Went in for head and taillights. Assistant General Manager was very helpful getting exactly what I needed. He also looked up how to replace them. He even helped me replace them (took 10 minutes versus the 45 it would’ve taken me alone). I could’ve done it at home but, he felt it was safer for me to be driving with all my lights in working order. Thank you again-great customer service.

Even though I miss PepBoys some of the Awesome team members from that store still work here… and they know their stuff! Just yesterday, I met a new friend in Henry M. A Mature Spanish Gentleman gave me some good tips on troubleshooting a stubborn starting free lawnmower. People with a little grey in their facial hair, usually have that been around and learned a thing or too, a bit of Wisdom. He’s very kind and knowledgeable. If I had a daughter, I feel very comfortable in sending her there, for help and not the runaround. Outstanding customer service and Caring employees makes for a Great business!!
