come to find that they ran out of Works gift cards and sold me the Basic Quality wash. I did not discover this until I asked why it wasn’t doing my wheels. Long story short, nobody including the that wouldn’t even come to the window knew what to do, so the told me to call guest services. Called into guest services and she was able to pull up the transaction and see what I purchased, but could not make a change to it, nor will they offer refunds on gift cards. Pretty crappy service, but they don’t care.

I just went through and had my back windshield wiper blade taken off as well as damaging the unit itself. When mentioned it might be in the wash, they came out with THREE different back wiper blades so this happens often I’m guessing from that and the other reviews. I also had my back license plate cover cracked. It’s a dealership cover, but still. I let the manager know and we tried to put mine back on to no avail. Great customer service but terrible car wash. The manager filled out an incident report for me and will be sending me an email to get it repaired at their body shop at no cost to me. I’m not even a member, I just got a free coupon from my dealership for needing services done. Like I said great customer service but terrible washing service. For that reason alone, I would recommend a different location or business altogether. Will add pictures once I figure out how to do so!

I’m not a member but I’ve come 3 times since December. The wash quality is excellent! My car always comes out looking brand new with shiny tires. I came the other day and customer service at the service window is always great and the girl Lisa was super friendly with a nice smile and helped me out at the cash register. I pulled over to vacuum and was then approached by Lena asking about my experience! I would definitely come to this location the workers seem to actually care and I’ve never had any issues with the wash!

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! IT WILL SCRATCH YOUR WINDSHIELD AND VEHICLE! I washed my Lexus LS500 here and my windshield was full of light scratching on the driver side to center of the windshield. I waited to post this review to see what the manager Marie would do about the damage the wash caused. I have been taking my cars and company vehicles here for years and never had this happen. I spoke to Marie tonight and she basically offered me a couple months of free car washes for compensation. Basically saying that I was a liar and their car wash did not cause the damage that was clear as day! I literally was asking for them to cover a bottle of window scratch removal and they would not honor that. The light scratching appeared right after I went through on a colder night last week. She stated after talking to the regional as well that I should have scratching all over the car and that’s what she was looking for when I was there. For one thing a windshield scratches a lot easier than a car that’s been treated and ceramic coated. For somebody that is a manager and runs a car wash they should know this and so should their regional manager. Also, if a brush is cold enough and has ice or another element in it like a metal or a small rock that could also cause damage to a windshield and scratching. She assured me they checked the brushes every hour of which I highly don’t believe. I also asked them how often they looked at the calibration of the brushes as well and she really didn’t have a definitive answer on that. So basically if you have a car that you care for I highly recommend to not bring it to this car wash!!!! By the way Mr. owner, since you’re replying to this how many cars have you actually taken care of that have been scratched by your car wash? So you have your manager offer me a couple months for free after you scratched my car????? This is what kind of compensation you give out to somebody that has had scratches caused by your car wash. How about beginning with offering my money back with the cancellation to start with. I think you guys better go back to business school and figure out that is definitely not good business at all!!!!! The couple months free that were offered, You could’ve bought my bottle of windshield scratch repair and we would’ve been done with this just so you know. I would highly also recommend your investigations should be a little more comprehensive. Instead of somebody, looking at my unwashed car at night, trying to find scratching. Just a little suggestion for you there Mr. owner. Thanks for nothing again!
