Two rounds of "The Works" later and my vehicle is still buggy. The nice person at the desk said they are an express wash and therefore can't and don't get bugs off your car. They also don't offer refunds. This is all unfortunate because the place is new and convenient. Moral of the story is pick another place if you need bug removal as part of your $16 top tier wash. At least the second trip was free?

Man this experience was the best, I've been Russel speeders, rocker, tidal wave, and club car wash and they did not stack up compared to Tommy's express car wash. This is the chick-fil-a of car washes. The staff is top tier and the managers are exceptionally outstanding. If you don't come here you are missing out on a truly clean car.

Great wash. Great service from associates when I had a concern they addressed it and went above to be helpful and friendly. Good wash. Love the car mat washers and the number of vacuums, You never have to wait . The complimentary disposable towels are a nice touch.

I have witnessed this one location breakdown more than twice. I usually have to go through twice for my car to actually get clean. The advertise free mat cleaning, but the machine for it has been broken for over 6 months. Staff is friendly. If it wasn't so close, I'd go someplace else.

Use a different car wash. Car wash scratched my vehicle, and they won't accept responsibility, even though the car wash wasn't working properly. It shutdown in the middle of operating. Another car even ran into a car in front of it because when it tells you to drive and stop was not set properly. Plus, when they call you back, they're rude, AND they try to blame you for scratching your own car, even though it is clear that all the marks were from the carwash. Please stay away if you want your car to look nice. Included photos of only some of the marks that the car wash left.

I’ve been a member since this Tommy’s first opened. It’s the only car wash that actually completely rinses the tailgate of my truck. I think it does an excellent job with the overall wash and rinse. Dryers/blowers work pretty good, most of the time. I’m not sure about the spinning chamois dryer. Most times it’s off, when it does spin it’s a couple inches from touching the truck. The vacuums work great. This Tommy’s needs the air pistols like the new Tommy’s around town. Overall, I love it.

This place DOES NOT APPRECIATE VETERANS!!!!!!! Went there today and wanted a wash with the military discount. They used to offer it on Monday. Then they changed it to everyday. Now today they say that I should have NEVER BEEN GIVEN A MILITARY DISCOUNT. They say they require you to download their app and that's the ONLY WAY you can get a discount. I should not have to download your app or anything else to get the military discount. That is total BS to require that. Will never go here ever again. What type of business DOES NOT APPRECIATE THE VETERANS!!!!!?

For $22 I would expect nothing short of excellence. The back of my car was completely missed. Dirt all over my read windshield, hatch, and bumper. There is no evidence of any sort of tire shine as advertised in “the works”. There is also no evidence or residue of the car being waxed. Overall a ripoff. Wash your car yourself or choose one of the Casey’s drive through washes that cost half as much and do twice as well.

I went to Tommy's Express Car Wash the other day to wash my car quick which I normally don’t do I like power washing and doing myself for this reason exactly. Ripped my panel off and scratched my car to all hell. They did a report and just called me back today and said they were paying for the plastic panel only out of “courtesy” because it was loose before it went in which it wasn’t. Then proceeded to tell me they aren’t paying for the scratches cause and I quote “we couldn’t see how your car was before the wash cause it was to muddy (which it wasn’t) and going off our knowledge of our machines they wouldn’t scratch a car like that”. Like I get shit happens just own up to it car washes aint perfect. But now I have to live with the left side of my car being scratched to shit. Wouldn’t recommend going to tommys car wash unless you want damage to your vehicles and them to lie and not pay for it.

Came by Tommy’s to wash my car and I was thoroughly happy with my visit from the time I arrived until I left. Vinny was absolutely amazing from the time he greeted me he was very welcoming and helpful. I purchased the works and it made my car shine like it was brand new. They offer free vacuums and free towels after you finish your wash, I purchased the $5 cleaning kit which I loved. At the end of my visit I had to call in and Dave was great to talk to; he gave me the information I needed and thanked me for my visit.
