My wife's 1st experience with a drive thru car wash. Pulling into the wash tunnel the only instructions given, were not to drive, taking her hands off the wheel, her car was quickly pulled sideways damaging the left front fender, bumper, wheel and blowing out the front tire. Management said it was her fault because they told her not to drive. The attendant never hit the emergency stop until it was to late. The police officer who responded said it was at least his 10th time there since they opened and the responding tow truck driver said it was his 2nd time there in a week to tow cars left inoperable by this car wash. Certainly seems more explicit instructions need to given to customers upon entering the wash and employees need more training on aligning vehicles entering the wash. I see there are a couple other reviews reporting damage from this car wash too. Estimate from the collision center for repairs to our car are just over $3,016.00

Do not use this car wash. It scratched the hell out of my paint. Did not even clean all the snow and salt off my vehicle. It left soapy water in the back of the car.

I absolutely love this place and it was my first time today it is awesome it does one heck of a good job and it made my truck sign granite you may have a few spots on you meals if you don't get the upgrade but I just had basically a basic walk done and it did fantastic my truck looks nice and shiny as if you'd see it at a dealership I'm very happy my name is Rosario AKA Skippy's Lawn Care and love Tommy's Express car Wash

I had a great experience at Tommy’s express car wash, my car is super clear and shiny, everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Peter the assistant site manager helped me wash my floor mates and vacuuming. Every thing was clean and organized. I would recommend them to everyone and will be a regular customer. Do not recommend at all. First time here, bought the most expensive package they had with all of the upgrades because I wanted to try everything out. Everything is a sales pitch which is a little uncomfortable in your drivers seat (I work in sales and I was even uncomfortable) Plus first time here and the car wash took my rear wiper off of a brand new 2024 explorer. They smile in your face like it isn’t a big deal and just say “I’ll make a claim” I had to push for a refund of a car wash that caused damage to my car. I’ve been to plenty of express car washes with new and older vehicles and never had even a scratch on my car. Just go down the street to the trusted car wash everyone has been going to for years and get a better service, better staff, and save yourself a trip back to fix them damage to your car.

THIS CAR WASH WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR! I went to Tommy’s express and my sun roof visor which was BOLTED to the roof of my suv was cracked in 1/2 and hanging down over my windshield and the weather stripping around the sunroof was ripped out. I filed a claim with the manager on duty and was told the “boss” would watch the video to confirm the car wash damaged my car then my car would be fixed. 4 days later no call, so I called to check on this “claim” and find out when my car would be fixed. I was told the “boss” will not fix my car because he can’t prove my weather striping wasn’t loose and the BOLTED sunroof visor was aftermarket. I spent $20.00 on a car wash. $177.00 on a new visor and bolts and $5.00 on new weather stripping. For the price Tommy’s Express cost me, I could have had my suv professionally detailed. There is plenty of car washes in Quakertown, choose ANY other one but this one!

I’d give this no stars if I could. Use this car wash at your own risk. First time I went, was during their free wash weekend. Everything was fine. They mailed coupons last week for free works washes, decided to try them again. Biggest mistake ever! After proceeding from the cashier to the start of the car wash, noticed they didn’t have anyone guiding cars on the track or belt, whichever they use. Any other wash I’ve been to like that one that wasn’t touchless, they had someone guiding vehicles in. Once we pulled in, screen said pull forward, no directions which to turn, screen then said “stop” “neutral”. So we did that. We were not lined up properly and shut the machine down. Someone came out to back us up and get us going again. We then got home to discover at some point during that mess or the actual wash itself, our new 2024 pathfinder had sustained damage. I called them while my husband drove it back over. They took pictures, said they would file a claim and we would receive a call in 24-48 after reviewing camera footage. Since this happened, I see Nothing but reports of damage to vehicles in this car wash. Use at your own risk. I will not be returning and sticking to touchless again.

Best place to go if you’re looking for fast and friendly service before or after work. They’re open everyday so I can never miss out and they’re as helpful as can be. I love to take my 98 mustang through the wash but when I first started coming here I had issues pulling in correctly but when I mentioned it to the people inside they gave me tips for next time and guided me in. One time my car died right as they closed for the day and they stayed with me after hours while I called a tow truck, talk about above and beyond. Lastly I’ve seen a lot of people complain about the car wash and damages to the car in their reviews but there are precautions you can take and it can be avoided. When I need help I just ask and come through as much as they can.

Since my first visit, I continue to come back to this car wash due to the customer service. They have free vacuums, clean, microfiber towels, to wipe down, free rags and compressed air. Zoey even greeted me with a window cleaning kit and helped me navigate the app. She’s great! Highly recommended. The only downside is I never give myself enough time to use all of the amenities.

I had high hopes as everything about this car wash is very modern and the staff are friendly. My complaint is that at the very end the dryers blew back a ton of gross water and dirt which made all the mirrors and windows super dirty and I could hardly see around me on the way home. There are what looks to be drying brushes at the end which might've prevented this but even though I paid for the top wash they weren't on. I don't feel I should have to pay more than $25 to prevent my car from getting dirty before even leaving the car wash 🤦

The Tommy wash opened up in Quakertown, Pennsylvania and I tried it just to see how it was. They gave me a really great deal to join up with a lot of free extras. So far I’ve been a member for over a month and I just renewed my subscription for the second month. As a family that owns a cabin on a dirt road in the woods, this car wash is exactly what we needed. When they say unlimited car washes, that’s what it means literally. The staff is really friendly and I’ll be a customer for as long as this car wash will be here. Oh, I forgot to say the vacuuming is free, and they even have a floor mat washing machine.

5 stars for staff, specifically Seven. Always a pleasure to work with, he does his job well. This car wash is great for a number of reasons, especially if you don't mind doing some stuff yourself... Vacuum hose on either side of your vehicle, compressed air nozzle available, clean microfiber rags to use on site, floor mat washer... You guide yourself into the wash, and nobody waiting for you at the exit, you just pull around to the vacuum stations if you have time, or leave if you're short on time. The wash does a great job cleaning and drying before you exit the building. Best value in town.
