Not touch free. They broom your car from the bucket. Also, brush broom your wheels, which stay dirty very much. So, if you prefer a broom it's a good place. If you looking for touch free... not there. Just a bad advertisement. Also, I wouldn't recommend wrapped cars over there coz a guy brings a pressure washer like 0.5 inch close to the surface.

I was looking for a DIY car wash in East Modesto beings the one on Coffee is closed down. Luckily I found Tip Top Car Wash on Google and am very happy that I did. They have a touch less car wash bay, vacuums, and also some DIY car wash bays. They take both cash and card, and very reasonably priced. The car wash is very clean and feels safe. I am definitely coming back!

The self wash wasn’t bad and I do think they need to hire more people to help with the slow line and the one worker needs to put in some elbow grease and actually pay attention cuz the wash pulled all the dirt down from the roof of my truck and ran down my windows which would’ve been fine if it was wiped off afterwards but no they left it there and smudged my windows which was worse and mind you I paid for the platinum

Having a roof rack means my automated car wash options are very limited. I was in Modesto on other business and Googled Mapped my way to TipTop Express Car Wash. As I sat in my car, the attendant took my card and selected and paid for the $15.00 car wash that I chose. He then handed me a drying cloth, dashboard wiping cloth, and a new car smell air freshener. The attendant also performed a pre-wash/scrub of my front window, side mirrors, and grill. After the express automated car wash and dry was complete (about 5 minutes, I think), the attendant hand dried my windows -- as he talked on his cell phone. The 80°+ weather very quickly took care of the rest. This car wash was not the best, but it was better than nothing. And again, it was quick!

Not a true touchless car wash, they will scratch your paint. Some of the workers (you know who) are lazy and don’t listen to instructions. Always on their phone and look miserable. They don’t do their job properly. I have the membership and will be canceling.

I’ve been going to this car wash for about 6 months, I had a monthly subscription; each month they try to take out a few days early & jip me on the full month. They never dry your car completely, there’s always blue soap left on my white car that I have to wipe when I get home, they are always in such a rush. Sometimes you have to wait in line 15-20 minutes to even go through the wash (because they hardly have both sides working). I would definitely go up the road to 5 minute car wash, pay an extra $5 for the monthly subscription & they vacuum inside your car + run your floor mats through a shampoo machine, & wash & dry your car.

Very disappointed got click baited by their Instagram video came here obviously wanting to get my car cleaned. I had a lot of dead bugs on the windshield and the front bumper from driving in the back road. If you know you know, I purchased the $20 wash because I felt like that’s what my car needed After the wash. I noticed there was still bugs everywhere. I asked them if they could please re-clean it. They said they couldn’t clean it because they would have to restart the machine and they’re not able to manually run the machine therefore I would have to pay for it to turn on again. At this point, I rather risk getting scratches going Through an automatic car wash because at least I know my car is clean and I did not just waste $20 definitely go here at your own risk . Also forgot to add then they had the audacity to tell me to try the monthly membership like, sir you couldn’t even properly clean the car , why would I pay a monthly service

I came here because i found their tiktok account & this place seemed amazing i even considered canceling my membership at a different carwash spot to come here. But i was sadly mistaken, i came on a random day & paid $20 cash for platinum. They only had 1 worker & there were atleast 6 cars total 1 waiting to be dried, 1 in the wash , me (waiting) & 3 more behind me. I watched 1 man handle this entire place byhimself. Literally run to towel dry by hand the car coming out then once done run to me to scrub my car with a brush & hand me a towel with a dash wipe and an air freshener. Which i appreciate, but i felt so bad watching 1 man work that i tipped him before my wash even started. Honestly i believe the machine & quality of soaps and sprays they put on your car are good because my car lasted dust free for atleast 3 days. But if this place wants to succeed they need to have 2 people & scrub the cars with the brush more gently. Either way it was ok.. it was far from me took so long and i felt sooo bad for the worker running around like crazy. id recommend you go and tip his worker tbh but if your car is nice and you want no bumps and scrtaches this is NOT the spot cause they touchless only halfway

First time here and I have to say it was a very unpleasant experience got in the express car wash wasn’t expecting anything amazing to be honest so I payed the $20 service platinum and definitely didn’t not get anything BEST about it did not get the pre wash and pressure wash before going in I was like ok how does this work So I go in get the wash get dried at the end great go around and vacuum the inside when I see other cars getting pressure water and scrub before getting in so me confused as to which wash they payed for to get that, only to find out it was the guy that didn’t care for me definitely will not be coming back worst $20 ever spent tires weren’t even shined properly anyway I’ve hotter better service and better was at mister and to me that’s the worst car wash here in the area

Really nice concept. They have two touchless wash bays now. They just need to hire more workers handle the volume of cars coming through. The wash was good not great. If you did the membership and went frequently it would definitely keep the vehicle clean. I went there pretty dirty when I was in the area. Overall I would go again. Mind the timer on the air blower on the exit. I am still not sure if you use the vacuum first or after. I didn’t need the interior so I didn’t ask.

I used to be a loyal, long-time customer and even had a subscription at this car wash in the past paid $40 a month for over two years(used to be cheaper till they raised the price) I stopped going for a while, but recently decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, this experience confirmed that I won’t be returning. I paid $20 for the Platinum package, expecting a thorough, high-quality service. Instead, I was extremely disappointed. They did not shine my tires as advertised, and the overall cleaning of my vehicle felt rushed and careless. Several areas were clearly not properly cleaned, and it honestly looked like a half-done job. What made the situation worse was that no one came to dry my vehicle after the wash. I noticed that employees were drying vehicles for certain groups of customers, but not others. It felt inconsistent and, frankly, suspicious. As a paying customer who chose one of the higher-tier packages, I expected equal treatment and attention to detail. For someone who previously supported this business with a subscription, this was especially disappointing. Customer service and quality have clearly declined. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and would recommend that others consider alternative car wash options that provide consistent, thorough service and treat all customers equally.
