I had an issue with some damage done to my seat when they were cleaning it. The team responded quickly to my concern and even paid to have the mistake fixed at no cost to me. Although it was upsetting at first, they couldn't have been better at making things right. They did an amazing job

Very disappointed with the service I just recieved. Pulled into the cattle shoot to select my services, and the computer was down. Had trouble flagging down help, and it's difficult to now back out. Finally got someone to open the service program and ordered their top wash plus interior. Inside vac job was really poor, especially since my car wasn't that dirty inside. See pics.

Highly recommend this place! One of the best car washes I have been too in the area. The staff is super friendly and very hard working each time. I love how super clean my car comes out when I stop by for a quick wash and my interior especially. Price is reasonable as well! Would definitely be coming back soon! :)

We had our car washed and detailed at Parks Car Wash in Quakertown and were very pleased with their services. They did a very thorough job and had plenty of help. They have a nice waiting area as well. We highly recommend them and we'll be back!

I have a monthly pass for both cars for inside and outside. They always do a good job on the outside and clean the windows well. My only complaint but I feel like it could easily addressed is the inside console is almost never cleaned well. Because I have the monthly and the car is mostly clean I think they move on quickly without checking. I would pass this to someone in charge but with the new owner there doesn’t seem to be anyone around to address problems while there. I will take pictures next time to show what I am talking about. This being said I recommend them highly just check and let the guys outside know and they will do it quickly but not the best. It’s busy so I know it’s hard to get everything. Thanks you

Amazing package for price for inside and outside car detail. The staff after it comes out dried it and got all other tiny missed marks off too. The do an excellent job there and wasn't so busy at the time I went their too . In and out in 15 mins. Spotless !

This car wash used to be top notch, and I have been going they for years. Over the last year, the quality has been going way down. I usually get the top exterior package and add the interior option. The exterior clean is decent, but the interior has been terrible. My interior windows are barely cleaned, with fingerprints, wipe marks. It seems like the dash, console, and doors are just wiped with water, and no dressing is applied. I would not recommend unless they improve their services.

I have always wanted to stop here to get my car cleaned and decided to go after returning from a beach trip. After my service today I would not go back. I needed the interior and exterior cleaned from sunscreen and sand, but when I got my car back it was not what I expected. There was wet sand in the back on my mats and there was still sunscreen on the passenger dash. There was also left over sunscreen on the exterior doors and trunk. I paid $40.99 for the best wash and interior clean, plus a $5 tip. Very disappointed for the price I paid, I regret not taking it to the local Perkasie wash and doing it myself. When I arrived home I ended up cleaning it even more because I was not satisfied.

Excellent, Superb, Fantastic, Amazing Etc...... This car wash and detail is over the top amazing. The way the workers vacuum, wipe, clean door jams, your car is always sparkling inside and out. Smells good inside too. I highly recommend this spot. For overhaul of car, that is wash, wax, vacuum, wipe, etc 32.99. You take it every few months, budget wise ill spend $10 a month to have a beautiful car inside and out.

Got my car detailed for $300 here. First time they forgot to put my mats back and the seats were completely soaked (cloth interior). Everything else was all good though. Brought it back a couple days later because it smelled like mildew. The seats were still damp after airing out the car. Brought it back again cause whatever they did just covered the smell for a day and then it smelled even worse. Now it still smells and it’s like the seats were so soaked the first time that the stench set IN the seats. It’s not even a mildew smell now, it’s just disgusting. I give up. My seats are ruined. I have to either get them replaced or suck it up and soak em in febreeze or something.

This is hands down the best car wash in the area. Not even close. All kinds of options from a base wash for $10 all the way up to professional detailing. Everything about this place is customer service oriented. They provide wipes to clean your vehicles interior, the best vacuums anywhere, towels to wipe your vehicles interior down with, and window washer solution. NOBODY else does all this for the reasonable prices they charge.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for years and always thought it was worth the money — I even used to tip $20 because my car would come back spotless and feel brand new. Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill fast. The price jumped from $25 to $40 in just a few months, and yet the service keeps getting worse. They’ve invested in flashy touch screens and lighting effects, but the actual cleaning is garbage. My most recent visit was the breaking point: • Bird droppings still on my passenger door. • Spray left streaks all over my seats. • Visible crumbs that weren’t vacuumed. • And worst of all — MY CUSTOM FLOOR MATS WENT MISSING. I drove away and immediately called once I noticed. I was told they didn’t see anything and that cameras would be checked. The next morning a man called back, but the moment I asked about reviewing the footage myself, his confidence dropped. These were custom rubber mats — not something that’s easy to “misplace.” This place used to be worth every penny. Now it’s overpriced, careless, and completely unreliable. Sadly, they’ve lost a loyal customer.
