Damaged my brand new car. The heavy materials washing the car are so dirty that casuse scratches on the car. My previous Mercedes did not show the Scartches because of the metalic blue but my black car defimotekt shows all damage/scratches. Wrote to management and received no response!

This is the worst car wash I have ever experienced they stopped me half way through because their rollers hit the car too hard bent the license plate broke the license plate holder and we’re completely disrespectful and rude when I tried to explain. They attempted to belittle me and play the whole thing like nothing happened. They were asking why I would need a refund, worst service and I will be contacting insurance over this terrible establishment that will damage your car. If you care about your vehicle do not use their services.

Attendant are rude and not helpful. Vacuums aren’t great and car wash is subpar, even for the money.

Been here before and it was okay until today it was busy and the machine scratched my car all over the top. Worker tried saying it was the vacuum although I told him I had noticed while drying before even vacuuming. Don't come here if you don't want you car scratched

Advise do NOT go here. A piece of the machine broke loose and fell on my car and others, doing damage. Owner assumes no responsibility. Tommy's Franchise will NOT get involved. Their phone number is fake, as well as email the workers provided, FAKE. This place is unsafe and suspect, best to avoid.

Do not bring your car here First 1 star review ever left in my life.. Took my wife’s new car here they scratched it all up … didn’t even care to help _and had to do a rewash because the first wash was terrible

Having used it for a year, it has never been stellar but you get what you pay for. Their not so gentle equipment ripped my wiper arm because the operator felt like not putting tape on the wiper arm like every other car wash does. Needless to say they took no responsibility and there is no management in place so the employees don’t care. They claimed I should’ve requested the tape, which is not posted anywhere

I have been to this car wash numerous times, not a great clean, but you get what you pay for. What I did NOT pay for, however, was getting my car scratched up! When I attempted to contact the only email address I could find, I was told that this establishment is using the name of another company that is pursuing legal action. I have found no way to contact any management. Save your money, time, and frustration— it’s not worth damage to your car that you will have to pay for. Get your car washed somewhere else.

Got the top tier wash that was supposed to be “spot free.” Left streaks and water marks all over my windows and side mirrors. My back windshield looks dirtier than it was before I got it washed. Do not recommend.

Me and all the cars in the company i work with have been using Tommy’s service for quite some time, but the service keeps getting worse and the management is absolutely shameless… been having problems with them leaving soap spots in the car but kept using their service because it was close and convenient… but as i said the service is just getting worse and they manage to make LOTS of scratches in my car and my windows, when i tried to reach management all the employees pretended to dont know the manager contact, and gave me an email that i keep being there ignored for a month now… as i said service is just getting worse and management doesn’t have the courage to face the mistakes of his poor management. 🤡

I ran my car and it’s still completely dirty. I asked the guy to run it again and he says that their policy doesn’t allow them. I don’t understand this role you coming to wash your car and you’re getting it the same way dirty.

Pros: The only express car wash that gets my car’s rims squeaky clean! Cons: there are not enough vacuums and you will likely have to wait and navigate the cluster of cars.

Have been coming to Tommy’s for washes for 6 years now. Today was a new low in a steady decline in quality over the last couple years - the rinse and blow dryers both did not activate during my wash. So I pulled out with a soapy wet car. Pulled back in and told the guy at the register who let the attendants know to check the blowers and put me back through. This second time things did activate, but only after my car had mostly passed - either the speed of the conveyor belt was off or the calibration was off but I came out again with a soapy wet car (see the soap spots still on my hood). Had to take more time and money out of my day to get another car wash elsewhere so I wouldn’t be left with dried soap stains. Very disappointing and really screwed up my schedule today. And now I’m out $30 as opposed to the $15 that should have gotten me a clean car. I want my money back.

Looks like my negative review was Deleted! Well I am not lazy and will do it again to let u guys know that the car that you love could be severely damaged here., like it happened to me on May 26, 2023 . The top of my car was ripped of by dryers and owner clams that it was loose . Don’t play Russian roulette in order to save few bucks . Google team - please don’t delete my review , I will continue sharing my experience and photos.

If I could I would rate a 0. Brought in my car for the $12 wash,and ended up costing me more then I imagined being that the machine blew my car chrome off with the force of how strong it blows regardless leaving the car still wet not to mention the machine scratched my driver side window and others as well, when asking to speak to a manager I was confronted by a rude employee who was of no help as where the other employees telling me there boss would call me when he can. This place sucks save your money wash your own car check for scratches if you do come here. MY CAR IS STILL DIRTY!

I had a really bad experience at Express Car Wash on Robertson. Before I even share my experience… read the Yelp reviews where dissatisfied customers post emails from Cedric the owner who is outright offensive to customers asking for help. Plain mean. That in and of itself makes me not want to do business here. But my poor experience involved the other workers especially Luis who was totally disrespectful and unhelpful -- they were standing there holding the spray hoses and not using them while cars entered… I even cracked my window to catch his attention to give the wheel wells a splash and he admitted he hadn’t seen me go through. Needless to say, my vehicle came out still dirty. Far too expensive to leave still dirty. I asked Luis for help and instead of offering a discount or refund, he scratched my paint with his fingernail, even after I asked him not to touch my car. When I tried to open my door to get a pen so I could write down what happened, he physically blocked me from opening my door, which was completely inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable. He also mocked my dreadlocks, which, I don't know, kinda makes a black person feel some sort of way... Instead of apologizing, they were rude and blamed me for the situation. Luis offered to let me go through the wash again but on a Sunday afternoon I didn’t have time to do the whole wait and then dry it down (he said I’d have to buy more cloths since the one I previously bought was wet now). Leslie was also rude and disinterested in even apologizing or feigning interest in making the situation right. This place does poor work, treats customers poorly, and takes zero responsibility when something goes wrong. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

I paid for the $15 car wash with the tire cleaning option. Not impressed as far as that point, by everything else was cool. It is super fast, which is great if you need to get going. Love the high powered vacuums. Bring a towel to dry the windows after! I saw a guy whip it out and detail dry his car while waiting for the vacuums. Smart moves.
